On April 27, 2026, we placed an order for a washer and dryer from HOMEDEPOT. The 3rd party delivery company was Temco Logistics. The company scheduled to come out to deliver the units on Wednesday 5/29/26. We took the entire day off waiting the Delivery time was 11-2 the delivery drivers ended up showing up close to 3. When they were bringing the unit, they noticed they did not have the staking kit, so Home Depot told us to refuse the order as the kit is needed to connect the washer and dryer. The delivery driver informed us that he dropped off 2 of the stacking to the client before us. So, Friday comes 5/1/26 we were supposed to get another delivery date which showed us on our phone it was for Saturday 5/2/26 That day came and still no delivery. Called Home Depot they said it was because there was no stacking kit they couldn't come. (Day 2 taking a day off). On 5/4/26 went to Home Depot again to cancel the stacking kit to just receive the washer and dryer because its urgent at this point. They scheduled us for 5/6/26 (3rd day off) today comes and now they are trying to reschedule us for FRIDAY 5/8/26. Since 1968, Temco Logistics has stored, delivered, and installed products for millions of residential and commercial customers. Temco Logistics has served me on a couple of occasions. I first encountered Temco Logistics when I ordered a grill on Home Depot's website. I requested free assembly and delivery for a particular day. Home Depot and Temco Logistics gave me an estimated delivery time, and they used emails, text messages, and phone calls to give me updates about the delivery. The delivery driver from Temco Logistics arrived at my home on time. He spoke very courteously to me. He put the grill just past my garage door, he took photos as proof of delivery, and he gave me delivery-confirmation papers. My grill had all parts and had no damage. Today two employees from Temco Logistics arrived at my house to uninstall and haul away my old dishwasher and to install a new dishwasher. The two employees arrived slightly before their estimated delivery window, but they called when they were on their way. They spoke courteously to me. They took about one hour to complete the job. My new dishwasher appears to work well. Unfortunately, the employees had lost my delivery paperwork, so I will have to call a phone number to get it. Update: I called the phone number to obtain my delivery paperwork. An employee put me on hold for several minutes, and then he told me that they would email me the paperwork. On November 7, 2025, Maurice Foote, a Driver Manager, offered to sell household appliances to us. Maurice Foote asked whether we needed any appliances. Williams stated that she needed a dishwasher. Maurice Foote advised that he could provide a dishwasher for $300, and payment was made via Zelle. Delivery was arranged to the following address: Douglasville, GA 30135 United States Maurice Foote also delivered a microwave to a separate address: Lithonia, GA The appliances were not installed by Maurice Foote. When an attempt was made to install the dishwasher, it was discovered that there was water present inside the unit, indicating prior use. Maurice Foote was contacted regarding this issue, and he stated that he would replace the dishwasher. Over the course of several weeks, multiple attempts were made to contact Maurice Foote regarding the replacement. These attempts were ignored, and no replacement was provided. Maurice Foote only responded after his child's mother contacted him and threatened to notify his employer regarding his alleged fraudulent behavior. More recently, Maurice Foote contacted Kelly Williams and stated that he would either replace the dishwasher or refund the $300 payment. As of the date of this statement, neither a replacement nor a refund has been received. Based on information known to us, the appliances provided were stolen property originating from Home Depot. We are also aware of a stolen refrigerator, and serial numbers are available for the dishwasher and microwave if required. Additionally, an individual known as "Marvin" may be involved in this activity. It is believed that this individual is either: * A Temco employee using a false name, or * An independent contractor involved in the theft and resale of appliances. It is understood that in newly constructed homes, appliances are often already installed. If a buyer requests new appliances, Home Depot delivers replacements, and the original appliances are removed and resold illegally, along with other items such as light fixtures and ceiling fans. It is further alleged that Maurice Foote has been involved in this activity for several years, including during his time working as a contractor. Dangerous company. The manager Megan for Temco in Arizona offered me 20% off to keep a dryer I purchased that had a dent in it upon delivery. When I said no I didn't want 20% off I wanted a new dryer Megan started yelling through the phone then changed her tune saying it was a fire hazard and tried to get her delivery crew to pull it out. So she wanted me to keep a fire hazard and not inform Home Depot but got upset, disrespectful and rude when I said no. Very unprofessional to yell at me. Horrible experience! This company is hired as a third-party by Home Depot to do their appliances deliveries and installation. Unfortunately this company hires employees who do not do their job right, starting from upper management who will ignore your phone calls after a delivery is completed. This delivery was an awful experience, not only did they fail to install the washer but the driver stole the brand new water hoses that I had purchased. I had a feeling they were going to do a half as job so I started recording them when he said "I'll bring you your hoses right now and set up your washer". I kept recording them leaving and pursued them in my vehicle 2 blocks down. I approached the driver and he said "the hoses were in inside the box". The good thing I recorded the entire incident. As predicted, the hoses were not in the box. I have already filed a complaint with Home​ Depot. If you hire this company just be aware that their employees are thieves. read more

If I can sum up Temco in one word it would be incompetent. I have never witnessed so much incompetence so many times in a row. Four separate Temco crews could not install a washing machine. My story starts with my wife and I deciding to replace our old barely working washing machine. Because the dryer was the same age we went ahead and got a new GE Profile washer and dryer set from Home Depot with pedestals. Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy, and Costco use Temco for delivery and install. If you're lucky and your situation is perfect you'll have no problems. Pray to God you get the official Temco employees in a Temco truck with Temco uniforms. You'll have a chance. If a rental truck pulls up with people in street clothes that means they're contractors and you're screwed. These are people with zero skill sets or ability to install your appliance safely. Temco loads them up in Pomona, CA with 24 orders and they have to rush as fast as possible driving all over Socal to get these 24 orders delivered. Any issues delays their load which makes them angry and belligerent. Crew #1: Rental truck shows up with some real a-holes in street clothes. One guy reeks like booze and the other is in a foul mood. They unload our expensive appliances onto the asphalt and start assembling on the asphalt. The guy has no clue how to reverse the washer door so he watches a youtube video. An hour later they come into my house and say they can't install the dryer due to a valve issue but for $60 cash they'll try. They start getting angry when I question this so I get Home Depot on the phone who strongly advises me to refuse the shipment. I agree and they get super angry storming off slamming the stuff into the truck. My plumber fixes the valve but shows me their was a secondary valve they could have used turn off the gas. Crew 2: Official Temco crew shows up. They're super professional and hook everything up no problem. They do a test run (empty washer) and everything seems good. We're happy until we do a load of laundry. Now with weight and water it starts screeching, making jack hammer loud pounding noises, and is rocking violently like a carnival ride. Make sure you throw some towels or clothes in the wash and do a rinse/spin before you let the crew leave. We then see the front of the pedestal is broken and coming off. Crew 3: They come to inspect, also official Temco crew.. Since crew 1 didn't install the shipping bolts back into the machine it's destroyed and the pedestal was broken/bent. It looks like they dragged it around scraping the pedestal since it was shredded on the back and bent on the side. They recommend replacement. Crew 4: Contractors in a Ryder truck show up. The guy didn't realize he was replacing another unit and starts going belligerent cussing saying he has 21 more stops and "doesn't have time for this shit". He rushes putting together the washer on the pedestal and all along the way is throwing a fit and trying to strong arm us into making it easier for him such as not reversing the doors, not placing them where we want them, etc. He finishes and turns on the washer and it's wobbling horribly. I notice he didn't install the feet on the washer which per the manual sit snuggly on the pedestal to prevent vibration and rocking. He said "I've been doing this 7 years and know what I'm doing". 2.5 hours go by and he can't get it balanced. I call home depot who calls Temco. We're on the phone and my wife says "He left!". Guy left without finishing the job. Home Depot sends GE to inspect what Temco did. GE tech instantly says "here's your problem, the feet are missing". He also found the dryer vent wasn't attached to the dryer and the water drain wasn't secured. We also found he dented the dryer, scratched the washer door, gouged our wall in 3 places, damaged our door trim, and didn't hang our exit door correctly. He fixes the dryer and drain but can't fix the missing feet since that's an install issue and not an appliance issue. Plus it's a 2 person job. At this point I'm done with Temco. I call ACE Appliance Installers and the crew comes out in 2 hours. They spend 3.5 hours fixing the Temco issue since it wasn't installed on the pedestal correctly. Once they were done the washing machine was perfect. The great part was Home Depot. They recorded every single conversation I had with them, they had the report GE gave them, and when I told them I hired a professional they refunded the money I spent 100% plus some additional money no questions asked. Temco is like playing the lottery. You might have a perfect experience, I did when the previous washer and dryer were installed. The main factor seems to be if you get legit Temco employees who seem to have more training or if you get one of the contractors who are rushed to deliver an insane amount of orders a day. Next time I'll most likely just have them deliver and hire a professional install team. read more

I had an issue with a delivery today of a refrigerator that I did not order and an address that was not mine. I admit I panicked and called Home Depot to cancel the order thinking it was fraud, however, Home Depot did NOT cancel the order. When the driver from Temco called to deliver the refrigerator, I cancelled the delivery. After further research I realized it was a very weird mix up in the delivery address and my name being on the receipt. When I realized the mistake, I immediately called Temco and manager Tim helped me get the delivery back on the schedule to the homeowners who were without a refrigerator. I appreciate Tim's patience with me and not judging me for basically freaking out thinking someone stole my identity. Our crew members Eddie and Hugo were GREAT! They called me when they were on their way and arrived right on time. They both were so professional, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that the hook up of our new units was correct as there was some confusion at Home Depot store regarding electric dryer when purchased. Thankfully Eddie and Hugo were able to figure it out and I am so grateful. They were also very safety conscious regarding our gas line being capped after disconnecting the old gas dryer and capped it for me!! Did not call ahead 30 minutes prior to delivery as specified in the order. Instead sent an email about 10 minutes prior to arrival. In reviewing emails, the estimated delivery times kept bein changed, a swing of about 2-3 hours. We finally decided to head to the delivery location and received a call telling us they were 10 minutes away while we were enroute. We let them know we were on our way. When we were 5 minutes from arrival, we received a text stating that the delivery would be rescheduled. This is unacceptable and terrible customer service. Home depot should also be ashamed of themselves for using this vendor. I canceled the order and will place my future order with a company who can provide decent customer service. We ordered our fridge from Home Depot and was supposed to be delivered today on Saturday, the time window was 10am to 2pm. Temco is a 3rd party delivery service that Home Depot uses. We got a text message from them at 10am saying they would be here in 15 minutes, their dispatch called us at 10:25am saying the driver attempted delivery but there was no answer at the house. We told dispatch that we were in the middle of moving and were at the old house and we would be at the new house in 10 minutes to meet the driver, we got to the new house within 10 minutes and the driver was gone. We called customer service and after getting the run around we were told that there was only a 15 Minute window and we missed our window and the driver was in Detroit and they could not deliver the fridge today. We ended up talking to a manager who was absolutely no help and tried shoving his religious bs down our throat just because we were angry. Do not trust this company! Their communication sucks and their customer service doesn't care about you.
