This company delivered my goods and were just finding out that they went through most of our boxes, damaged items and took some personal items. A good portion of our furniture is damage. The people who we were in contact with have blocked our numbers. And kept raising the price . Negligent service and outright theft seem to be their trademar. it now appears that they deliberately delayed delivery so they could go through our boxes. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. I hired Asata Van Lines they subcontracted Moving Logistics LLC to move my things. I moved back in NOV 2024 it is now coming close to February and I still haven't received a resolution for items their movers broke. Not only this but I overpaid by 3k to what I was originally quoted DO NOT hire these people they are scam artists they will not tell you the totals until they've packed everything up. This is not even the company I hired to move my items. I paid North American Moving, LLC the first half of my payment and apparently they are a broker that farms out the job. I was never informed that they were a broker and that a second company hired, to feed their profit margin, would be at their discretion. Apparently they grab their share of the pie and walk away. Now on to Moving Logistic, LLC. I was actually impressed at the care and documentation of my items when they loaded the truck. And of course I had to pay more money because I had more stuff than North American Moving, LLC quoted me for. That's on me. I felt comfortable with the men loading my possessions and I was told my items would be stored in a temperature controlled warehouse in Colorado. (I was moving from Idaho to North Carolina) A week later I checked the location of my items and they were in Utah. I knew where the items were because I placed Apple AirTags in several boxes. I called Moving Logistic, LLC and spoke to Stephanie to find out why my stuff was in Utah and was told they cannot give out the storage location for security reasons. (even after I told her I knew where my stuff was because of the AirTags) This is where it all fell apart. I won't go into the rest of that convo at length but I assume, you as the reader can get the gist that they are a deceitful company. When my stuff arrived, by yet another third party, it was mostly damaged, 70% of my over 200 boxes were crushed and EVERYTHING was covered with what looked like road dust! There were several furniture items damaged beyond repair, opened boxes that look like they were gone through, several missing large items, there are missing parts on my quick release hubs of my bicycles because they took them completely apart and it looked like mice were chewing on the moving boxes. This company was hired by Safe Ship Movers out of Florida for my move. They showed up a day late and jacked me for more than 5000.00 in additional fees before they would load. We had less than 24 hours to be out of the house. The delivery was days later tan promised and the damage was extensive. Literally destroyed a 10000.00 dollar gun safe. scraped the paint down to bare metal and hit it with a fork lift so the locking mechanism no longer functions properly. In addition to that they left all of their trash in my yard along with items from another move that did not belong to us. Filed a claim with all of the pictures and they offered a 75.00 settlement. We had a horrible experience here. We had the contract with RoyalMoving.org and then they subbed out to this company. They didn't show up the first 2 days, took more than what was contracted without approval and then were upcharging us left and right. We demanded that they put our items back. Charged us for 2200 cubic feet, delivered 1300 cubic feet, and what they did deliver was either broken, dented, or completely covered with water and/or diesel fuel. Maybe 10% of our stuff we paid to be moved was actually useable. Their "third party" claim company uses a gmail account to communicate and has a platform so difficult to use (purposely) so they can claim you didn't provide information. Paid over 10k to these people, got 10% of our stuff, had to pay to replace and to remove broken and damaged items, and they offered me $122 settlement. Pretty hard to provide photos of stolen stuff anyway. Luckily for us the Federal Government is looking to put a stop to thwas criminal actions by fraudulent brokers, movers, and the rest of their criminal organization. read more

Movers that picked up my stuff completely misquoted their arrival date. Said they would call me with updates, never did. Told me I could call them with questions, never answered a single call/message/text. 2 completely different movers showed up than originally picked up my stuff. I was never told of this change. When I called the office for information it was handled rudely and unprofessionally and I was hung up on. When you're trusting the contents of your entire home to be moved across country, communication is appreciated or else it feels like someone drove off with your life and you're helpless. Not even one star! I did not hire Moving Logistics. I had a contract with another long distance company named Vanguard. I paid Vanguard for the first two scheduled payments. Then when I was supposed to get an update on loading date, I never received anything and Vanguard would not respond to my phone calls. Then I received a call from Moving Logistics asking for more money. They said we had more to move than agreed upon. This was NOT the case. After proving that I had paid Vanguard, they agreed I owed nothing yet. When Moving Logistics showed up to load up, they demanded more money because they said we had more than agreed upon. There was never more than a one bedroom load. We ended up tossing the mattresses and loading things in my son's car AND paying more. After waiting on a call to tell us when they would be delivering the load, we finally had our less than one room load delivered! Because they were driving an 18 wheeler that would not fit where they were to deliver it, we had to pay even more for a rental truck! They had to unload the 18-wheeler and load into a rental truck and then unload at our location. When they opened the back of the truck I could see that the items were just tossed into the rental. We had broken items and very little was protected! We paid triple what we had originally contracted for and it was the most stressful time ever! I would never use them again. I wouldn't use Vanguard Moving, either! Stay away! read more

Horrible Company!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will charge you more money when they come to pick up your belongings. If you don't pay, they will just leave, then even though you have a deadline to get moved what will you do? Even with a moving Broker they will not help you either and if you cancel the Broker will keep your Deposit! This Company, Moving Logistic out of Commerce CA, Does Not pack properly either! Had to tell them multiple times to wrap the glass coffee pot! They just continued to fill the box with items never wrapping the coffee pot until I absolutely insisted as they began to tape up box! My Binding Contract with Broker had a specified delivery date which gave them 10 days from pick up date. Driver told me they have 21 days to deliver. Why did they accept Contract if they had No Intention of delivering within specified time frame? Also, Binding Contract with Broker had specific items listed for a specific cubic feet amount. When driver arrived he looked around and immediately said I have almost 2 times the amount listed so that's why I was charged about 2.5 times the original contract stated and I was told to pay up to 70% of the difference before they would load! According to the CFR regulations, I was NOT suppose to pay any difference until delivery!!! As it turns out, I did have 3 items that were not on my original contract to load that totaled 44 additional cubic feet, although they charged me for an additional 250 cubic feet plus the Moving Companies rate for ALL matériels even though Broker had already charged me a discounted materials rate! I also Did Not use 4 Boxes (3.5 cf ea) that were listed, nor did they bring a box for my TV as I was told they would. They arrived 4.5 hrs late without any packing materials so they took 2 hrs more to go buy materials at Lowe's. They only brought back 5 medium boxes even though I had requested 10. I had requested a box for a computer monitor, a box for a printer and 2 med picture boxes which they did buy. They did bring several small boxes, of course this made it appear I had more items to pack than listed originally plus they shrink wrapped some very small items individually since they ran out of boxes ie, shower caddy, lamp shade, corner stand (1x1x2) then they charged extra for more shrink wrapped items! Fuck this place, Edwin the moving guy is a thief, he took $500 on the side to move my stuff. DO NOT use this company, he delivered my stuff to Texas and then held it in the truck until he was paid his money, but only after the cops were called, he wouldn't move it upstairs until we agreed to pay him an extra $400 which wasn't in the contract, he unloaded my stuff outside and left it for my wife to move inside, who had my 1 yr old with her. This company and movers are unprofessional. When they showed up to my house they say for 3 hrs until I shed to pay him what he wanted and that's when he took the side money to do the job soo he can make money but not through the company. He told me the company does shady shit and give cheap estimates and then run the amount up when the movers arrive. He begged me not to tell them he said that because he could get into trouble. He's a scam artist, he spoke no English so the language barrier made it worse. This company is trash, don't use them. Also I'm a disabled veteran and I don't appreciate being taken advantage of. I am giving this one star, not because the movers were bad at their job, but because the brokers they use are absolute swindlers. Budget Moving Relocation are THE WORST, which is who my move was brokered through. Not only did they under quote, despite me giving an itemized list, but they didn't want to do anything to rectify it. They even applied (read: stole) $550 of my $1750 deposit as a broker fee. As a matter of fact, I have been continuously harassed and threatened by the brokers for the past 12 hours and eventually blocked them. If the moving company is reading this, I would suggest for the integrity and longevity of your company, you don't work with liars and people who continually harass your customers even though they already got paid and their job is done. Of particular note are Cari and Will. Cari is 100% unhinged. Will is a useless idiot. I would've given this review to them, but was not at all surprised to find they don't have a Yelp, Facebook, or anything to be able to track them. Unfortunately, this means that the actual moving company gets the terrible review that the broker should've received. As I said, this has gone on for 24 hours and gotten worse with each text, culminating in her threatening me.
