We were very fortunate to hire Jason's team. He responded quickly to my inquiry and explained the process clearly and thoroughly. I've never hired a moving company before but if the professionalism and service is this good then Jason's team sets the bar. I was very impressed how quickly and carefully they got us moved to our new place. There were some pieces of furniture that were really old and it didn't really matter if they got banged up during the move. However Jason and Justin took the time to wrap up the bulky furniture. I searched up movers in Irvine and found Ark Moving Co. By requesting a quote through Yelp - Jason responded quickly to my request within less than an hour. He was very flexible with timing and upon arrival it took them about 30 min to takeaway my two recliner couches (heavy) and full 7 piece patio set! The minute they walked in the door... Jason and another mover went to work. They took great care with my furniture. I was moving the furniture and patio set to another location out in Cerritos. The moving truck can fit a 5 bedroom house! Everything was tied down and organized. It was a pleasant experience and I've had a few moves under my belt in the past and I can attest that movers are hit or miss... missing most of the time. I needed movers quickly (within a few days) and Ark responded with a quote that ended up being less than the competition. They had me fill out paperwork and gave me a 1-hour window of when they would arrive. Easy. On move day, they arrived in their window and got to work immediately. If I had any questions or concerns, I brought them up, and it was dealt with immediately. The thing I noticed about how they moved my stuff was that they weren't just throwing my stuff around, but placing things. I am absolutely okay with that after having gone through two other moves where my items suffered the consequences. The move into my new place was a little slower because I was on the second floor and there was a little bit of a journey before that. They worked hard with the same amount of care the whole time--from start to end. I should have been more realistic with the amount of stuff I had and gotten the package with three movers instead of two. An oversight I should have caught or would have been caught with a pre-move survey. I am not complaining though. TLDR: Fast and efficient movers that demonstrate care for the items they're moving.
