But here is a list of pro's and con's: Pro's: Team showed up promptly on time Wrapped furniture Moved quickly Cost effective Con's: Dinged/knicked some furniture pieces (dresser, fridge) Was unable to relocate washer and gas dryer for liability reasons, so I had to hire an additional mover for those appliances Place the furniture every which way and whatever at the new rental Conclusion: I appreciated their honesty and straightforward answers when it came to moving/relocating certain items. Oskar & Damir got things done with such grace and patience. There were things I didn't have a chance to pack that I set aside but they insisted on helping me with packing that into wardrobe boxes to move over which made the entire move a lot simpler and eliminated a lot of stress. They wrapped my items and handled them with care including IKEA Billy Bookcases with glass doors and a gaming computer. It's worth noting that there might be a bit of a language barrier but it wasn't anything egregious that caused a problem in any way. First off; easy to book, clear communication, no hidden bs fees. 2 member crew arrived ON TIME, worked efficiently and handled all items with care. Quite friendly and polite! I initiated a quote via Yelp, had a quick convo with representative expressing concern about my artwork and sent pics just to be sure they could protect and move it. Got confirmation email outlining process and details of contract. Confirmed texts night before and early AM with link to track the crew's location!!! DAN and TOM confirmed move location and items to pack up. They shrink wrapped the hell outta my furniture and securely packed smaller boxes for easy moving. They had all equipment and materials needed for the job. They unmounted my Tv shelf perfectly and wrapped the rack and screws together. I was impressed with how swift they moved up and down those three flights of stairs and I had some seriously heavy furniture items. Once at my storage, they unloaded that G-thang in 20 minutes!
