I ended up having to drop the car off 3 weeks earlier than expected and it was not a problem. When I dropped off the car, Alex and Alan were super assertive in explaining how the car would be stored. I also ended up picking up the car earlier than expected and they had my car ready within the hour and I got to keep the car cover and battery tender I bought for next time. I also liked the fact that Stephanie kept my contract open in the event I needed to bring the car back, she was so accommodating. I will ABSOLUTELY be using this service again !!!

This team is amazing! I had such a positive experience with Total Moving. Moving can be stressful but this company made it easy and stress-free. The estimate for the move, scheduling, to the communication on the day of the move was excellent. The move itself was super professional, they moved quickly and were very careful with all the items. Jacob and his team worked tirelessly throughout the day and made sure all items were wrapped and protected for the move. They disassembled my bed and made sure all fragile item like mirrors etc were well-wrapped. They were also just friendly and enjoyable to work with. Jacob and team were great to work with! Jacob was extremely responsive after I requested a quote and communicated all of the necessary information to ensure our move was seamless. Total Moving helped us move from a 2-bedroom ground floor apartment to a new home with stairs! We had a ton of boxes alongside typical furniture pieces and everything was handled carefully and placed where requested.
