I used TopCare Moving for my move from Aliso Viejo to Las Vegas and they were excellent from start to finish. The crew showed up right on time with a 4-man team, and they were very professional the entire day. I had already packed about 99% of my stuff, so they mainly needed to wrap furniture and box a few larger items I didn't have boxes for. They worked fast but were extremely careful. They loaded the entire truck in about 3.5 hours, which was impressive considering I was moving from a house to a house and had a lot of furniture. The unloading in Las Vegas was even more impressive. They finished in about 2 hours, including putting two beds back together. One of them was a heavy Sleep Number bed with the base, and I honestly don't know how they managed to get it down the stairs in California and back up the stairs in my new house without a scratch. No damage to anything. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Rob was the lead on the crew and did a great job communicating the whole time, asking where things should go and making sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The whole team was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. At no point did I feel like I needed to watch over them or worry about things being handled carelessly. Everything arrived exactly as expected, undamaged, and accounted for. There was not a single item damaged or broken. I want to give a special shout out to Rob who went the extra mile (literally and figuratively!) to ensure the entire process was smooth, organized, and well run from start to finish. As someone who is self-employed in client-facing work, it was easy to tell that Rob cares about the customer service aspect of his job just as much as the duties. I contacted Bryan in about a week or so to negotiate the moving cost, and estimating my moving size, the arrival location and all via email and Yelp project. I compared about 10 moving companies, big corporations and small local movers. I also read reviews thoroughly and checked overall rates as well. No all companies have perfect scores or satisfied customers. So I decided no matter how much money I spend, no matter how well-known companies I choose, or how long of moving history a company carries, things can happen to all of them. Part of moving process, especially moving from state to state, I'd better understand unexpected circumstances and be ready to handle when they occur. Bryan was very easy to communicate, he has been very flexible and reasonable on pricing. I did get a very low quote at the last minute from other company, but I showed my loyalty to his willingness of closing the deal for both parties' satisfaction. They did not rush but they carefully moved boxes, I only had one glass carafe shattered. They also asked me where I want each item, and if I wanted them to unpack and place them. Someone hacked into my account and deleted this review. So here we go again. ***The worst service ever. They sent untrained movers, who scratched and damaged all my belongings (brand new West Elm furniture) and ruined my brand new mattress as well. When I raised the issues with them, they refused to compensate me. Extremely rude as well. Do not use them unless you want to ruin everything you have. If you want to see more pictures, contact me. I have every photo time stamped with my i-phone so they can't claim that someone else did this. The even threatened me not to post a review saying that he will also post a review for my business. They never even receive my service?! All around crazy, fraudulent, and unethical. They told me that they will move me for free and when the day came (5 months later) they cancelled on me (this is why I waited all this time to write this review). Don't believe anything they say. Never had such bad experience with any of the business I found on Yelp, ever. I wasted about 900 including the tip. Ans they costed me about the same for the damage. After 3 min of posting this review the owner called and told me he "will get as dirty as can and I know where you live." I am so scared I contacted police for all the threats. Update: A few hours after the phone call threatening to harm me, I get a fake review on google for my business. We moved from OC to Las Vegas. We really like these guys and they worked really hard and efficiently. We tipped very well but after the fact we found that unfortunately our 55in lg tv completely broke and my husband's $5,000 gaming computer broke as well which he uses for income so it has set us back financially.
