Excellent, timely, and responsive same day, hands on service by Natalie Coleman! Personalized, friendly, and professional customer service.

I hired Natalie to transport a $20,000 painting from Las Vegas, NV to Malibu, CA. Her communication throughout the whole process was excellent, and she handled the entire job very efficiently. She left LA at 4:40am, picked up the painting at 9:40am, and then arrived to the location in Malibu at 3:40pm same-day. During the day she texted me status updates, and met everyone with upbeat energy and a smile. She handled the piece with care and arrived on time! Her prices were reasonable, and she completed the job same-day, whereas every fine art mover I contacted was going to charge me a small dowry, take 5+ days, and deliver the painting only to the curb. I would definitely hire Natalie again for any courier needs in and around Los Angeles! read more

An incredible business--respectful, reliable, and truly one of a kind. I've worked for a company that frequently relies on Miss Natalie's services, and let me tell you, she's the real deal. As the owner and leader of her own company, she's not afraid to roll up her sleeves and hit the field herself. Her dedication, work ethic, and hands-on approach set her apart. I wholeheartedly recommend her business 100%--you can trust that you're in excellent hands with Miss Natalie. read more

I had to have some packages picked up and delivered to another shipper in PV Estates. There were a few moving parts here and it could easily have gone wrong. I searched on Yelp for couriers and although Ms Courier Logistics didn't have the most 5 star Yelp reviews, I decided to give them a call. Natalie was very responsive and we arranged everything through text. Super easy, very professional! They followed my instruction to a T! I got photos of the items at drop off. Couldn't have been happier with this service! Please give this small business a shot. They deserve it! So glad I called Ms Courier Logistics!! read more

Excellent, professional, and able to take a crazy request and make it all work out - if you need to solve a last mile shipping issue, Natalie takes you straight from panic to zen! I had a delayed shipment for a product that is getting tested in a LA store by a major retailer. This product was about to miss its own launch activities due to a delay getting it to California. When we finally got to CA (4.7 miles from its final destination), the freight company didn't have a driver to do the last bit of the delivery. I am located in Oregon and too far away to solve this myself. We had 2 hours left before the delivery appointment. Thanks to Yelp, I found Natalie. She picked the phone up right away (no automated system!!!), listened to what I needed, calmly asked for the information she needed to get this done, and then she did it. Just like that. What major, nationwide companies couldn't do, she got done. I am beyond grateful for her professionalism, and for her kindness. I can HIGHLY recommend her. read more

Very good experience. It's sometimes tough to trust someone first time, but I would recommend giving Ms Courier a try. read more
