Got to my storage shed and started unloading my items into the truck, not even a hour, just a little under an hour. They told me drive time will be about an hour, I got a text that said ' we have arrived' and they also called, I said I will be there in 15 minutes. They unloaded my items from the truck, they finished unloading a little under 1 hour or 1 hour exactly don't remember. This was the best experience I have with movers. I would not recommend this moving company. I'm writing this review because my husband is too nice to leave one himself, and I hope sharing our experience helps others make an informed decision when choosing a moving company. During our move, the movers broke one of the legs on my vanity. I actually saw them carrying the vanity with the broken leg, but no one said anything to me about it. Instead, they repaired it, set it up in the room, and never disclosed that it had been damaged. It was an extremely hot day, and since they appeared to have fixed it, I decided to let it go. Unfortunately, the repair failed, and the vanity leg broke again the very next day. I was also charged an extra fee because I was told my refrigerator weighed over 300 pounds. After the move, I looked up the manufacturer's specifications and found that it weighs less than 300 pounds. When I texted about both issues, I was told they would fix the vanity, but the representative denied ever saying the refrigerator weighed over 300 pounds. What makes this even more disappointing is that we tried to be generous throughout the move. The movers asked if they could have a desk and four chairs we no longer needed, and we happily gave them the furniture for free. We also tipped each mover $50 because we appreciated their hard work in the heat. I understand that accidents can happen during a move. My issue is with the lack of communication and honesty. If they had simply told me they had damaged the vanity, I likely would have been understanding. Instead, they chose not to tell me, the repair didn't last, and I was left dealing with it afterward. Combined with the disputed refrigerator charge, the entire experience left me with a very negative impression. I hope this review helps others make an informed choice.
