I originally hired another company ( before I had known about ARK MOVING) and the movers didnt complete the move they said it was impossible to get my sofa up the stairs. Jason and Eric did a great job with our move last month. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Everything was planned through Yelp messaging, quick and easy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We moved about half or 2/3 of a 4-bedroom house, showing them what goes and what stays in each room. They showed up on time, notified me in advance when they were getting close, and worked quickly. They were both polite, professional, and respectful of the house and our stuff. We did not use any packing services, but Jason helped me put a big flat screen TV into its original box in the very specific way I wanted to do it. The move cost was purely hourly (double time during the 1-1.5 hr drive from pickup to dropoff) with the addition of a heavy item fee for a large old china cabinet. The grand total was just under $1200. The only damage was a bent knob on my TV stand cabinet, which turned out to just be a bent screw. I didn't bother to report this to them, I just got a replacement screw at Home Depot. I would definitely contact them again if I need to move locally! read more

He was very flexible with timing and upon arrival it took them about 30 min to takeaway my two recliner couches (heavy) and full 7 piece patio set! The minute they walked in the door...
