Update, I didn't have time to give an update, but in addition to everything that was mentioned previously, I found out, that the glass that I heard break was in deed from my glass refrigerator shelves. They must have tossed them because they are nowhere to be found. Another item missing is my tripod for my cellphone. In addition my trash can was also broken. I provided photos of my fridge, trashcan, and the movers and there truck.
They did an awesome job today moving my two big, bulky, and AWKWARD vending machines from an office building with lots of tight and twisty hallways! On top of that, I had to hire them on short notice because my original movers canceled. Thank you Dom, Alex, Gerson, and Jesse!
I don't know if moving is worse than going to the DMV but it's definitely high up there. I had a last-minute move I needed to arrange and I was stressing about it. I called up Muraway moving and Zarko was very patient with booking me. I cannot stress just how much Mike and Sergei were professional, efficient, and fast-moving. Their knowledge about moving details helped put me at ease immediately. I really don't want to have to move again, but if I do I'll contact these guys. This was truly the best moving experience I've ever had.
I originally posted this to their now inactive OC Yelp, so I wanted to copy and paste to their active Yelp account-- nonetheless, my original review stands. Amazing folks at MuraWay Movers! **Reflecting on our Saturday 12/18/21 experience** Hugo (the foreman), Ivan, and Vova literally just finished helping my parents and I move from Carson to Lake Elsinore and we continued to exclaim how wonderful they all were. We had a whole day of moving a house of 31 years with them, and they all went above and beyond. To be honest, the whole buying a house process stretched out that my mom had to reschedule twice--- but Lisa gave so much grace and patience. Then, today, moving day--- it was wild. While I initially thought the big truck wouldn't get filled-- Hugo, Ivan, and Vova found a way with their Tetris like minds and got most of our belongings in all in one piece and even put two beds back together! I think the biggest help was just them offering so much more, particularly asking questions and double checking if we preferred something to be moved in one place or another. Best believe, we will be referring you all to more friends and family. Incredibly personable, efficient, and helpful beyond what we could imagine. Thank you, guys... seriously. (Please give Hugo, Ivan, and Vova a raise if possible--- or a Christmas bonus. They each deserve that! Big hugs!)
These guys were amazing... they were extremely responsive, here when they said they would be and finished way before they needed to. They were very forthcoming with their prices. I had no hidden fees or overages. The guys that came out were extremely professional and lifted some heavy crap with a smile. If or should I say when we have to move items again, we will be using these guys!
Where should I start. I started my communication with Zarko and he was friendly, responsive, and professional. They send you a detailed proposal and before start and after finish we signed and received receipts. Mike and Serge showed up in the time frame I was told and they were active non-stop. They packed our heavy furniture very professionally and try to fit as much as they can in their truck. Great attitude and after 7 hours of going up and down they were still smiling. Their quote was reasonable compare to 2 other companies I contacted. Highly recommended.
MuraWay Moving is a GAME CHANGER! Nick and Daniel were my movers and they were amazing, professional and STRONG lol! We got everything out of my old space and into the new one in under 3 hours, and ya girl moved from Koreatown to The Valley, which is kinda a trek (depending on the time of day). My favorite part was that they put the boxes in the correct rooms and unwrapped everything and were gentle on my brand new floors! And, before they arrived, I received a text message showing me their route, so I knew were the truck was at all times. Im also glad there was a 3 hour minimum, because I originally thought I only needed 2 hours, they know what they are doing.
We booked two months in advance, and the day of the move my phone decided not to work and I left them waiting. I felt so bad, and was so confused! But they were very gracious and kind despite my roughy morning. Our items got to the new home in great shape. They took the time to wrap everything and even made sure everything made it to the right room. I will definitely recommend to friends!
Mike, Oleg and Bogdan did an excellent job. Best movers I have had. They have a work ethic that is relentless. They have helped me move twice and I would be lucky to get them as movers anytime I moved.
Mike and Oleg from MuraWay moving were very nice, efficient and overall great to work with. They adjusted and created a safe moving box for my larger TV without advance notice and made my move very smooth. I would recommend Mike and Oleg to help you move!
I just got done moving today, and even though I'm exhausted and it's nearly midnight... I have a lot to say about hiring MuraWay!! First of all: HIRE THEM!!! We had to prepare for an extremely last minute move. We needed help asap. I requested a quote on their site on Thursday and got a call within 10 mins. SUPER RESPONSIVE! I needed to book for SATURDAY (today) and it would be less than 48 hours from book to service. I believe I spoke to Lisa, who absolutely calmed my anxiety about the last minute moving, and she was the absolute sweetest at talking me through all of the available services and fees, truck sizes, team sizes, etc. She even had a team available to meet our needs! And they could meet us at house 1 between 9 and 10am. Perfect. Mike, Oleg, and Nick showed up promptly at 9am! They brought a big truck to accommodate and navigated it super pro. Our old place is on a SUPER narrow street, and they were able to get the truck set up without even blocking the street. (If you know narrow LA streets, you know what I mean!) These guys... I could go on and on about how incredible they were. - They helped us pack what remaining items we had to box. - They paid extremely special attention to all of our stuff but especially our fragile vintage furniture. - They are THOUGHTFUL with your things: how it all fits in the truck, grouping like items together so it's a quick unload. At the same time being quick and efficient with their planning and loading. - They drove 75 miles to our new place!!! And because of all sorts of traffic it took 2 hours!!! And they didn't even complain!!! They showed up at the new place ready to get shit done. - They moved FAST and there was NOT ONE DENT, SCRATCH, NOTHIN! They took incredible care with everything! Literally everything! They worked HARD, non stop, for 10 hours for us today. When I say they showed up, they SHOWED UP. We had SO MUCH TO DO today and they helped us tremendously. Another note: they were so chill with my mom packing up around them and patient with her desire for small talk as we worked LOL. They were so sweet and cool, And chatting with her kept her anxiety down through this super stressful last minute move. They might not realize their positive mental impact for us - but I think this further illustrates how great they were. MuraWay is upfront with all their pricing on their site and will talk you through it at booking. It is hourly rates but these dudes worked fast and hard and we're not wasting any time. I will emphasize the efficiency here! They earn every dollar and don't waste time - but at the same time, they are one of the most affordable companies I've worked with in LA. Note: there are "up charges" for distance travel (at 75 miles there's going to be additional fees, hello), and they had additional boxes/materials for purchase as needed, but all of the prices are very very reasonable. This service was so perfect, MuraWay will be my forever number one go-to and will be THE company I recommend to all my friends. I don't even write many reviews on Yelp but my experience was so over the top incredible, I had to run and post 5 stars!! Thank you Mike, Oleg, and Nick!! You are AMAZING!!! Thank you so much for your positive attitudes, your tremendous help, and for going way above and beyond today. It's clear your reputations speak for themselves. I can't thank you enough!
I recently moved to South Pasadena from Burbank and these guys were so fantastic. I got great customer service, notices of their arrival, fair pricing, digital receipts, and genuinely good guys who know what they're doing. Mike, Oleg, and the other Mike helped us move a ton of furniture across town and they did it professionally. They were easy to talk to, young bucks who can lift, and also patient and listened to our needs. They took very good care of our furniture, and fragile items without even needing to ask. They also worked quickly and didn't delay their work. Lastly, they even helped do some setup in the new place when we needed a hand moving furniture around. Overall a great experience and I'm glad I called around before I settled on these guys. It was a pleasure doing business with them!
I had an amazing experience using this company. They helped pack and move our 4 bedroom 3500 SF house. They took a ton of care in protecting our valuables and furniture. Not a single item was broken or damaged in the process. They work hard and quickly to get the job done. This is my 2nd time hiring them and I plan to work with Muraway in the future for any move.

I don't know if moving is worse than going to the DMV but it's definitely high up there. I had a last-minute move I needed to arrange and I was stressing about it. Can't recommend enough these guys. Moving is always a lot of stress and they reduce it to insignificant amounts. We decided to get rid of our storage unit and move everything to the shed at the place where we currently live. I quoted a bunch of companies on Yelp and even though moving companies have pretty much the same pricing structure, I decided to stick with Mura Way because they were able to accommodate my short notice, their response was very professional and detailed, and they mentioned that they are fully insured and work up to code, which is super important. The guys were on time and started loading without wasting any time. From the way they work, I can tell they have tons of experience, everything was done fast but also with attention to small details. When I was loading the same storage a couple years ago with a uhaul truck and a random guy from Craigslist - it took us twice the time and twice the amount of space back then, so I was amazed how tightly they pack everything. Unloading was done in the same professional manner, they put all our stuff in the storage and did a great job again. At the end of the day, nothing was broken, it took less time (=money!) than I expected, what else you can you wish from moving? And after everything was done, Nick the owner called to make sure everything was cool and I was satisfied with the way his crew works. Solid 5* guys, will call you again when I'm moving next time. read more

Mike, Oleg, and Omar were fantastic! We hired Muraway moving last minute and they were able to get us in. We originally went with another moving company that wasn't able to complete a job and were not able to come back and move everything we needed in time. These guys came in and saved the day. They showed up on time, worked hard and were very pleasant to deal with. Everything went smoothly and they helped us finish the last leg of our move. Amazing moving experience!!! We are so happy we went with MuraWay Moving. All 4 movers were so friendly from the moment they got to our home. They got right to work and moved quickly and were so efficient. They handled all of our belongings with extreme care. Special shout-out to Hugo and Jessie! They rocked and made the move so pleasant with their awesome attitudes. Also our dog, who is not always the friendliest to strangers, loved them! (see pics ).
