They were late on both the loading day and the delivery day without proactive communication. I woke up early to prep for a 7am delivery in Arizona on the scheduled day and made alternate plans for getting my children to school, and they did not show up or communicate to me that they were still back in LA. I finally tracked down the status by repeatedly calling. They claimed that there was an issue with the truck, but I suspect that they were trying to optimize for using their crews for another move. When they finally showed up the following day with my belongings, they scratched my floor and marked up a piece of artwork and a new leather chair. They claimed to have not caused the damage, and communication was generally dissapointing. read more

Very disappointing and unprofessional moving service. We booked 3 movers because they said it would be faster, but one worker is a teenager and seemed extremely inexperienced and spent a lot of time not knowing what to do while his father had to instruct him. There were also several other issues: - One worker injured his hand with the truck ramp and was bleeding, and none of them were wearing gloves. - The bed was not fully reassembled because a screw was missing - They almost lost our TV cables and legs while packing the TV. - Their payment system had an issue and we waited another 15+ minutes, which was also charged to us. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! By far the worst moving experience of my life. This company was subcontracted by American van lines to fulfil our contract with AVL. To make a very long story short, we were verbally promised delivery within 7-10 days, latest was July 10th, of the pick up date. That did not happen. They even blew past the 20 day delivery window in the contract. Our delivery did not show up until July 27th. All the while we were receiving harassing texts demanding the rest of the payment or else they would turn around. And when the truck did finally arrive, only the driver was present to unload it. We paid for loading and unloading services and were basically left on own with the driver to unload. I have a physical disability and was unable to help, so my partner bore the burden of five grueling hours of unloading a 26 foot moving truck with the driver. We contacted the company after an hour or two passes and still no other movers arrived and were told that, in fact, they WERE there! They even argued with us saying that the movers confirmed they would be there in 45 minutes, 2 hours ago. And yet. No movers. Also the driver used a slur in front of my partner and I about a group of people that I belong to. Absolutely disgusting. read more

Prior to the move, there were several helpful staff members who helped respond to any questions that I had in a very prompt and professional manner, and I appreciated having that support leading up to the move. On the day of the move, Freddy, Iza, Cristian, and Andres arrived on time, communicated with me as they were arriving, helped me pack all my belongings in a very efficient and logical way, provided their own shrink wrap, tape, moving blankets, and also provided additional boxes and materials that I didn't have at a reasonable cost. I was able to help answer a few questions of where things were going, and what items were fragile, but ultimately these gentlemen took care of everything on their own and were efficient. They brought all my belongings to the new location, helped me move everything in, and placed all the items in the rooms they needed to be without me even needing to provide guidance. Even days after the move when I had trouble finding certain items, Freddy and the team were all willing to help me identify which boxes or which rooms likely had the missing items. I really appreciate appreciated this help which felt like them going above and beyond for me to make sure I had everything I needed. I am still recovering from the horrible service that this company gave me after paying them an incredibly high amount of money for one trip from Torrance to Hollywood. My furniture was damaged. I had to replace items that they left out in the elements and were ruined and my dog and I were both completely traumatized and they've never offered to make it right do not use this company! They are so inconsiderate after the process yet so accommodating over the phone when you are giving them money. They ruined this apartment for me. I let Karina know how great of an experience we had with Roman, Idei, and Adrian (Andrew), and we got Roman and Idei again and this time with Bex (sp?). As with our experience just a few days prior, they were punctual, professional, and very kind. Of course, no one thinks that one's move in SoCal is going to be riddled with rain, but we got rain on BOTH days. The company is refusing to provide their insurance information and cover damages. They are also saying the drivers are allowed to take any detour and any break they would like and it would count as our time. The most unethical company I have ever dealt with.
