I used TopCare Moving for my move from Aliso Viejo to Las Vegas and they were excellent from start to finish. The crew showed up right on time with a 4-man team, and they were very professional the entire day. I had already packed about 99% of my stuff, so they mainly needed to wrap furniture and box a few larger items I didn't have boxes for. They worked fast but were extremely careful. They loaded the entire truck in about 3.5 hours, which was impressive considering I was moving from a house to a house and had a lot of furniture. The unloading in Las Vegas was even more impressive. They finished in about 2 hours, including putting two beds back together. One of them was a heavy Sleep Number bed with the base, and I honestly don't know how they managed to get it down the stairs in California and back up the stairs in my new house without a scratch. No damage to anything. Rob was the lead on the crew and did a great job communicating the whole time, asking where things should go and making sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. The whole team was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. The price was also very fair for the distance, especially compared to other quotes I got. Overall, this was one of the least stressful moves I've had. I would definitely use TopCare Movers again, and my brother is already planning to use them for his move in May. TopCare Moving was AMAZING! Rob and his team were professional, detail-oriented, and personable. I know this job is incredibly physically demanding work - many crews tend to keep to themselves and focus on powering through, but they each made a thoughtful effort to introduce themselves, which created a friendly atmosphere. Scheduling was seamless from the moment I reached out for a quote. On the day of the move, they actually arrived earlier than expected, which immediately set the tone. They originally estimated around 2-3 hours for loading, but they were so efficient they only took 1.25 hours! I was wildly impressed. With the extra time, they offered to help load the items I had set aside for my car, taking extra trips to carry the remainder of items from my apartment out to my car. When I got to my new home, they had already arrived and were immediately ready to unload, which to my shock, again, only took only 45 minutes despite it being 100 degrees. Everything was placed in the correct rooms as labeled. They made sure to stack boxes against the walls in a strategically organized fashion, leaving plenty of walkway room, which has not always been the case for me in the past. They also took the time to ask where smaller, unlabeled items, like lamps, mirrors, and wall art, should be placed instead of placing them randomly (which is what I had expected and would have been perfectly happy with!). At no point did I feel like I needed to watch over them or worry about things being handled carelessly. Everything arrived exactly as expected, undamaged, and accounted for. There was not a single item damaged or broken. I want to give a special shout out to Rob who went the extra mile (literally and figuratively!) to ensure the entire process was smooth, organized, and well run from start to finish. As someone who is self-employed in client-facing work, it was easy to tell that Rob cares about the customer service aspect of his job just as much as the duties. This review is long overdue...I can't thank Rob and all of the TopCare team members enough for helping my family move not once, but 3 times back in February and again in April!! After getting scammed on a house in Indiana, my family and I had to make the tough decision to cut our losses and make the trip back to California. The TopCare team had loaded our apartment within 3 hours, drove all the way to Indiana in a few days, briefly unpacked everything we own in a Public Storage, then loaded everything back up, and drove back to California when we decided to call it. I contacted Bryan in about a week or so to negotiate the moving cost, and estimating my moving size, the arrival location and all via email and Yelp project. I compared about 10 moving companies, big corporations and small local movers. I also read reviews thoroughly and checked overall rates as well. No all companies have perfect scores or satisfied customers. So I decided no matter how much money I spend, no matter how well-known companies I choose, or how long of moving history a company carries, things can happen to all of them. Part of moving process, especially moving from state to state, I'd better understand unexpected circumstances and be ready to handle when they occur. Bryan was very easy to communicate, he has been very flexible and reasonable on pricing. I did get a very low quote at the last minute from other company, but I showed my loyalty to his willingness of closing the deal for both parties' satisfaction. Chris texted me on his way to let me know where he is at and arrived right on time. His team joined at the destination. They did not rush but they carefully moved boxes, I only had one glass carafe shattered. They also asked me where I want each item, and if I wanted them to unpack and place them. Since I was in a hurry to take care of other business, I asked them to just unload boxes in one room. Someone hacked into my account and deleted this review. So here we go again. ***The worst service ever. They sent untrained movers, who scratched and damaged all my belongings (brand new West Elm furniture) and ruined my brand new mattress as well. When I raised the issues with them, they refused to compensate me. Extremely rude as well. Do not use them unless you want to ruin everything you have. If you want to see more pictures, contact me. I have every photo time stamped with my i-phone so they can't claim that someone else did this. The even threatened me not to post a review saying that he will also post a review for my business. They never even receive my service?! All around crazy, fraudulent, and unethical. They told me that they will move me for free and when the day came (5 months later) they cancelled on me (this is why I waited all this time to write this review). Don't believe anything they say. Never had such bad experience with any of the business I found on Yelp, ever. I wasted about 900 including the tip. Ans they costed me about the same for the damage. After 3 min of posting this review the owner called and told me he "will get as dirty as can and I know where you live." I am so scared I contacted police for all the threats. The team that came to pick up the items were very efficient, careful, blanketed and shrink wrapped the valuable items really well. Although a different crew unloaded the items, which they were great as well, it was the same driver that drove the items from CA to TX. We moved from OC to Las Vegas. We really like these guys and they worked really hard and efficiently. We tipped very well but after the fact we found that unfortunately our 55in lg tv completely broke and my husband's $5,000 gaming computer broke as well which he uses for income so it has set us back financially. I emphasized to them that it was the most important thing in the entire house and to please take care of it. Also I watched the foreman loading the truck shove a suitcase against our wood table leg and saw the scratches when we got in set up. To be fair he used cardboard after the fact. We still gave 4 stars because they did the best they could probably do. Things happen we get it but we are super bummed about the electronics setting us back $7500 and my husband's business being affected. You never know sometimes with moving companies, but this company exceeded my expectations from the initial phone call to when they finished moving all my stuff to my new place. It was so smooth! I had about 40 - 50 boxes and lots of furniture. When they came to move all the goods, almost half of the boxes were already out of my place within the first 20 minutes or so. I couldn't believe how efficiently they worked! They pretty much moved everything in about 1.5 hours or so and then they drove it to my next destination. Nothing was damaged.
