Overall the experience was good. The guys are friendly and get all the details needed for a proper move. They were rather late though with our appointment time and I would have loved a better estimate of timing and communication. I'm giving them a higher review in spite of that for how friendly and helpful they were and the glowing reception amongst my friends and roomie during the move. We had a great experience with Taking Action Delivery a few weeks ago. They were quick to respond with service details/pricing and I booked them for the following week with a $50 deposit. They came within the 8-10am timeframe and gave us a heads up ~40 mins before arrival. We requested three movers and one came about 45 mins late. All three young men hustled and worked their asses off nonstop. They came ready with plenty of moving supplies and shared their game plan. We appreciated their positive, determined attitudes and increased our tips to make sure they knew. My husband enjoyed talking to the guys too. One was Pablo and he was on point. The truck did not fit everything so they had to make a second trip. Thankfully we were moving within the same complex so no time was really wasted esp since they were fine not taking a lunch break. This is our 3rd or 4th time hiring movers and we would definitely call them again. Best moving experience yet. Although minor things happened and we were totally fine with it, others may have higher expectations so if you do, just make sure you communicate it. For reference, it took about 5.5 hrs for 3 movers to move out of our 2nd Fl 1,250 SF two bedroom. They helped wrap some large pieces of furniture, secure some boxes, grabbed every little thing (even if it was a plastic bag or a blanket) and made sure things were placed/unwrapped in the correct area of our new home. We highly recommend them. The movers were professional, hard working and easy-going. read more
