They were early and communicative. Kind throughout. They worked quickly and wrapped everything. Very skilled in maneuvering. Thank you!

Workers were on time and provided good service. They were not able to fit a couch into a smaller than expected space and helped move it back. Helpful and effective. read more

I called around to several moving companies before deciding to go with Busy Bee Movers, and Nick's excellent communication and follow-up were a big reason I chose them. From beginning to end, Nick was incredibly helpful and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We had a couple of hiccups along the way, but Nick immediately stepped in, took ownership, and made sure everything was corrected and handled properly. The other Manager Mike on the other hand was not so helpful and more argumentative than he was helpful BUT Nick made sure to make things right. Nick truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process, and I really appreciated his professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to making sure I was taken care of. Moving can be stressful, but having someone like Nick there from start to finish made a huge difference. I would definitely recommend Busy Bee Movers! read more

I can't recommend this company. All the communication before the move was excellent, it completely fell apart after that. I was told that the truck would pick up from my home and deliver directly to our other home. I received a text 4 hours after they picked up my stuff, saying that they wouldn't drop it off till sometime the next day. That was not acceptable, as I was leaving on a trip the next day, and I told them that when they took the contract. The driver then contacted me and said he would be there by 8 pm. The driver did not show up until 11:30 pm and pulled a barbecue off his truck and started wheeling it into my garage. It wasn't my barbecue. He was not aware of what was ours and what wasn't ours. Most of the boxes had damage. In all the wardrobe boxes, the metal bars fell down, so our clothes were lying in heaps at the bottom of the boxes. Nothing was treated with care. The communication was awful, and I'm still missing a box of stuff. They immediately charged my credit card and didn't reach back out. My guess is they are contracting out with other companies and not actually moving it themselves. Also, the communication was very difficult, as all of the drivers were Russian and spoke very limited English. I would not recommend them. read more

DO NOT use these movers for a long distance move. They hire movers off of Craigslist, allow them access to your items and home, pay them under the table, and operate under the guise that their movers work for them. I moved from SoCal to NorCal, with next day delivery. The day of the loading was fine, with 3 guys sent for loading and all appeared to be with the company. The next day at drop off, only one of the guys was the same from the day before. The other 2 movers arrived 30+ minutes later and we were then told by one of them that he was hired off of Craigslist and being paid under the table. One of the 2 Craigslist movers left 1 hour into the move. The 2nd guy was hired off of Craigslist for only 3 hours, so he stopped working at the 3 hour mark while all of our boxes were still in the truck waiting for unloading. What really made the experience even worse was that their unvetted, Craigslist mover started demanding payment from Busy Bee over the phone, and Busy Bee refused to pay him. The mover then started cursing and yelling over the phone, threatening to slash the truck's tires and break the windshields. He even grabbed a hammer to go over to the windshield. This created quite a commotion on our new street and we feared for our items that were still in the truck. Busy Bee didn't have enough money to pay him, so they had to ask US for cash to pay the guy. There was only one mover left for the rest of the move. My fiance had to help the guy move our items. If we had to do the move ourselves, we wouldn't have hired anyone! I talked to Mike over the phone who said the guys worked for them and they wouldn't be hiring them again, which was a clear lie considering the mover told us he had a full time job lined up for the day after. Mike kept saying they hired additional guys to make our experience better, which clearly did the opposite. It seemed like Mike was getting lost in his own lies, saying the movers worked for him and then saying he wouldn't hire them again. Only positive was that we were refunded for 2 items the movers broke. They gave us a small percentage off for the unloading day too, but not enough to make up for what they did. If you want a mover that will give random, unvetted individuals off of the internet access to your home and all your belongings, go ahead and hire them. Maybe they work for short distance moves, but they clearly take cost-cutting shortcuts with the long distance ones. read more

Friendly and professional. Did my job efficiently and took care of the furniture they moved. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

First time hiring movers and I'm really impressed by their professionalism and speed. I looked on Reddit and inquired on yelp quotes but initially went with another moving service. However, Mike called me and I was swayed by his hospitality and prompt service so I decided to move forward with Busy Bee. The day of the move, Alex, Beka, and Rollan showed up for our 2b2b third floor walk up. They were so efficient and wrapped everything professionally. They didn't waste time and were quick to dissemble and assemble our bed frames. Would recommend to friends. They also offer a cash discount. Would like if they had shoe covers for the move but it's not a dealbreaker. Thanks team! read more

I reached out to Busy Bee Movers a couple of weeks ago using Yelp of all places lol. Nick and I did a Zoom call to go over what the move would entail and he laid out the costs ahead of time. We needed 3 movers and about 7 hour's total in the end. I told him in no uncertain terms I did not want any entitled lazy Americans moving my house! I want Russian, Uzbeks, Ukrainians or Kazakhstan decent movers. Hardest damn workers you'll ever meet. Thankfully the owners are from Kazakhstan so I knew I was in good hands. Moving sucks! And moving companies know this. They are really in the service business, to make your life better on a very exhausting and stressful day. Let's be honest the day of the move isn't even that bad. You have the movers at the house doing all the heavy lifting. It's all the days leading up to the move where you're packing and taking little things over to the house and making multiple trips that's exhausting. So when these guys show up at your house, they know it's all about smiles and friendliness. Daniel, the crew leader was like Walt Disney. The guy oozed joy and a great attitude. The other 2 guys were from Kazakhstan so it goes without saying they worked like champions and never slowed down. In the end these guys were machines. Before you ever get into a bar-fight make sure they aren't a mover. If they are buy them a beer and apologize. I watched these guys lift the heaviest stuff like it was nothing. I highly recommend Busy Bee Movers. They don't have 5 stars for nothing on Yelp. read more

We decided to book with Busy Bee Movers as opposed to the other businesses contacted because they were so helpful and responsive. The process for booking was streamlined and very simple. I really liked their website for booking the services. Their professionalism and amazing customer service puts them above the competition. Pricing was similar to their competitors and the services were absolutely worth it. Major thanks to Sam and Kuba for helping us pack and wrap up our furniture. I hired Busy bee movers for a trip from SoCal, CA to Salt Lake city, Utah. Their price is the top 2 lowest in 5 companies I enquired. Nonetheless their service was awesome. Chino and Nick were on time, professional and communicative. Before they arrived, Mike who was the 1st person I talked to, were able to address all of my queries related to the move and eased my concerns of the long drive and all the fragile stuffs. I'd highly recommend Busy Bee movers. read more

What a crew! They did everything right, wrapped the furniture, laid down protection for the floors, worked really hard and didn't even let me help:) The quote was right on to what they said and Stan made sure all was perfect and everything he said would happen, did. Really nice and helpful crew. We incorrectly told them to take some furniture to the wrong room and they moved it back. Went out of their way to make everything right. Why would you choose anyone else to move you? I will use them, if and when I move again! read more

Alex and Odji were amazing!! They made sure everything was wrapped and protected. Scheduling was easy & I got a reminder call as well as eta the day of the move. After showing them everything they got to work. They were able to fit my fridge to my new place, it had narrow doors and I wasn't sure if it could happen. They took off the doors and it barely made it through! Life savers They wrapped all my furniture & placed them where I wanted it to go. Took apart my bed frame and built it again. Profession & friendly! Alex checked in constantly to make sure I was good with everything. Made my move super easy and smooth. read more

I had an excellent experience with Busy Bee Movers. Stan was very professional and detail-oriented during our Zoom call to provide the estimate. Pedro, Rollan, Duman and Sam, the workers on moving day, were all extremely efficient and hardworking. They were especially helpful with disassembly and assembly of furniture. There was a queen-sized bed that needed to be disassembled and reassembled in order to be moved from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor and they completed the task within a very small time frame. They also helped with assembling a glass cabinet and two office chairs. Although we encountered an issue with our Zelle payment at the end of the move that resulted in making duplicate payments, Stan immediately assisted us by refunding the duplicate payment in full. Would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs packing or moving services! read more

I originally left a 3-star review because while the move had significant wait issues, I wanted to acknowledge the crew's hard work and the fact that my belongings arrived without damage. However, after reading the company's public response, I am lowering my rating to 2 stars. The most disappointing part of this experience is not the delays or unexpected challenges that arose during the move. It is the company's decision to publicly present events in a way that does not accurately reflect what happened. For example, the company stated that my Sleep Number bed had been incorrectly assembled by a previous mover and had missing hardware. This is simply not true. The bed was brand new and had been assembled by Sleep Number technicians. I was present throughout the process and personally helped research the manufacturer's instructions when the crew encountered difficulties. I was also the one who ultimately determined that the air caps were unnecessary after time had been spent searching for them. The response also suggests that substantial billing adjustments were made. The "hour off" referenced was largely the crew's own lunch and break time. Presenting that as a customer accommodation is misleading. I treated the crew respectfully throughout the day, provided water, purchased lunch for all four movers, and worked collaboratively to solve problems as they arose. I understand that moving is complicated and that unforeseen issues can happen. What I do not appreciate is having my concerns dismissed through explanations that are inconsistent with what I personally witnessed. The move itself was fine other than the delays. The company's handling of feedback afterward is what ultimately reduced my confidence in recommending them. read more

During a very stressful move we had recently made busy bee really came through with an amazing crew of movers and ensured we had our things at a new location fast and secure. Didar was very professional very friendly and one of the best workers I've met. His crew worked really hard. The owner came by to say hi in the end which was a first in my experience. They also took all the trash out at the end and left the hallway clean. Nick booked my appointment and was accommodating and professional, 10 out of 10. read more

I had a great experience with Busy Bee Movers. I first contacted Nick for a moving estimate, and he was very polite, helpful, responsive, and quick to reply to all my questions. The movers they sent were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. They carefully blanket-wrapped all of our furniture and moved everything quickly while still being very careful. The price quoted was very reasonable for the level of service we received, and overall we were very satisfied. Our lead mover, Dan, was especially outstanding. He went above and beyond by helping us install our flat-screen TV at the new house for a small additional fee, and the installation was done professionally. Dan and his partner were both hardworking, friendly, and great to work with--two excellent guys. The only small downside was that the "on-the-road" travel time ended up being charged double, which was not clearly mentioned in the initial quote by Busy Bee Movers as the owner of company said is required by California law. I would suggest that this be explained upfront in the future. Aside from that, everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend Busy Bee Movers if you're looking for efficient and professional moving service--and if possible, be sure to request Dan and his partner. read more
