She left LA at 4:40am, picked up the painting at 9:40am, and then arrived to the location in Malibu at 3:40pm same-day. During the day she texted me status updates, and met everyone with upbeat energy and a smile. She handled the piece with care and arrived on time! Excellent, professional, and able to take a crazy request and make it all work out - if you need to solve a last mile shipping issue, Natalie takes you straight from panic to zen! I had a delayed shipment for a product that is getting tested in a LA store by a major retailer. This product was about to miss its own launch activities due to a delay getting it to California. When we finally got to CA (4.7 miles from its final destination), the freight company didn't have a driver to do the last bit of the delivery.
