The guys were very efficient, friendly and on time. They were so very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that our stuff was taken care of and that the process was very smooth. They take apart your beds and put them back together, they make sure to wrap all your stuff and take the utmost care to make sure it is taken care of. I was very impressed and very happy about the entire process. Everyone was very respectful and the guys were fun to chat with! We had a two bedroom and the packing, loading, move, and unloading took about 4 hours. We had a fair amount of stuff. I highly recommend! This is our second time using Fenton Moving! They are fantastic. They work hard and quick. Fenton Moving charges by the hour, and price depends on how many movers. You can have two or three movers. I opted for 2 movers. Our move took about 8 hours total, with the holiday traffic it made it longer. The guys worked super hard the entire time. They wrapped furniture up and used furniture dollies for the big items. Our stuff was handled with care. It ended up being $1,100 total. Well worth the price! Incredible service. Booked Noah & team for a long distance move and the experience was positive from the get-go. Noah laid out a game plan for the move and provided all the necessary documentations. On load day, a team of 3 arrived on time to dissemble, load and head to unload location. On unload day, a team of 2 arrived on time to unload, assemble and wrap up loose ends. Overall, I am satisfied with the movers. Just a couple of things to note. The communication prior to the arrival was great! They texted me the night before to confirm, and they called me on the morning of the move to give me a timeline for their arrival. We ended up having to do 2 trips (this was my fault for not including all of our stuff in the garage when I requested the movers). The 3 guys that came started off really strong (Eli, Jasper, and Remi), they arrived right around 9 am like they said they would and immediately did a walk through and started packing the truck. After the first load and lunch (which I bought for everyone) things started to take a turn. We got back to the house to pack up the 2nd load and it was clear that the guys were tired and not as enthusiastic as when they first arrived. About halfway through packing the 2nd load, one of them told me that they had another job after ours and things really went to hell at this point. Items were not wrapper as neatly, and sustained some minor damage. My patio furniture had a dent in the leg, we are missing pegs for some of our shelving units, and despite me marking where boxes went, many of them ended up randomly in the garage instead of upstairs, some of my husbands tools were missing parts that we later found in random boxes. They don't hook up our washer and dryer because "it was missing a part in the floor" come to find out later, the part was not missing, my husband and I were able to hook it up. They asked me to pay in cash because otherwise they get charged for it like it were a card, even if I paid with Zelle or Venmo. I asked twice to clarify this and they said yes, they would get charged if I paid through Zelle or Venmo. They also told me a receipt would be emailed to me and I never received it. At the end of the day, all of our belongings got from one house to the other with only a few minor exceptions. I'm grateful that I didn't have to do the labor of moving, but I paid a lot for this service (almost $1500) and I guess for that price I expect it to be exceptional read more

Overall, Fenton Moving's pricing is slightly lower than other competitors, and the moving experience was excellent. Service: Robinson, Ruben, and Julian were amazing. They were receptive to our requests and polite with communication. Their teamwork was also evident. Quality: The team started the move with a walkthrough of our apartment to discuss priorities and care. They were able to wrap all major furniture in cling wrap, and cushioned the heavier pieces well. I've been debating on leaving this review because I didn't want to get our moving crew in any trouble. They were polite and got the job done fine. We were scheduled for a 2pm move and they notified us they'd be a couple of hours late, but didn't end up getting to us until 6pm. The movers were exhausted, as we were their third move of the day. They were literally dragging their feet, and rightfully so. However, we've had similar sized moves done twice in the past in 2-3 hours. It took 5 hours and I don't think it was fair for us to have to pay for the movers being over-worked and sluggish. We had everything packed an organized and only required disassembly and reassembly for the bed frame. They also don't stop the clock for drive time, and the crew got "lost" and arrived a whole 20 minutes after us. The company should take into consideration that the movers are only human. I've already recommended Fenton Moving to two other friends who are moving in December. I requested movers three weeks in advance for a local move in Los Angeles after seeing recommendations on Reddit. Remy and Blake arrived on time at 9:30am & got the move done in 5.5 hours. This was exceptional to me being that on the day of the move, my elevator broke. I was so upset they might not be able to move my things.. They in fact took great care of my things having to carry them down 3.5 flights of stairs. Everything was wrapped nicely & unwrapped at my new home. I felt the pricing was fair at the end. I told Blake not to worry about my couch leg because it was broken already and I was getting a new one in a month. He actually FIXED the leg to my couch! Exceptional service. I'm trying to be as fair as possible with this review, so I'm providing some background. We were moving from a 1 bedroom plus loft apartment on 5th floor with an average of furniture. I told Fenton Moving that it was a 2 bedroom unit just to avoid any confusion. The main elevator was reserved for the movers. While we asked them to do all the packing and provide packing materials, we did actually pack all our stemware and the majority of our books and some other stuff; around 25 boxes. We did this so they could get a head start. First the good news: - Most of our stuff was moved as expected - They wrapped a lot of the furniture so it was well-protected - They're not overcharging for packing materials The not so good news: - They showed up without packing materials, they forgot to tell this to the crew - They were very surprised that they had to do the packing, and despite the boxes we already packed, they seemed overwhelmed - They cut corners which is seen with some of the packing, e.g. boxes which were uncovered and had flipped over - They left a significant load in a storage area, which I then had to spend 5 hours hauling myself - They spent 1.5 hours on their lunch break, so we paid $300 for that - They never sent me an invoice despite I requested one If you're doing all of the packing yourself, you'll be fine using Fenton Moving. But if you need full service like us, I can't recommend them. read more

I explained the lay of the land upon arrival, what i needed done, how i had labeled and organized my boxes so upon arrival at my new place, they knew where to place things. They had proper supplies and plenty of wardrobe boxes and packed the truck perfectly without anything breaking or missing parts. 50 miles is a far drive and they arrived promptly, just minutes after me, with the big truck, impressive! Let me save you some time if you only read this first paragraph. You will not find a cheaper moving service than Fenton moving. I have gotten quotes from over 15 different services and their price for 3 movers came up to around $100 cheaper than the next lowest quote. We used this service for 4 1/2 hours with the Victor, Remy, and Brian. They cleared out a 1000 sq ft place within an hour and furnished our new living area within the next couple. There was no damage to any of the items and they had great chemistry working together. One of the best things about these guys was how willing they were to move furniture around for us. We also used them to bring additional things to a storage unit. I can't understate how well these guys worked. We paid around $600, but with their efficiency the job could have been done with 2 people at a little cheaper. If you are a working professional who values their time I would highly suggest this moving company. Let me do some math: Uhaul + Friends = ~$120+ + 20+ hours of unpacking. Fenton moving = $600 + 5 hours of unpacking That's about $32/hr you use unpacking. Don't undersell yourself. Your time is worth more than $32/hr. read more

I am one of those stubborn people who has always refused to hire movers, and felt concerned about strangers handling my possessions. My move was far from perfect... there were issues with movers during the move and how some items were handled. As with all moving companies, some guys are excellent and carry the weight of the not so great ones that are slow and not very careful with stuff... but at the end of the day a business is only good as the owners and how they're willing to resolve issues. Noah was excellent in handling my concerns without once giving me an attitude or being defensive... I could tell he genuinely wanted to resolve all my concerns. So it really makes a difference when you have high energy guys who can crack jokes and problem solve tight corners at the same time, all while respecting any and all household rules (no shoes on the carpet!)
