This was my first time hiring professional movers, and I honestly wish I had done it sooner. In the past, I've always coordinated moves myself with the help of friends or by renting and driving a U-Haul myself, so I wasn't sure what to expect. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. The two movers Slava and Dima (Dimitri) who handled my studio move were true professionals. They worked quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality or care. They went above and beyond by wrapping and protecting items I hadn't even thought to protect, making sure everything arrived safely without a scratch. They partially disassembled my twin bed, transported it, and reassembled it flawlessly at my new place. Every item, no matter how big or small, was handled with incredible care and attention to detail. I also have to commend them on their ability to move all my things up two flights of stairs since the elevator at my complex was broken! They made what is usually a stressful experience feel smooth and effortless. On top of the excellent service, their pricing was very fair and well worth the cost. It's rare to find a team that's fast, careful, and affordable, but they checked every box. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers. I used this company to complete an overall successful move. I had hired this company by recommendation for a move from Irvine to Ontario. The 3-man team that completed my move did a good job, despite the miscommunication of arrival time which was not directly their fault. I appreciated that they cleaned up any trash that resulted from the move. Their rates are competitive compared to other companies. The only thing I didn't appreciate was, during the job, the boss/owner? was texting me saying the lead mover told him the job would take significantly longer than what we contracted the team for. However, there was no mention of this to my husband who was actually there. The job went over by a little over an hour, including a 39 mile drive. read more

The wife and I hired OC Movers to empty out a storage unit and transfer the contents to a new home in HB. The two man team arrived on time and hit the ground running. They treated our property with care and respect. It didn't take them very long to empty out a 20' unit. We followed them to the house and they meticulously unloaded the items into our garage. They were extremely patient and asked my wife where she would like each and every box/furniture placed into the garage. My wife had specific groups of items she wanted clustered together. The guys did a great job and never lost their smile. They even offered to unwrap and set up our yard furniture, which they did happily. Do not trust this company. They committed fraud by telling me one price and then charging my card another. One of the workers was very creepy trying to look at my apartment code as I typed it in and wasn't trying to the fact that he was doing this. I put in a complaint to their supervisor because one minute into their job they broke pieces of my furniture and after the fact one of the workers was intensely trying to memorize my apartment code. Really happy with the movers, Pablo and Francisco, that came Sunday to help us move our office. They were on time, fast and took great care in wrapping up our items to ensure there was no damage caused in the moving process. In addition to that, Joel, in the main office, scrambled, last minute to get us some paperwork that our new landlord required.
