From the moment this moving company arrived, I knew I was in excellent hands! The team was punctual, professional, and immediately put me at ease with their warm, friendly energy. Their communication beforehand was crystal clear. They explained the costs upfront, answered every single question I had, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. Plus, their pricing was shockingly reasonable, which instantly reduced a ton of stress. Right away, I noticed how thoughtful and proactive the movers were. They had told me they'd bring wardrobe boxes and they helped me carefully pack them and unload all the clothes, even though I hadn't requested packing services. As the day went on, I got to personally know several of the movers. They shared hilarious and heartwarming stories, offered tips that helped us figure out the perfect layout for our furniture, and genuinely seemed invested in making the move go smoothly. Their friendliness and positive energy turned what's usually a stressful day into a surprisingly fun experience. They managed to do all of that without compromising their efficiency. I was most impressed with the fact that they moved all of our beloved plants with unbelievable care. Every single one arrived safely, not a single pot cracked. By the end of the day, our home was perfectly organized, everything was in place, and the whole process felt almost effortless. The combination of professionalism, careful attention to detail, and genuine warmth made this move absolutely outstanding. Hands down, this is the best moving company I've ever worked with! I would recommend them to all my friends and anyone I know. They go above and beyond in every way, and you'll feel like you're moving with friends, not just movers! read more

Tito, Fidel, Paco and Charles move us yesterday. We had the MOST hard worker, friendly, professional, and outstanding group of movers. We have moved 3 times in the last 2 years and NEVER had the Red Carpet move that they gave us. They are the MOST CAREFUL team of movers and I totally agree with all of their Yelp reviews. If we could give them 6 we definitively will do that. Hands down. The guys move us in a few hours. They NEVER slow down, they kept a fast pace. They never took advantage of the clock. They wrap every item so careful and extremely well. They are very friendly and my boyfriend and I got to find out a little bit about them. Amazing guys! I want to THANK YOU all of you!! You made our move from Montebello to Lake Forest a UNIQUE, MAGICAL move!!! For all the Yelpers out there, this is the #1 MOVING COMPANY. Tito a Master on putting together everything you can imagine. He is fast, and gets the most difficult furniture together. Fidel the most straight forward and awesome guy from NYC. Very strong and happy. Paco kept on the move on a fast pace and careful at the same time. He wraps every item so nothing gets damage in the move. Charles from Atlanta amazing guy, fast pace, nice, responsible, professional. The difference between Florez Moving Company and all the other moving companies out there is that this guys CARE about the job they do. They LOVE their job. And they do not want any customer to be unsatisfied with their service. Had a STRESS FREE MOVE for the first time in my life. We are extremely thankful. I will definitely recommend you to ALL my friends, coworkers, customers and family. read more

I couldn't believe there is a moving company out there with a 5 star rating so I decided to try Florez Elite Moving and it's true, these guys are exceptional. I've moved frequently across states and locally here in Pasadena, CA and have never experience a time where my furniture weren't damaged. These guys are ultimate professionals, knew what they were doing, explained about how things would go and kept to their word about being careful with my belongings - no damages at all! Fidel actually explained to me about not dragging my boxes across the floor in case there are rocks underneath that can damage my flooring so he always picked things up to move them if I need something placed somewhere else. They were patient with me when I asked for things to be a certain way. At one point, I realized I didn't know where my scissors were to start opening boxes and unpacking so Fidel opened up all my boxes for me in my room before continuing the move. They used the giant boxes on wheels to move huge amounts of boxes at a time. They do charge more per hour than some others but it's well worth it to me because they're not adding extras for long carry and heavy items (I have adjustable beds and they are heavy!!). They do charge extra for packaging TV so you can box that yourself if you want to save some money, and make sure everything is unplugged so they don't have to do it and charge extra. Ramona was very clear about that so I was ready. Overall, they are friendly, fast and efficient, knowledgeable, careful, just pros at what they do! I would totally hire these guys (Paco, Fidel, and Tito) again for a future move! read more

I am so glad I called Florez Elite!! Their excellent Yelp reviews proved absolutely true. First, Ramona, was fantastic in making the arrangements over the phone and later sending me a confirmation email. Second, the movers, Paco, Fidel, and Travis, were phenomenal and extremely professional. My boyfriend and I immediately felt comfortable and trusted them to help us move into our new home. I spoke with Paco first and from the get-go, I appreciated the way he explained the process of how he, Fidel, and Travis would move our items. We had a hiccup with the Public Storage elevator malfunctioning on our move-out day, but they quickly decided to not waste any time and found the stairs and started transporting everything from the 2nd story to the first floor. They worked so well together, maintaining an awesome assembly line of moving things! Above all, they were in constant positive spirits and demonstrated excellent communication with one another whlie carrying and loading our items. They smiled and laughed while they worked, despite the heat of the California sun! Fidel was even singing while he worked! These guys demonstrated professionalism, care, kindness, and efficiency. They did such a great job! We had previously hired Starving Students and had a bad experience so it was like night and day to have the Florez Elite company take our precious cargo because they knew what they were doing and did it well. My boyfriend and I greatly appreciated how thorough Paco, Fidel, and Travis were from the beginning to the end. They took great care in every detail of the move. I highly recommend Florez Elite! read more

The incredible team at Florez Elite Moving made my interstate relocation a truly amazing experience that I will never forget. They are at the top of their game providing not only professionalism and diligence, but also absolute integrity and honesty. They treat you like family and your belongings with incredible care and handling. You know you're in good hands with the extraordinary team here. I'm so grateful for Ramona, Ruben, Ryder, Fidel, Paco, and Chris who are all phenomenal individuals that go above and beyond for their customers. Moving is naturally a super stressful process, but they eliminated all my worries as they are true pros at what they do and every step of the way, they ensured detailed communication and exceeded all expectations in their execution. Their methodology, speed, teamwork and efficiency from pick-up/loading to delivery were impeccable. Even for such a long distance move from CA to AZ, I received everything at record time, exactly as promised and in its original condition. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends in a heartbeat. If I ever need to move again, I will always entrust them because they don't treat their work like transactions, but rather they show up with genuine passion and respect for the art of moving to bring forth the best moving experience anyone can ask for. I'm incredibly blessed to have found Florez Elite Moving. Thank you so much to the team for everything! Super duper highly recommend to anyone looking to move - you will know exactly what I mean when you see it for yourself. Best, Angela (Ting Ting) read more

I found Florez Elite Moving through Yelp. I had originally called and left a message with another moving company but they did not return my call, so went to Yelp and started looking for another moving company. I saw Florez Elite with over 100 reviews and have five stars, you cannot get better reviews than that. I read the about 3 months back up to the most recent reviews and I decided to call them. Ramona answered my call, she was very friendly, and she explained everything very clearly. She followed the call with an email confirmation and we were set. Today was moving day! Paco, Fidel, Michael and Tito were AWESOME, very friendly, ready to work, and boy did they work...they were on a roll, I had to get out of their way. Paco is the captain of the team and he is GREAT, explained everything in details, always checked and double checked with me on what goes where and what to take and what not to take...Fidel is the music man, always singing and having fun working, making sure everything is wrapped and packed accordingly. Tito and Michael were the quiet guys (sort of) and focused on moving, non-stop...they made the team the A_TEAM This is my first time using a moving company and it is worth every penny I spent. I thank you to Paco, Fidel, Michael and Tito for a job well done. I am very happy and very pleased with their work. I highly recommend Florez Elite Moving...you will NOT be disappointed. read more

We had our move come up earlier than expected and after calling a couple of more "well known" movers who had no capacity that coming Saturday I stumbled over Florez Elite movers online and called Ramona there, she was very customer service oriented and within an hour she had 3 guys and a large truck booked for us with a very competitive price, no hidden fees and what we agreed to on the call, was the bill at the end (+tip ofcourse). We have moved a lot in our time but the guys from Florez could not be any more professional and courteous. First, a thorough inspection, where existing damaged or worn items was noted down, and a timeline was agreed so we knew what to expect during the day. Then the guys set to work, with a pace second to none they wrapped every furniture and emptied out our large 4 bedroom house, we did not move far but the our new house had a steep driveway the truck couldnt make, so these guys handcarried everything up that steep 40 feet driveway with full speed! very impressive and with no damages! Paco, Fidel (with the iron grip that never lets go) and Mike did a fantastic job, and we recommend them highly. Treat them well as they do work very hard on a job most people, including your buddies, do not want to do ! read more

These guys are amazing, first i want to say i move a total about 5 times within the last 25 years, and i must say these guys are the best. i don't normally write reviews but i just had to. I know what you're thinking. You're embarking on a stressful mission and you don't want you're stuff to be damaged. You want trustworthy workers who have the strength of character to treat your belongings as if they were their own. You search is over. Florez Elite will now be a part of your family. Quite simply... they care. They care about you. They care about your belongings. They care about your future. We had Fidel (The Machine), Mike (The Mikehanic) and Ryder (The Maverick). They're now a part of our family. For some reason, I was being called to hold off booking with any other company until I spoke with Ramona, their office manager and co-owner. A few minutes into our conversation, I understood why Florez Elite was meant to move our home. When you call, ask her why that guy Mark from Yelp sent you. I consider myself SO fortunate that I waited to book our move until talking with Florez Elite. God bless all those guys for the pride they take in their work and the care they have for their customers. We'll be using them again in a few weeks to move my wife's business. You don't know me but please trust me... book with Florez Elite. read more

Wow! These guys are unbelievably hard-working, efficient, careful, and seemingly super-human. We've had three separate moves (so far) as we relocate from Los Angeles to Northern California. The team initially helped with loading a Pod that we rented, and they made use of every inch of that unit. They carefully wrapped pictures and furniture, rolled rugs, and loaded everything carefully with padding and support to ensure that things didn't tumble during the move. They then loaded a moving truck with everything else in the house and drove it up to NorCal. Some items were carefully delivered to our temporary apartment, and the rest was put in a nearby storage unit, all with care and logically placed. As an example, the rolled throw rugs were among the last items loaded into the truck, as they are the first items to be placed in the new apartment, followed by the furniture which was placed on the rugs, etc. It was all incredibly well though out and wonderful. I would absolutely trust these guys with my life and I am so grateful to have found them to help us through this stressful relocation. I can't overstate how wonderful they all are! read more

I recently had Florez Elite Moving help us move into our new home and it was the best moving experience I have had. Reuben, Ryder, and James were professional, on time, and genuinely nice people. They were quick but made sure everything was moved carefully. In the end, they went over and beyond by helping us move stuff from our driveway to garage even though they were already done with their services. Aside from the move, that day was stressful too since one of my kids had an doctor appt. Before they left, one of the movers said a little prayer for the recovery of my child which brought me into tears because I was touched. What you guys did for us is customer service at its best. You may not realize it but what you did today was more than moving. You helped our family settle into our new home after 3 long years and you also brought us comfort before we went to my child's appointment. By the way thank you for your prayers, the appointment went well. Thank you Florez Elite for helping us. It's beyond words how much we appreciate your services and your genuineness. We highly recommend Florez Elite for moving services. read more

I'm not much of a Yelper..but this company is so spectacular, I just have to. I moved back in May and it was a complete nightmare! I wasn't able to go with Florez Elite then cause it was on short notice and they were booked up. This time, I called early....and was I ever so relieved that I did. First of all, they arrived early...yes, early. Let's face it...most of the time when you're expecting a service or delivery....rarely is anyone ever on time. From the moment Fidel and Daniel arrived, these guys started hustling. They were careful, efficicent..along with being courteous, respectful and basically just all around nice guys. I honestly can't say enough good things about these guys! They were seriously awesome! In general, moving sucks. It's hectic and stressful. With Fidel and Daniel, I was literally worry free. I didn't worry about having to watch them to make sure they were careful with my belongings, and believe it or not...it was actually fun. I would recommend Florez Elite to everyone. If you're going to move, call them. You will not regret it! read more

If there were an option for 10 stars, Tito, Paco and Fidel would earn all 10! This was my first experience hiring professional movers, and these guys absolutely went above and beyond any expectations that I could have had. We had a complicated move with three parts, and they did not even bat an eye! They kept everything organized and took such great care of all of our items. The entire process of packing, moving, and settling into our new home was daunting to me, but these guys honestly made the day so much easier for me. Not only were they efficient and meticulously careful with our belongings, they made me laugh and kept things entertaining in what turned into a very long day of moving. I would absolutely 100% recommend them to anyone interested in moving. Prior to hiring Florez Elite Moving I called 4 other companies for quotes. The pricing was all about the same but I chose Elite because Ramona was so gracious on the phone. That really set the tone for the entire experience. read more

Florez was the moving company I chose because of their great reviews on Yelp. I spoke with Ramona who was very professional. When she came to the house to assess and provide an estimate, my husband and I knew that they were the movers we wanted to hire. She was warm, detailed, professional, and very personable. We moved this past Friday. Fidel, Daniel and Paco arrived a few minutes early. As we were doing 2 stops (one to the storage unit and then the apartment), they checked the furniture to identify which pieces were going to each location. They were very professional, had attention to detail, were very strong and worked efficiently as a team. They were also friendly and accommodating. I was impressed not only with the way they carefully handled and packed our furniture, but also how they efficiently fitted the furniture in the storage unit! This is an A+ team! I highly recommend this moving company. We will definitely hire these movers again. Thank you so much! read more

Cannot say enough good words about Florez Elite Movers. I had a 700 lb vending machine to move from my garage to my family room. I asked several 'heavy item' movers, piano movers, etc. if they would do it and all said they didn't want any part of it. Florez Elite said they would do it and quoted me a fair price. Ruben, Brandon, and Ryder arrived on time and ready to go. The machine had been left on a pallet from the manufacturer so they had to figure out how to remove it from the pallet. Then they professionally figured out a way to bring it up my curved brick steps using many ramps and a big dolly. The machine was placed exactly where I wanted it with no damage. The guys were so nice and personable. I would highly recommend these movers to all. One final thing, Ramona, the secretary was so nice during all communications leading up to the move. She texted me with any updates and made the whole process a joy!!! read more

Shout out to Fidel and Paco! These guys were the best. This was my first time hiring a moving company and will continue to hire this company for the next time. They were so professional and kind from start to finish, I loved how organized they were in setting up my appointment for my move. They gave me all my fee quotes accurately with no hidden fees and were open to all my questions with no hesitations. Fidel and Paco arrived to my home at the arrival time give with big smiles that melted my stress from the big headache of moving, not only did they handled my job with nothing but professionalism and kindness they assured me that there was no job they couldn't handle. I praise them both for helping me with moving day , I could not do it alone and was completely ecstatic with the outcome. I will recommend everyone to this moving company and tell them request Paco and Fidel. It's safe to say I give them 5 stars. read more

I needed to move from Santa Monica to San Francisco and this time I was done with the whole U-Haul thing. I've never hired movers before and after submitting an information request was bombarded with offers and quotes. I decided to go with Florez Elite Moving and I can honestly say it was one of the better decisions I've made. Ruben and his assistant were extremely nice, super courteous and very helpful. They arrived on time, delivered on time, broke not a single thing, and best of all, the move did not result in a single cent of hidden charges. What I was quoted is exactly what I paid. I prepared for the worst, and it ended up being one of the most painless and professional services I've ever paid for. I highly recommend Florez Elite Moving. I can pretty much guarantee you will be blown away with their service and will be writing a similar referral once you choose them to move you. read more
