Overall the experience was good. The guys are friendly and get all the details needed for a proper move. They were rather late though with our appointment time and I would have loved a better estimate of timing and communication. I'm giving them a higher review in spite of that for how friendly and helpful they were and the glowing reception amongst my friends and roomie during the move. They were quick according to my friends loading up our stuff. They were transparent about pricing and answered all our questions with details! Overall great guys

He does exellent business and has been a real lifesaver especially with some of the last minute jobs I needed him for; so much so that I knew I could trust him with my personal move and him and his guys did a seamless job per usual. When work ethic and quality of service are so high level but still have that family-owned business warmth, it really can be invaluable!

We had a great experience with Taking Action Delivery a few weeks ago. They were quick to respond with service details/pricing and I booked them for the following week with a $50 deposit. They came within the 8-10am timeframe and gave us a heads up ~40 mins before arrival. We requested three movers and one came about 45 mins late. All three young men hustled and worked their asses off nonstop. They came ready with plenty of moving supplies and shared their game plan. We appreciated their positive, determined attitudes and increased our tips to make sure they knew. My husband enjoyed talking to the guys too. One was Pablo and he was on point. The truck did not fit everything so they had to make a second trip. Thankfully we were moving within the same complex so no time was really wasted esp since they were fine not taking a lunch break. This is our 3rd or 4th time hiring movers and we would definitely call them again. Best moving experience yet. Although minor things happened and we were totally fine with it, others may have higher expectations so if you do, just make sure you communicate it. For reference, it took about 5.5 hrs for 3 movers to move out of our 2nd Fl 1,250 SF two bedroom. They helped wrap some large pieces of furniture, secure some boxes, grabbed every little thing (even if it was a plastic bag or a blanket) and made sure things were placed/unwrapped in the correct area of our new home. We used Rob and Mike to help us move out of the condo we sold in Hawaii Gardens and into a storage unit right around the corner until we found a new house. They both were not only professional but also made me feel like they were my friends helping me move. They made sure EVERYTHING was wrapped and protected so that no damage would be made to anything, even our couches! Normally when you have a mirror or any furniture with screws, they wrap your items or put your screws in a baggy. They also told me to put some items in my car because they couldn't do it. For example, my computer items, such as my screens. That was very odd. In my opinion, I should have just hired someone from Facebook if I would have know I wasn't going to get a full on professional mover experience. I paid 238 cash or so for 2 hours. I had heard about Scott Storage from my mom's neighbor, so I checked it out. Glad I did. Bob was at the front counter and I let him know what I needed. He let me know all he had available was a coveted 10x10 on the ground floor right near the drive up garage - how could I say no? First month was about $30 and it was just north of $200 each month after that. Because I knew I'd be out of there quickly, that was actually competitive compared to other places and smaller units. The place was clean, safe, and well organized. They even played some great music (I'm an old Xennial so I appreciate the 70s-90s hits). It was hella secure - you have to enter a code and can't get in after 7pm most nights. I had NO doubt my stuff was safe and secure. The complimentary carts and roll in garage made moving the stuff in easy - and we were able to move out before our third month, and it was a quick and easy process! Can't recommend this place enough.

I said yes, and he went to a storage room to find a box that would fit my computer, then packed IT FOR ME, and told me that there was no need for me to buy the tape. I offered to give him money for helping me out, but he declined and said it was no problem. He even told me that for the weight of the item, it would be cheaper to go down the street and ship it at the post office. The owner's a quality person. This kind of customer service is hard to come by, so definitely go if you need to ship, copy, or fax something.

This was a last minute situation, I was in a bind and called just about everyone I knew to help move some furnishings before 8 pm or it be a total loss! I had this company highly recommended by a friend once I called I spoke to Adrian he immediately took initiative to help! On top of that he rated me a flat rate i had imagined to be way more expensive, long story short they came in wrapped my items neatly, carried from 2 flights of stairs, loaded and delivered before 8! I can't believe how easy and affordable this project became, thank you so much for your help taking Action this company completely saved the day! As a 100% disabled veteren and trying to move these guys really helped me out. I wasnt able to finish packing due to sever back pain and issues. Sure most people want things done now and expect everything to be perfect and immaculate but with moveing things always happen. I am just extermly thankful for them amd there time. They were carefull all the way through from packing and loading to unloading and unpacking. Considering some people out there put movers through hell just because there ignorant or not understanding, I didn't care as long as they got the job done and damn they did an amazing job and we all made it fun instead of awkward and stressful. Even with military moveing when I served for 8 years and moveing to other places out of military these guys take number one. I will be asking for there service's if we ever move again. Had a fantastic experience with this company! Sent a request late Thursday July 3rd to move some furniture and they responded next day on July 4th holiday. They provided a fair reasonable quote and was able to schedule us in during the holiday weekend on Sunday July 6th. (Honestly did not expect to get a response during the holiday weekend let alone schedule us in.) Rob and Michael arrived at the agreed upon time. They removed all wall art as a precaution and protected the staircase. And after, hung back all the wall art. Prompt, Punctual, Professional, and Very Friendly! I recently used a moving company for the first time, and after this experience, I will never move on my own again! I contacted Rob needing next-day service, and he was incredibly kind enough to accommodate me on such short notice. The crew arrived on time and got straight to work. I was especially impressed that they took the time to protect my flooring and doorways before moving a single box. They worked with incredible speed but treated my belongings with extreme care.
