Mike and his team are awesome! They worked their butts off! So happy with their service and communication!

I had an excellent experience with Movers Best ! ! From start to finish, Thiago, Gabriel, and Jaden went above and beyond to make sure every piece of furniture and every box was carefully wrapped and protected before loading it onto the truck. Their attention to detail gave me so much peace of mind. They were incredibly hardworking, respectful, professional, and efficient throughout the entire move. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers' belongings. One thing I really appreciated is that you can request the same crew again--and I absolutely will! I highly recommend asking for Thiago, Gabriel, and Jaden if you have the chance. Thank you all for making the move so much easier! Great new seasons for each of them ! read more

Movers Best - Best movers ever ! New season ahead !! - Movers Near Me - Irvine, California

Our company recently relocated racks and inventory from our warehouse in Irvine to a new facility in Santa Ana, and Movers Best did an outstanding job. From the start, they were incredibly responsive to our Yelp inquiry and provided an accurate, highly competitive quote. They were also remarkably flexible, accommodating our schedule changes even after the initial booking, and kept in constant communication leading up to the move. On moving day, the six-man crew and two trucks we ordered arrived right on time. Led by Andre, the team was professional, meticulous, and highly efficient. They listened carefully to our instructions, wrapped our inventory securely, and handled everything with the utmost care. You can truly tell they take pride in their work. I highly recommend Movers Best for any commercial move and will absolutely use them again for our future logistics needs. read more

Another great moving experience with Movers Best. Had back-to-back moves yesterday and today; Alex, Gutto, and Jadon were awesome! They showed up on time, were very friendly, handled both moves with care and proficiency. They were incredibly efficient with the packing and loading, and they handled all of our furniture with total respect. They even helped disassemble an old headboard and expertly mounted a brand-new one to our existing frame at the new place without a single issue. Moving is always stressful, but this crew made the entire two-day process completely seamless. I highly recommend Movers Best and will absolutely request Alex, Gutto, and Jadon for any future moves! read more

I would highly recommend Movers Best for moves in north OC. Great communication from the start, professional service and competitive pricing. Alex and his team came promptly, worked quickly and efficiently and finished up our move in north OC within just over 4 hours time. They took special care to wrap items, asks us the proper placement, and were friendly and easy to work with. I shopped around on Yelp and am certainly glad we went with Movers Best. Highly recommend their services for moves in OC! read more

Alex was in charge and he orchestrated the whole move from start to finish like a professional that has had years of experience. I've moved several times in my life, and that was the easiest and the smoothest transition. Emily was a blessing too in setting it all up to begin with. I will be using them again the next time I move. I highly recommend Movers Best. read more

A company rep provided information showing their suspended license status and insurance issues had both been effectively resolved/ updated. The state website now shows everything is current and in good standing, however it does not confirm their license was valid when I moved. Continuing to see how the rest of this situation unfolds. read more

After the issues I experienced on moving day, the company reached out and worked with me to make things right. Negative experiences like mine can happen with anyone, but they put a lot of effort into following up and taking responsibility, so I'm updating my review to give credit to the respect they give their customers. read more

There were some problems, but there was good communication and the problem was resolved.

The three guys who showed up were friendly and worked hard. I want to say that up front, because nothing here is about attitude. That said, the pace was slower than I expected. A big part of that was the plastic wrapping. Everything got shrink-wrapped, well beyond what the items needed. That takes time, and on an hourly job the customer pays for it. Days later I'm still cutting plastic off furniture they left wrapped. The job ran eight hours, and that's with me pitching in and carrying a good amount myself. Without my help it easily would have run ten. The wrap became our problem in another way, too. All the plastic they did remove ended up in a pile in front of our place. We asked if they were taking it and were told the truck needed to be clean for the morning. We asked again, politely, to please take care of it since it wasn't our trash. He said he would. We then found it stuffed in our trash bin. The other thing that soured it: while I was paying, one of the guys asked me directly if I was going to tip, in front of the rest of the crew. I'd bought the crew breakfast that morning and had already planned to tip, so being put on the spot like that felt off. It shouldn't be part of the transaction. read more

Great service! I've used this company several times in the past they are on time, trustworthy and pleasant to be around! Alex, Chris, Anton and Tim were the best! Kind considerate and reasonably priced. They communicate so well! Definitely recommend and will be using again! read more

Very kind and friendly! Bruno and his crew handled everything with care and were extremely helpful during the dreaded move. Thank you! Will be using again. read more

Horrible service . Damaged at least 6 family heirlooms. Scratched wood laminate floor and was a rental. Broke things and never said a thing. Charged a extra $100 fee supposedly due to my refrigerator being too heavy. Their own contract says fee is for taking item upstairs. This item did not. They should have called for a 2nd truck. Beware Also uses 4 different numbers to contact you. Forgot about my electric bike. $1000 bike unusable from damage done to shifter and spokes. read more

great guys and did a great job. Efficient, good communicators and made sure the job was done right.

I couldn't be happier with my experience. Scheduling was incredibly easy - after I submitted an online inquiry, Nicholas called me almost immediately to get everything set up. They were also very accommodating when I decided to reschedule my move from a Sunday to a Friday. They handled our move from Oceanside to Irvine, and everything went exactly as planned. The crew communicated their ETA, arrived on time, and were friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced. My partner kept offering to help because he felt awkward standing around, but they always assured him they had everything under control. Despite the summer heat, they worked nonstop, finished the job in about half the time of the last movers we used, and for roughly half the cost. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and they even cleaned up all of the plastic wrap they used. Moving is stressful enough, and these guys made the entire experience so much easier. I'm incredibly grateful I found them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for movers. read more

Carlos, Carlos and Bruno HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK! I've moved 12 times in the last 10 years and this by far was the move of all moves. This move and this team redeemed every other move and experience I've ever had (with other companies) with moving. We moved from a 2b2ba condo and the team was communicative and helpful during booking and even flexible with my last minute changes the day before when we decided to add a 3rd mover to our reservation. Carlos x2 and Bruno called me when they were about 20 minutes out from arrival, they worked efficiently and were extremely respectful of property and all items we were moving. They took direction well, were beyond professional and courtesy and truly made the experience an enjoyable one. The cost of moving can be high, but the cash-price to move was definitely competitive for the area. And their reviews truly matched the positive experience we had. Cost and value 15/10. I honestly would have paid more for the experience and efficiency we got (so we tipped well!) Would absolutely recommend Movers Best Irvine and if I ever have to move again (praying not) I would absolutely use them again. THANK YOU. read more

Movers Best helped us move from a third story apartment to another third story apartment with no elevators in the middle of August. The three guys (H, Thiago, and Will) were super helpful and efficient. They did the entire job in 3 hours as we had previously agreed to. I would hire these guys again without question. Super grateful for their help. Thank you! read more

With only a week left to move out, I contacted Movers Best and they alleviated my worries with fast, friendly and professional service. Ben, Daniel and Ivan showed up, packed, wrapped, loaded, moved, unloaded, disassembled and assembled the heavy and delicate furniture. They were awesome!! I've used Movers Best for years - my last three moves to be exact - and I'm never disappointed. They are fast, professional, and all my stuff arrives in good condition. The entire team at Movers Best from start to finish were amazing, just professionals and so incredibly helpful. From the intake to help us understand what we needed, answering questions in between, and the movers who were fast, efficient, and took care with our possessions. Great efficiency and did a good and quick job to help us move to our new house! Great value, all in all pretty good.

Carlos and his crew helped us move our furniture into an on site storage pod while we remodel. Everything went exceptionally. Called the night before for timing, arrived on time, wrapped and loaded all of our furniture in record time. All of our things were carefully protected and packed into the storage pod with plenty of room to spare. Will definitely use again. read more

Moving is always tough but the professionalism and quality we received from Movers Best exceeded our expectations. They arrived on time and were ready to work all day moving from a one story to a two story. They were referred to us by our agent and their competitive rate was worth every penny. Other companies may offer lower rates but you really do get what you pay for. We can't say enough great things about Chris, Alex and Andrew. Super grateful for them. read more

Quality and speed. They set up furniture incorrectly and only had one person who "knew" how to take apart and put back together furniture. So the other workers just stood around and waiting a lot of the time. read more

As my husband and I were preparing to move we knew we needed help. After calling several moving companies we decided on Mover's Best because Alex, who quotes us, was thorough and had great customer service. Their pricing was also very very reasonable!! After we booked we received a confirmation text and a reminder the day before. On the day of the move we were so stressed out because we were moving from a 4 bedroom 3 bath tri-level townhouse to a 2 bedroom 2 bath place. In addition to that we had to move some items to storage and it felt like the move would take all day. HOWEVER, when Bruno, Carlos and Pedro arrived we took them through all the rooms and explained what was staying ( so we can junk) and what was going to the new place and what was going to storage. Once they got started the were none stop! They loaded the truck taking so much care of our items. We could not believe it but they were able pack our old house move to our new house (which was very close) and also helped us take the remaining items to storage. They did all this in 3 hours! They were AMAZING and we cannot recommend them enough. They were so very nice, polite and so professional! We will be referring them and this company and we will definitely use them in the future. read more

Shout out to the Antons and Nicholas! Such a great experience. Highly recommend! Nicholas was the first person I spoke to during the intake call and he was so friendly and bubbly. Nicholas had a good list of questions to assess the move but he kept the call fun. We got lucky with availability and booked our movers two days in advance. Day of, both of our movers were named Anton. They called me when they were on the way and followed the tricky directions to get to my apartment unit. Both of the Anton's were friendly, careful with our belongings, and always had a smile on their face. It's been a while since I've moved or used movers so I was shocked and amazed by the efficiency and speed the team worked at! Everything was handled with care, no damages, and placed neatly in our new home. Thank you to the Anton's for helping us move into our new home on Christmas Eve! read more

The service was A-1. Kris, Alex, Konstantin, and Andrew were cordial, and worked exceptionally hard in the hot weather today. No request was too difficult for them and they made our arduous move very pleasant. I wish I experienced more people like them in business and life. They packed my home very professionally and took great care with each piece of furniture. I cannot say enough how great a job they did. If there is anyone in your company who deserve commendations it is these four excellent men. Thank you so much! read more

Very expensive $219/hour and they charged a $100 premium for moving the fridge. They wrapped everything nicely but after the second load we had to go back to find they left a bunch of stuff there we had to get and there was plenty of room left in the truck when they arrived after getting the second load, so it's not like they ran out of room. What made me mad was when we paid them and gave each of the guys a tip the lead guy basically said it wasn't a big enough tip! How rude! This whole job was over $2200! I had expected it to be between $1600-$1800. This was the most I've ever paid for moving. At $220 an hour for 4 guys, that's $55/hr each. That's more than I make. read more

Excellent experience with Movers Best! Our crew--Chris, Alex, Pauli, Andrew, Konstantin, and Artem--was professional, polite, and incredibly hardworking. Bit more expensive than other available options in the market but overall Great service provided by movers.

Service provided was good. Arrived on time and movers were very pleasant. Little misunderstanding on dressers being empty. Was told didn't and movers preferred yes. Also, moving took longer than expected. I thought 3hrs, family thought 5. I got enough cash for 5hrs and it ended up being 6.5hrs. So I used every dollar I had on hand, some from family and had very little for a tip. Just a tip for others. read more

Quality service! This company moved us from our 2 bed, 2 bath home into our new place in 6 hours flat. These hard workers never stop! They treated our stuff with care. Bruno was extremely personable and a great communicator. read more

Just updating this review to respond to the business: I only contacted you about the text message I received the day after the move. I did not mention the other concerns expressed in this review, including the (1) lack of doorstopper, (2) the knocking out of a light in the hallway during the move, (3) leaving a mess and (4) not utilizing proper mats and wall coverings to protect my home in the process of moving, so I don't think it is fair to say that you have "addressed this matter directly." There were so many points of inadequacy here that were never apologized for. I don't know what accountability looks like in this field, but ensuring me that I will no longer be contacted by a harassing employee seems like the bare minimum you can do. read more

All in all a great move. Starting with Nick helping me set things up, then moving on to my crew Tim, Alex & Alex, everyone did a great job. They were on time, went straight to work and were very communicative. We were just a bit over the time frame, but apparently I have more crap than I thought I did lol. And having to deal with elevators always adds time. My son also used Movers Best with another crew the week before and also had a great move. I would definitely recommend them read more
