Excellent, professional, and able to take a crazy request and make it all work out - if you need to solve a last mile shipping issue, Natalie takes you straight from panic to zen! I had a delayed shipment for a product that is getting tested in a LA store by a major retailer. This product was about to miss its own launch activities due to a delay getting it to California. When we finally got to CA (4.7 miles from its final destination), the freight company didn't have a driver to do the last bit of the delivery.
