Excellent courier service in Los Angeles! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and reliable. The team was very responsive, kept me updated throughout the delivery, and ensured everything arrived safely and on time. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to customer service. It's not easy to find a dependable courier in Los Angeles, but this company exceeded expectations. Whether you need same-day delivery, rush service, or scheduled logistics, they handle it all with efficiency and care. Delivered a car part 50 miles through dense traffic in a timely way. Called me for clarity once (to ask my order #), and did so economically, and with no snags. Will default to this company for courier outsourcing. read more

Cliente arrepentido read more

Smooth and fast process. Once order was placed. I received the package a few hours later.

I used this service for a same day delivery the day before Thanksgiving. And they provided a great service. The quality and value were both great. After searching around I finally found them, and I am so glad I did. I would highly recommend them. Great communication. And on time pick up and delivery. Delivery was more than one hour outside of LA. I will use them again if needed in the future. read more

We have been using deliverLA since our long time courier service was taken over by a larger company and they became unreliable and unresponsive. We have found deliverLA to be extremely reliable and responsive. Their prices are fair and their drivers are very courteous and diligent. Our business relies on deliverLA - and it was a great decision to utilize their services. I recommend them highly to any company that depends on deliveries being on time and handled with care. DeliverLA deliver again. I've used Deliver LA for our office courier work a number of times and each time they are professional, get the job done on time, and are well priced. Today was no different. I had a large order of boxes to move, including navigating our office building's challenging freight elevator system. The driver handled it all in his stride, with a good demeanor. No hassles - full credit to him for top-line service. I am happy to recommend Deliver LA. (Order # 1598465.00) read more

I wanted to deliver a gift to someone at their work place. I didn't have time to drop it off myself and didn't want to deliver through UPS or Fedex. I spoke with a representative and paid over the phone. The item was picked up promptly and delivered within 2-3 hours. It it quite affordable for the service (It will cost more than Fedex or UPS shipping, but there's an actual person that delivers it similar to sending or delivering flowers to someone) I found the business on Yelp and was able to successfully get my item delivered the same day. The delivery driver was a bit confused getting access to my location (I work in a large building), but besides that no issues. They send confirmation emails for pick up and delivery. The name of the person who they signed the item to, is also a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this business for local deliveries read more

Amazing service! These guys really came in clutch when I really needed them. Super easy to set up an account and communicate what needed to be couriered, great communication throughout the process, and a patient & understanding driver who waited when the recipient wasn't answering initially - which I am SO grateful for because it was really important that my items made it to their destination today. Thank you so much deliverLA!! read more

Sent them a message asking for rates and gave details. Said they could do it then never followed up. Super unreliable which is not what one wants in a delivery service. Used another company and not only did they actually follow through, they were half the cost of this place. Proceed with caution. read more

DeliverLA is the only messenger service our company has used since they've opened. They are efficient, reliable, and always go above and beyond to get the job done. Used them to pickup and drop off lock boxes and other items. They are looking for accounts, not just one off, but once setup, process is smooth. When you order either phone, text, or online you get email confo of the order, confo of the pickup, confo of the delivery, LOVE IT! 1st 2 jobs were done QUICKSTYLE! Love it.
