I contacted a few different companies for a ballpark estimate using photos and a written list of items I needed moved (got a lotta stuff apparently). I even said I understood final cost depends on actual job which I'm totally fine with. Omar from All Express Moving was the only one that broke down their pricing and was willing to give me an estimate without scheduling a video call... like maybe I'm unreasonable but I have no idea why others NEED a video call, during my work hours no less, in order to give me even an idea of price!? One wouldn't even schedule the call without having all my info including both addresses, no thanks. Due to the convenience and the very reasonable pricing, and the fact that they were willing to move my baby grand piano (extra charge), I booked All Express about 3 weeks in advance. Day of, they showed up right on time, did a walkthrough, and started hauling. I have some heavy furniture pieces that come with a glass insert and they removed it and everything arrived intact. They somehow stuffed everything in their truck and made one trip and that still took almost 13 hours. My new house is 2-story with at least half my furniture needing to go upstairs and they did all of that without problems. Would definitely use them again although hopefully I won't need to lol. read more

Omar and his team of 3 guys did a FANTASTIC job helping us move from Buena Park to Long Beach. We moved from a 4 bedroom to a 5 bedroom house, moving a king bed, 3 queen beds with bed frames, an L-shaped couch, 2 desks, 5 dressers, 25 boxes, 2 bookshelves, patio furniture, 3 large TVs, a huge dining table, and 8 dining chairs. They helped disassemble anything we requested, including dismounting TVs, and they reassembled what we requested. We moved things upstairs at the new house which was very difficult and they worked extremely hard with no breaks for 4.25 hours and they made great time. For 4 guys, it was $170 per hour so I went with 3 guys for $140. It's a flat $50 for gas which helps pay for the 26-foot truck which is HUGE. They were also incredibly flexible considering I had to move my original move date due to some complications and delays at my new spot.
