From the moment I signed up, I was almost immediately reached out to by a driver from Ziply. All of that happened. Not only was my mattress picked up quickly, delivered professionally, but also, the cost was so much more reasonable than what the "tasker" had charged me. It took me about 5 minutes to sign up for an account, and I immediately scheduled a delivery at 11:13 am. I realize that there are delays in deliveries due to Covid, and Gofer It!'s website makes that abundantly clear...but here's the crazy part: 8 minutes later I received a dispatch notification and 20 minutes after that the driver was knocking at my door to pick up the package! My package was safely delivered to its location in under 2 hours and they provided delivery notes as to who signed for the package and when. That kind of accountability and flexibility is hard to find, and it really stood out to me.
