I needed a last-minute urgent delivery, and A1 courier went above and beyond. Their customer service was excellent--friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me get everything delivered on time. They kept me updated throughout the process and handled the job quickly and professionally. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable for the level of service they provided. It's rare to find a company that delivers both quality and value, but they absolutely did. I highly recommend them for any urgent or important delivery. I'll definitely be using them again! read more

I recently used A-1 to work on a very challenging project that required the delivery of a perishable item. After initially communicating with them via email, I could tell they were going to be a breeze to work with. Both before and during the complex delivery they stayed in constant contact and were incredibly professional. I would absolutely use them again. A-1? A one awesome courier service! I used A-1 for a package to be delivered on super short notice and the staff was more swift on their feet than Hermes after a Starbucks Grande latte. This company does really go above and beyond for their clients - offering service 24/7 and in business since 1988 - A-1 serves the greater L.A. area better than overly excited tourists celebrity stalking. The next time I want professionalism and courtesy on wheels, A-1 Courier is it! read more

I found A-1 and not only did they deliver but the price was soooooo affordable. The delivery man was courteous, clean, friendly and well spoken. Boxes picked up and delivered in a timely manner - seamless. Will be the only courier service I use from now on!!! read more

A-1 picked up the phone right away when I called and promptly scheduled an urgent next day delivery. The delivery was completed correctly and on time. Every employee at A-1 was responsive to calls and emails and it was never difficult to check the status, as everyone was aware of the delivery I was referring to. When larger freight carriers with complicated routes were not able to complete the delivery we needed, A-1 was able to make a dedicated pick up and delivery as requested, and provided a signed and time stamped delivery confirmation. I am very pleased that they took care of everything without a problem! read more

I rarely give 5-star reviews, but A-1 Courier recently met and exceeded all my expectations. They're available on short notice, always prompt and, most importantly, cooperative in the face of adversity. I used them recently for a filing at the Secretary of State and then a foreign consulate. The recipient at each location tried to reject the filing for trivial reasons, which would have resulted in hundreds of dollars in additional fees to redo. Greg (the A-1 courier) went out of his way each time to make get the filing done. Did he have to do that? No. A-1 would have made more money if he just brought the document back to me to redo. But Greg - and all of his colleagues with whom I have spoken at A-1 - are top notch, have great work ethic, and are super helpful. I won't go anywhere else for future courier needs! Thanks again. read more

I needed A-1 Courier to help with a project I was coordinating in the L.A. area and after it was all taken care of, I figured I should give them some kudos. This company did a great job with a lot of last minute and often complicated tasks. Part of it was emailing them documents that totaled almost 1000 pages. It was no problem for them and the few people that I spoke with were all totally patient and aware of my jobs. Thanks A-1 Courier! Your service was great and the prices seemed very fair. read more

I started using A-1 Courier to do my legal filings with the Los Angeles Superior Court in January 2016. I could not be more please with the quality of service A-1 provides. Their drivers show up, are courteous, and if faced with a challenge, they are problem solvers. The office staff, Eric and Tony, also make sure that the delivery is done to my specifications. There are lots of messenger services in LA and A-1 is one of the best. My firm will continue to use them for a long time. read more

After many years of using Yelp, I am leaving my first ever review for A-1 Courier. I was in a terrible bind last Friday, needing to get product from our warehouse in Van Nuys before they closed for the weekend to a customer in La Jolla for an event Sunday. A-1 was responsive, very professional over the phone, and extremely timely with their service. They picked up my packages before the 3pm deadline, and were able to deliver in La Jolla before 8pm the same day, all for the best price I found. Miguel, the driver, even called me to co-ordinate and confirm the delivery that evening, going above and beyond to get my job done. Thanks so much guys, you really relieved my stress and I can't thank you enough. read more

My company uses A-1 and my colleague that usually handles messengers was out, so I called and this company was great. They treated me like they were familiar with my business and when I had to call back to change things up, they were totally professional and accommodating. I talked to 3 different people today and they all were great and acted like they knew all about my runs. Love this kind of response! read more

My initial review for A-1 was for a delivery order that went awry. The fallout from that mishap did impact my office negatively, but I'm updating my review now because the company took subsequent steps to rectify the issue. I received a personal phone call and email follow up from A-1's owner, apologizing for the mistakes on their part, providing me a refund in full (as opposed to the partial one I'd previously received), and crediting me $100 on future service. I also received assurance that my issue had been addressed internally with A-1 staff. I appreciated the personal follow-up and complete refund following my initial experience. read more

I went with A-1 based on other reviews here, and I'm very happy with the results.
