There's not enough stars to rate how amazing Mission Movers is. This was our first time ever hiring movers so we didn't know what to expect. Pricing was very transparent. As soon as I gave them the rundown of the place, they wasted ZERO time and got straight to work - all the way until the last item was carried into the new place. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. Not to mention it was also a really hot day and they powered through it without a single complaint. My wife and I have said several times that we don't know how we would've done it without Mission Movers. I know exactly who I'm hiring for any of my future moves. 10/10 experience! No attitude or rolling of eyes, just said no problem and did those items right away. There was no standing around leaning on boxes talking while the clock was running, just hustling from minute one. I would highly recommend. I have had other movers in the past show up looking like they just picked up the crew from the Methadone clinic, and then items went missing. These are all solid dudes. I should mention I was moving into PODS, for a big out of state move, they saved me lots of money, by packing the PODS out expertly, no wasted space. If I had tried to do myself, I would've used two more POD units costing me thousands. read more

I was moving from Costa Mesa (OC) to Santa Monica (LA) and this company came through for me on so many levels! Stop searching now and book Mission Movers! Here is why...I called 3 different moving companies and this one superseded in multiple ways over competitors: - Jeremiah (the guy who booked me) was attentive, transparent, and rapid. He also has this calm/soothing voice that helps with the stress of moving (start a podcast, Jeremiah)! - They were available for me the week of, PHEW! - Financially - their rates are consistent and competitive with other moving companies BUT they don't charge per hour to sit in traffic, so if you're moving from OC to LA there is a flat rate for that. Doesn't matter how long it takes (unlike a NY taxi). - I completely underestimated my move load so as much as I set the entire moving crew up for failure they were so here for it and they should've had a 3rd at least. I stupidly didn't know what I was getting into. - I have so much gratitude for Taylor (aka Thor) and Mike (MC) for being quick, efficient and kind and supportive. Delayed review. I moved about a couple weeks ago. From beginning to end, the process was so smooth and this is probably the most professional and best moving company I have ever worked with. Oh man. These guys are the best. Recommended by my kids who have used them for 3 moves now. Jeremiah was so easy to work with and very accommodating in helping us get our move set up. Four gentlemen (three were named Kyle and I can't remember the others name right now, but they were all awesome!) showed up on moving day, on time and ready to be very productive, as well as very careful with all of our items. Several of our items were family heirlooms that we were very concerned about moving and they did a stellar job, making sure nothing was damaged.
