We reached out with a request to transport event materials from our office to a local school, and their team responded immediately with availability, a clear quote, and guidance on the right vehicle size for the delivery. Throughout the process, they were incredibly communicative and helpful. They answered every question, took the time to call and review the details with us directly, followed up in advance, arrived early, and picked everything up promptly. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The drivers were efficient, warm, professional, and extremely easy to work with. It was such a pleasure working with a local business that is this responsive, organized, and dependable. We would absolutely use On Time Messenger Service again and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a trustworthy courier or delivery partner.

I don't write reviews like this often, but WOW--this moving company truly deserves it…read more This is my second time working with them, and honestly, they've set the bar ridiculously high. The first time, they delivered a bedroom set I had purchased and were already so professional, efficient, and kind that I knew I'd be calling them again for my full move. And I'm so glad I did. From start to finish, this team was incredible. Not only are they genuinely friendly (like, the kind of people you actually enjoy having around during a stressful move), but they are also unbelievably meticulous. Every item was handled with care, everything was placed exactly where I wanted it, and they moved with such intention and efficiency without ever making me feel rushed. Moving is usually chaotic and exhausting, but they made the entire experience feel smooth, organized, and honestly... kind of easy? I didn't think that was possible. It's rare to find a company that is both highly professional and genuinely kind, but they are exactly that. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in every detail. I cannot recommend them enough. If you're even thinking about hiring movers--just book them. You won't regret it.
