Excellent movers!! Excellent job done!! Very very happy with their service. I have been moving a lot and by far I can definitely say they are the bestest movers ever. First of all, they were very responsive. Answers quickly my inquiries and explains them to me carefully. Contacted me a day before my move for my booked service. Then my move day came 10/20/2022 and they contacted me again for updates of their ETA which was very very helpful. Adrian and Pablo are the nicest movers I've ever met. I was worried that because I live at 3rd floor apartment with no elevators that my move's going to be tough esp with my heavy couch and other furnitures and boxes. But they (Adrian and Pablo) made me feel my move's going to be smooth and easy. They were very careful with my stuff, covered my TVs, wrapped my cabinets, consolidated my bags to make the move fast but at the same time keeping them safe. Im really really happy that I was able to receive this kind of service. I was really worried before my moving day but Titan's Services made me at ease. I can't help recommending this Moving Services to people. When I returned my old keys to the apartment receptionist, she said that I moved out so quickly. And there I said it's because I got great movers. I told her how careful they were with my stuffs and they're very recommendable. She took notes of the name Titan Relocation Service so she can let others know (if they'll need a service). I recommended it to my mom also (who's planning to move sometime early next year). I have used Titan Relocation Services three times over the past six years, and every single move was complicated and highly specific -- and every single time, they exceeded expectations. The first move involved extremely heavy furniture that other movers were simply unable to handle. Titan sent specialized, highly skilled team members who knew exactly how to manage and transport those pieces safely and efficiently. The second move was in a home with a very narrow street and extremely difficult access. Large furniture could not fit through the usable stairways, so the team had to carefully maneuver items through balconies using professional rigging techniques. It was not an easy job -- but they handled it with expertise and precision. The third move was a 7-hour drive away and had to be completed the same day -- pick-up and delivery. They showed up early (even though I live in Orange County and they were driving from Los Angeles), transported everything safely, and unloaded until 2:00 AM to ensure it was completed that same day. Most recently, this move was not planned, and Titan organized everything with only three days' notice -- during Labor Day weekend. Despite the short timeline and holiday schedule, everything was handled quickly and smoothly. The crew worked incredibly hard and did an amazing job. During this last move, I also had a very delicate, special piece that I was planning to transport myself with a rented van because I wasn't sure it could be moved safely in the truck. The team found a very clever and secure way to pack and position it properly, saving me from having to drive both a van and my car. That level of care and problem-solving really stood out to me. TRUE PROFESSIONALS....THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL!! I highly recommend Stan and Titan. We had been in our home for 17 years and had accumulated a lot of stuff. We had 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a large safe (400+ lbs), an attic and garage FULL of stuff. Stan came out for an estimate and was very thorough, we had some challenges to deal with.....a very long and very steep driveway that no big truck can get in to, so Stan used a smaller truck to shuttle everything down to the big truck on the street. It worked perfectly. Adrian the supervisor worked so hard to make sure that nothing was damaged, our home office had several large pieces that were bolted together, Adrian and the guys took their time with it and when they re-assembled at our new home Adrian did it perfectly even going so far as to touch up damage from our daily use where the chair would hit the desk, these guys went the extra mile with every aspect of the move. We moved 50 miles away so it was a big move for our family and we were stressed, Stan reassured us that his team would take care of everything and he was true to his word. The move was smoother than we had anticipated. I had questioned Stan about how many guys we needed......Thank God Stan talked me out of reducing the crew.....he was right ! To be very clear, these guys are professional movers, they are not day laborers! I was trying to load a dumpster while the move was underway, the guys jumped in and helped me, what would have taken me hours to fit it all in was done in 15 minutes. A big THANK YOU to Adrian, Justin, Mike, Adof, Kevin, Matt and of course Stan. The move took over 12 hours and the guys had an amazing attitude and work ethic that never faltered. From the moment I contacted Titan about our moving needs they were responsive, professional, and clear. No hidden fees, no bs like some other companies. All members of their team were professional from Stan, who provided a free in home estimate to Joel with whom I communicated on my rotating date of the move because of escrow. They were all understanding and kind. The day of the move the team Tony, Justin, Alex and Igor showed up, on time, professional, polite, clean and ready to work. The team looked over the move and began their operation moving like a machine. They did not slow down. They wrapped our sofas, bookshelves, beds, tvs, tables and chairs. They moved like a well oiled machine. Any concern I had they answered with care and professionalism. After packing up the truck they began towards our new place. They arrived I believe in an hour. They unloaded with the same care and speed. Non stop! Taking time to unwrap and set up what ever we needed. They followed our instructions while maintaining care for our belongings. The cost was fair and within the estimate not charging anything extra or more for all the wrapping and boxing they did. We were very satisfied with the movers and their team! Wow I can't believe the 5 Star reviews, this company literally ripped me off! If they did what they did to me to everyone they would be out of business. In a nutshell, I had a representative come to my house TWICE to evaluate how much it would cost to move my stuff out of state, I received a quote based on their assumption of what size truck was needed, I paid the deposit and set up the move date. Moving day they show up with a truck that was a joke and said I could "upgrade" for a larger truck and instead of charging my an extra $6,000.00 they would "cut the price in half" and ONLY charge an additional $3,000.00 and if I didn't' like it well I could find another company. ON MOVING DAY! I was backed into a corner and about 10 minutes later a Larger truck pulled up, almost like they had one sitting down the street. Who does that to people. We had no choice, escrow closed, we had to move our stuff....so disappointed people like this exists. Who does that? They came and looked...TWICE...why would you pull this move on moving day which is stressful enough. I would not recommend at all. So disappointed, I thought this was a "good honorable" company based on the other reviews....I wonder if they are fake too? read more

These guys are absolutely amazing. This is my second time hiring this company because the first time I hired them, I was so impressed with their professionalism, their work ethic, and how approachable they are. This time is no different, the crew I had was once again, amazing. Alex, Slav, and Serg worked so well together that our move was seamless and did not feel as stressful as it should have been. They came on time and informed us on what the plan will be for today. They treated us with respect and were not afraid to ask us questions to make sure that they get all of the boxes and furniture that needed to be moved. They communicate well with each other and you can tell that their teamwork is cohesive. I had to move a 2 bed, 2 bath condo into a storage unit for a couple months and let me tell you that they went above and beyond when they filled my storage unit. They played tetris with all of my stuff and were not afraid to offer suggestions on how to arrange the storage unit. I did not know I had as much stuff until they filled the unit. Ceasar and his crew were AMAZING, FRIENDLY AND EXTREMELY CAREFUL! We rate them 1000000/10!! We hired them Monday, 10/18, our move was a same day inquiry and they arrived within a few hours ready to go. This team was SO FAST and EFFICIENT we were amazed! They also were mindful of the time we had in mind and even were quicker than we expected!!! We've never used professional movers before so this was an amazing first experience! I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I was feeling overwhelmed looking for quotes as this was my first time moving. Joel made it very simple going over the details on services that are offered and getting the right team for this job (just two bedrooms and a couch). He even quoted 2 seperate days to compare pricing in an attempt to save me a bit which was appreciated. The whole process was very professional with transparent pricing, contract, confirmation, all great! The day of the move a team of 2 showed up and introduced themselves professionally. They went over all the details to make sure nothing was missed. Everything was quick with no damage done. I was initially reluctant to hire movers in fear of the cost added to the already expensive moving process as well as the possibility of unsavory business practices. One of the best moving experiences I've had! Will definitely book with them again if needed. I initially requested a quote via Yelp and Veronica sent me a very detailed quote as well as additional services they provided for free (shrink wrap, basic insurance, wardrobe boxes, etc). Booking was an easy and painless experience. The two movers, Adrian and Dimitry, came earlier than the appointment time and texted me when they arrived. The process was pretty straightforward; they started by inspecting the place and then immediately went back to their truck to grab the tools and went straight to work. Adrian and Dimitry was very good at communicating - if there was any confusion, they made sure to ask before they proceeded. All the furniture was protected with a very thick type of cloth and shrink wrapped. Overall, the process took exactly 3 hours! It was quick, efficient, and easy. read more
