Towards the end of 2025, I had only a few weeks to figure out my move because the community i lived in became a source of harm in many ways. I'm lucky to have found dragon moving after calling several moving companies to inquire about price and availability. Dragon movers were economically priced and accommodated my request for a bigger truck so we can do one trip. On the day of the move they were punctual, transparent with work and break logs, and were pros at moving my stuff. They had the right equipment to make the job efficient and quick. There was a deposit to schedule the move, so I paid the rest after the job was done using their in person card system and left a cash tip. Based on my experience I would recommend them and also work with them again in the future.

My appointment was scheduled for 10 and the movers showed up at 10:30. The service was good. The did a quick assessment to see what furniture needed to be moved and how many boxes there were. I asked if they needed help. I was happy to lend a hand. They were polite and helpful. Everything arrived safely. The cost was pricey. We ran into a few hiccups with my new apartment complex, wanting them to park their vehicle in a specific area that wasn't very safe. That back-and-forth definitely cost me some money. I'm happy I used movers but definitely expect for spending well over $400. I had a one bedroom apartment and moved into a smaller one bedroom apartment with only me as the tenant.

We used Dragon Moving this weekend to move our 1300 sq ft home, and packed garage with home gym. They were communicative and prompt. Jake, Mike, and one other mover (didn't catch his name) got right to work, and were careful and attentive with our things. It was a big job (or seemed so to us) and they did everything great, playing Tetris to get all of our home into a storage unit. We will have to move our things out of storage again in a few months and would be happy to have them help us a second time. Would recommend.

Moved last week and couldnt have picked a better moving company. Awesome service, super professional, nothing was scratched or broken, movers were careful yet super fast. Throughout the move I kept telling myself how fast the move was going. Super friendly and hardworking group! The team was incredibly helpful, easy to schedule with, and the whole booking process took less than 30 minutes. Their pricing was also very fair and transparent. Jake helped us with our move, and he was extremely professional and careful with all of our belongings, making sure everything was properly wrapped and protected throughout the move. I would not recommend this moving company. I'm writing this review because my husband is too nice to leave one himself, and I hope sharing our experience helps others make an informed decision when choosing a moving company. During our move, the movers broke one of the legs on my vanity. I actually saw them carrying the vanity with the broken leg, but no one said anything to me about it. Instead, they repaired it, set it up in the room, and never disclosed that it had been damaged. It was an extremely hot day, and since they appeared to have fixed it, I decided to let it go. Unfortunately, the repair failed, and the vanity leg broke again the very next day. I was also charged an extra fee because I was told my refrigerator weighed over 300 pounds. After the move, I looked up the manufacturer's specifications and found that it weighs less than 300 pounds. When I texted about both issues, I was told they would fix the vanity, but the representative denied ever saying the refrigerator weighed over 300 pounds. What makes this even more disappointing is that we tried to be generous throughout the move. The movers asked if they could have a desk and four chairs we no longer needed, and we happily gave them the furniture for free. We also tipped each mover $50 because we appreciated their hard work in the heat. I understand that accidents can happen during a move. My issue is with the lack of communication and honesty. If they had simply told me they had damaged the vanity, I likely would have been understanding. Instead, they chose not to tell me, the repair didn't last, and I was left dealing with it afterward. Combined with the disputed refrigerator charge, the entire experience left me with a very negative impression. I hope this review helps others make an informed choice. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not use this company again or recommend them. read more

Scheduling with Dragon Moving was very easily done online. On the day of the move Tim and his crew were amazing. There was an unexpected problem where the truck couldn't get up a steep hill. Everyone worked extremely hard to carry everything up the hill. I can't recommend them more. Everyone worked very swiftly to move a 3 bed condo. We recently hired this moving company and I can honestly say they exceeded every expectation. From the moment the three movers arrived, they worked nonstop--even in extreme heat--without slowing down. I was especially impressed by their honesty and transparency: they showed us they weren't charging for any breaks or downtime (which were minimal to begin with). Their work ethic was unmatched. I've never seen movers hustle this hard while still being so careful with every single item. Not one thing was damaged or lost. In fact, when our bed frame broke (we're not even sure if it was already loose before the move), they didn't hesitate--they got down on their hands and knees and completely fixed it for us! That kind of above-and-beyond service is rare these days. The only thing I'd recommend is having shoe covers handy for them, since they're moving in and out all day. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. I was blown away by their professionalism, hard work, and care. Highly, highly recommend! read more

I started my own company so that I can provide my customers with an excellent, personalized moving experience, which I was unable to do previously. Moreover, I eagerly wanted to support orphaned children suffering from rare diseases. For me, this dream would come true just by running a moving business and supporting them financially. Thankfully, nowadays my company donated a certain amount of each move to orphaned children suffering from rare diseases and saving many lives.

On the moving day, Berik, Kant, and Aibek showed up right on time, and man, these guys were incredible! They were so professional but also just genuinely nice. They moved fast but were crazy careful with our stuff. When a couple of unexpected hiccups popped up, they didn't miss a beat--used their know-how to figure out smart solutions that saved us time and cash. Honestly, their work ethic blew me away; they're the kind of people who do the right thing even when nobody's looking. Not a single scratch on our furniture or walls, which is basically a miracle! I would not recommend this moving company. During my move on January 9, 2026, their crew damaged my property, including a television and a Simplehuman stainless steel trash can. The movers disassembled and packed my electronics themselves, yet the TV arrived broken. The trash can was not wrapped at all and was badly dented. I reported the damage immediately and was told it would be addressed. Since I ended up needing a second move, we agreed that the company would provide a discount to account for the damaged items from the first move. Despite that agreement, the second move was poorly handled. The start time for the second move was repeatedly delayed from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, making it impossible to complete the move within legal quiet hours. As a result, the move had to be postponed by two days, forcing me to pay rent for two places at the same time. There was no apology and no accountability. And I ended up hiring a different company. To make matters worse, the company never followed up or resolved the damage claim. Instead, employees contacted me directly in an unprofessional manner, discussing personal financial concerns rather than handling the situation properly through management. Overall, this company showed poor communication, lack of professionalism, and no follow through when issues arose. If you value your belongings and your time, I would strongly recommend choosing another mover. read more

Mixed experience with Dragon Moving. On the positive side, the team was timely, friendly, and worked efficiently -- they made good time and handled most of the move smoothly. Unfortunately, during the process, they dropped a nightstand down the stairs, which broke the furniture and caused visible damage to the wood floor. When I asked about insurance, I was told their coverage only applies to the furniture, not the property itself. I tried to pursue a general liability claim, but the response kept circling back to a small discount on the service as resolution. While I appreciated the professionalism of the movers themselves, the way the damage was handled left a lot to be desired. Our two bedroom apartment was loaded on the truck in under an hour (including furniture). Upon arriving at our new home unloading the truck was just quick. What really put them in the above and beyond category was their on the spot help with some repairs. Through no fault of theirs one of my desks started to come apart while moving into the new place. When Marat and Dos saw this they took some extra time and were able to reaffix the loose desk pieces better than they were. Their cost was very reasonable, and communications with the manager Sam to discuss move dates and answering questions was very prompt. He was honest in letting me know in advance the loading part may take an extra 1-2 hours beyond the 3 hour window. In the day of move, K and Max carefully wrapped the furniture, timely loaded the truck, and hauled the furniture carefully to the Bay Area for a same day unload.
