I was in urgent need of a Courier Wednesday evening since I had to get an 8 X 12 business envelope delivered before six o'clock and I was just frantically trying to find a courier a little after 5 Pm! I Googled for couriers near me and called one but no one answered nor called me back. I returned to Google worried, as time was running out when I saw and jumped onto Yelp! I scrolled and found "Quick Pick Messenger Service", as being a great service! I was very lucky because I was in a big hurry to get my document picked up and delivered before 6 Pm, and when I called, and 'Amy' answered, she was so friendly and helpful and responded to my need to courier a delivery before 6 pm! She was wonderful and told me that she would immediately convey my information to her courier, 'Lucy' who would contact me and arrive shortly. It was amazing because I had just finished sealing the envelope when she rang the doorbell at 5:35! I only needed to add a return label for which she waited a minute or two and I rushed down to the door. Lucy was great and agreed to take a photo of her delivery into the mail slot at the business, 1.8 miles away. My envelope arrived there 12 minutes later, before 6 at 5:47 pm! And Amy snapped 2 shots of the delivery as promised. It was just so fast and I was really lucky to have discovered Quick Pick Messenger Service! Outstanding service at a very reasonable price!! I had a same day delivery from East Hollywood to Northridge. After calling another messenger service, I called Quick Pick and got a quote $20 less. Quick Pick also took a business check which I appreciate as it's a hassle to use my credit card for work. The other delivery service was going to charge me $9 for using a credit card and they would only take credit cards! I also changed the pick up time on Quick Pick and they were very gracious about it. Amy is always so transparent when communicating updates, ETAs and pricing, we adore her! My employer, Stockholm Design got a late start on our holiday gifts and with the graces of God Amy was able to schedule a messenger to pick up and deliver all the gifts to our clients before we all close for the Christmas holiday. We were worried our clients would feel forgotten and not get their gifts in time however, Amy made it happen and within a reasonable price range.
