I've been in Corporate America for over 48 years. During the last 27 years my business a constant need of messenger services. I Googled "Messenger service" and found this company by chance . Their service was so extraordinary, that I am going to request my company utilize what they offer. Peter was the customer service agent that assisted me. I was pleasantly stunned by the service he provided. I'm 71 and Express Connection offers the quality of service that's not taught nor provided in this fast paced non organic world we live in. People please use Express Connection. You will be surprised by the high quality customer service they provide. Thank you, -Sheila S. read more

Fast and reliable. People are very professional and staff is accommodating to my last minute request.

We have been utilizing Express Connection since 1994 and on a regular basis. They have handled everything from simple delivery to complex court filings on our behalf. We are a law firm. I have NEVER had any issue with their services, in fact they go above and beyond. They are experts at this an proactively address any chanllenges they know they might face with a phone call. They actually call you and say her we have your oder we want you to know.....xyz... etc. I could not recommend a messenger service more highly than Express Connection. The fact that it has been almost 30 years is amazing. I never htought to do a Yelp review but then thought I cant imagina how lucky I am to have this relationship. I might help someone by writing this review. Aram read more

Needed a last minute, same-day delivery within Los Angeles. Peter at Express Connection Messenger Service was a gem. He gave me all the information I needed up front, as well as a solid and fair price quote, and he kept me in the loop throughout the process. He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful person, and the package was picked up, cared for, and delivered with ease. I will definitely be using them again, and recommend others do the same if you're in LA! It's hard sometimes to suss out which services are good or bad online, but I hit the jackpot with this one. read more

These guys are kind, super dependable, and affordable. They were kind enough to take my call at 7:00 PM for the next day's early morning delivery, even though they were after hours. I've been using them since 2017 and it's always consistent. You will be in good hands! read more

Such a great experience with this messenger service, I needed some packages delivered asap I called around and no one was able to do it with short notice, some places would but it would be an extra charge. I decided to give Express Connection a try even though I was loosing hope, I spoke to a lady named Jingle her customer service was great she was willing to help me out. She took down my number and said she would call me back to see what they can do. In less than 5 minutes I get a call back saying they were able to get my packages delivered in the time frame I needed, and it wasn't as expensive as other places were charging. Thank you so much for the kind service and helping with my packages. They were picking up from Santa Monica and delivering to Calabasas. I would definitely use them again. read more

I should have written this review some time ago! A couple of years ago, I needed a courier service and did not know where to start looking. I actually found Express Connection through Yelp and decided to give them a try and I am glad I did. I do not have a lot of need for a courier in my area, but when I do, it is a pressing and important need. The several times I have used Express Connection over the last few years (most recently, last week), they have been extremely professional, courteous, and very fast. The price is always a little cheaper than expected as well. Their turnaround is very fast, their drivers are friendly and get your package to where it needs to go and get it there before it is needed. I would not hesitate to use them again. read more

This is the first time that I've used Express Connections. I used Yelp for the reference. I spoke with, Maria, and she was great. The parcel was picked up and delivered quickly. I will absolutely receive them and use them again. read more

Maria was AMAZING!! I am in TX and I had to schedule a pickup in California. Going from a UPS pickup point to a Residence. (both in CA). Setting up a pickup locally is one thing, but to put your box in the hands of someone in a different state, is kinda scary. She was so nice and helpful and let me explain everything! She set it up and the box was delivered from Point A to Point B in less than 2 hours! I was thrilled! They have a great team over there...from the people that answer the phone and assist, to the drivers. thank you so much!! read more

Express Connection has been professional and understanding! I required a set of items to be delivered from Thousand Oaks to Culver City and called their number. My order is set to be delivered next week, and I will update depending on how it goes. Really appreciate the service thus far! read more

This is a wonderful company from the in-house staff to the messengers. They are warm and eager to solve problems and fabulous on the follow through. I had tried probably 20 courier services and none would do what I needed. When I finally spoke with Maria she told me that they would be happy to help. From that moment on everything went perfectly. The price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them and will definitely be a repeat customer. do yourself a favor and give them a try. read more

Reliable, trustworthy, been using these guys for at least five years. Fair pricing. Saves time.

I am an individual (not a business), and have - for many years now - used Express Connection to pick up and deliver documents from my house to my CPA at tax time, as well as pick-up other packages for delivery whenever it is too much trouble to hand-deliver them the same-day, or when I need a record of a same-day delivery, or when I don't want to trust something to USPS, FedEx, etc. Express Connection has always been right on time for pick-up, and has always delivered the package by the time deadline we have agreed upon, which is usually within an hour to two for packages within the westside Los Angeles area. Their fees are equal to or lower than any other messenger service I have tried, and their service is the best. I HIGHLY recommend them. read more

Just a little late with this review but I definitely wanted to leave one because I can't express enough just how great all of the folks are at Express Connection Messenger Service. We had an urgent situation come up yesterday at work and needed a courier that would not only deliver a package but also contact the receiver when they got to their destination and pick up a package from the receiver to bring back to our office. As I was notified of the need late in the afternoon, all of this had to be accomplished in 3 hours and they did it in around 2.5 hours...I was extremely impressed a we are talking late afternoon Woodland Hills to Los Angeles and back traffic. They were efficient, quick, professional, friendly and cost effective...what more could I ask for. I highly recommend them and will keep them bookmarked for future use. read more

The messenger showed up less than 20 minutes after placing the request for a delivery and promptly delivered the package sooner than they promised. I have only good things to say about this company and their service. My experience with them is that they are courteous, helpful and reliable. From the initial phone call with Rolando I was able to discuss my delivery needs (some of which were intricate because they needed to be delivered in a specific manner) and expectations. He was professional and answered all of my questions. He was also really good about confirming deliver instructions to make sure everything went as requested. Once the order was placed the packages were picked up within minutes of their estimated pick-up time. The packages were delivered on time and they arrived perfectly. Because Rolando did such a good job at taking down detailed notes on the delivery instructions everything went smoothly and without any issues. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for courier services or anyone who has delivery needs. read more

Wow - these guys sure are lightning fast! The documents were picked up within 20 minutes of my call-in order. I love that I was able to call the order in, talk to a real human being, and provide detailed instructions over the phone which made it so much easier and clearer. They really came through in a pinch. Life-saving. Will definitely be using them again in the future. read more

UPDATE: (Added two stars - for price discount) The owner, Peter, reached out to me via phone and kindly thanked us for our (this order was for my company and not me personally) business and also apologized on Rolando's behalf (although, it would have carried more weight if the apology came directly from Rolando...but, I'm thankful none-the-less). Peter also provided additional instructions on the process, which wasn't provided on the first call and that was appreciated as well. He in the end, offered a price discount; therefore, I am reciprocating by changing my 2-star review to 4-star. -- Dealt with Rolando, who immediately had a tone and delivery that was unacceptable. When I first called, explained to him this is my first time using their messenger service, he was already in "system-mode" and didn't explain the process. It wasn't until I expressed to him I didn't appreciate his tone, he decided to have somewhat of a "smile" on his voice, but that didn't last long. He proceeded to ask me what my credit card number was prior to even providing what the fees would be for pick-up/drop-off. I had to ask him for that info first and then he shared what the total was. Also still waiting for my confirmation email... I've dealt with messenger services that were at least somewhat friendly and didn't just automatically drill down asking me addresses/pick-up/etc. without asking me how my day was when we first started the call. Is the company that busy that he couldn't attempt to be a little more helpful and pleasant? First and last time using this company. read more
