Amazing experience with Busy Bee Movers! From the initial video call consultation, to communication, to the actual move, everything was top notch. Nick led us thru the initial process, and he was kind, professional, and answered all our questions throughout the process. For the move itself, Misrael and Sultan were so efficient, friendly, and careful with our belongings. They were able to transport and wrap all our larger items (TV, TV Stand, Couch, Bed). They worked so fast I couldn't believe it. Overall, would highly highly recommend this team. read more

This is my second 5 Star review for this company. This time we used them to move a garage full of stuff into a storage unit. Sam and his team were awesome!! On time, efficient and a true value! There was a lot of antiques and art and they handled everything with extreme care. They even helped us to set up the storage unit so that we had easy access! Extremely responsive and easy to book service. Love their online portal that lets you update your home's inventory on the fly to help calculate your quote, as things can change fast during a move. Very reasonable pricing, and the guys that came out took extremely good care of every item they moved, wrapping them in blankets and plastic wrap so good that there was no worry in my mind that anything would break or scratch. Would definitely use again. Thanks! read more

Moving is a pain, but when you have professionals who work hard, care about your stuff, and professional, it makes moving less of a headache. I've hired a couple moving companies before these guys Elaman, Yela, and Nurik are true pros. They worked fast and hard, and didn't complain about the heat. They were friendly and did whatever you told them to. The price was pretty fair based on estimates I got from other companies. read more

Recently did a local move while we remodel our house. Busy Bees price was the best quote out there. They estimated a 5-hour move with a two man crew. I scheduled the winDow from 2-4. Come day of move I received a call at 3:45 from lead foreman Daniel, letting me know they were stuck in LA traffic from their morning move and would be an hour late. They arrived at 5pm and were loading the truck by 5:10. Daniel and his assistant Kuka moved quickly and efficiently. They were loaded by 7:15 and at new place by 7:30 and unloaded by 8:30. I really appreciated their pace since we started an hour later than I expected. Thankfully we were only moving 3 min away. read more

Alex and Daniel were outstanding from start to finish. They worked incredibly efficiently and had everything moved quickly, without being careless. They handled all of our belongings with great care, stayed organized the entire time, and kept the process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, they were genuinely kind, respectful, and easy to communicate with, which made a huge difference during a hectic moving day. It's clear they take pride in their work and go the extra mile for their clients. Their pricing was fair for the level of speed and care they provided, worth every dollar for such a smooth, stress-free move. If you're hoping for a team that's fast, professional, and actually pleasant to work with, Alex and Daniel are exactly who you want! read more

I had an outstanding experience with Alex and his team at Busy Bee Movers. They worked incredibly hard from start to finish and were professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire move. They handled all of our furniture and belongings with great care, and nothing was damaged. Even after a very long day, the team maintained a positive attitude and never slowed down. They communicated well, stayed organized, and made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and easy. If you're looking for movers who are reliable, honest, and truly go above and beyond, I highly recommend Alex and the team at Busy Bee Movers. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again! read more

I recently used Busy Bee Movers to help move my grandma into an assisted living facility in Los Angeles, and I wanted to leave a review on her behalf since she isn't able to write one herself. She had a terrific experience from start to finish. The crew -- Nick, Alex, and Rashid -- were kind, patient, and very professional. They carefully packed all of her belongings, handled everything with care, and completed the entire move in one day. What really meant the most to us was how they helped her get settled into her new home and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Moving can be overwhelming, especially for someone older, but they made sure she was comfortable every step of the way. She keeps talking about how happy she is and how much she appreciated their help, so I wanted to make sure that was shared here. Thank you again for such a great experience! read more

A lot of this response is just not accurate. The dock wait was 20 minutes, not 30. The elevator is shared because it's an apartment building, that's not an unexpected complication, that's just reality. Your crew took the long way to the drop-off instead of the freeway, which was a 10-15 minute drive. And at that stop, we told them to grab the fridge and shed parts first, they had it blocked behind a big random box and a smoker. Also, nobody from your company ever asked for a detailed item list. No walkthrough, no call, nothing. We got an hourly rate. If you needed more info to plan the job properly, you should have asked. We paid $781 for a move where half the stuff was already gone the day before and we were helping the whole time. The response here is just deflection. Review stands. read more

Great job by Eric and the team. Very respectful and efficient. I would use them again

They set the initial time at 9am. I was waiting for them, they communicated nothing until I called them several times, they answered after 9:35 & switched the time to 11am. It was 11:25 and they didn't take my call. Not only did they waste my time, but the possibility of hiring someone else. The worst service ever, zero communication, empathy and respect for my time. I'll be waiting for my deposit to be refunded. read more

Dishonest, shady. Three guys showed up. They didn't have business cards, didn't wear a uniform, and their truck was too small to fit all of my possessions for a 2-bedroom + den. It made me nervous that the truck was unmarked (no company name was printed on it), so I asked them why that is, and the lead guy told me that it's because the truck was new. It looked a bit beat up and dirty....it was obviously Not new. I asked to see their business license, and they said they would ask the supervisor to email it to me. Not only did they not do so, shortly thereafter, the supervisor terminated my move, they took my belongings off of the truck and brought them back into my home, and took off, leaving me in the lurch. The lead man, Sam, was unwilling to provide his last name to me (which I wanted in case they were not legitimate). At the point that they had put a considerable amount of my possessions on the truck, I decided to snap a photo of Sam, again, in case they might take off with my things. Sam became very irate toward me. When the supervisor cancelled the move, he blamed me for not trusting them. Huh? I have a legitimate right to see a pic of their business license! They must not be licensed. read more

My husband wanted to get U-Haul and move ourselves from Southern CA to Southern OR. I knew this was a terrible idea so for the sake of our marriage I did some research and found Busy Bee Moving. Busy Bee made the entire process so much easier than I expected! We were able to do a virtual walk through of our house so they could see how much stuff we needed to move and schedule the correct truck size. We called them with only a few weeks' notice during the busy summer moving season but they were able to fit us right in. And Nick was great at answering all of our questions and giving us time to finalize our decision. I had read some reviews of other agencies adding charges on at the delivery location but the price they quoted pre-move was the price we paid. We had a team of four that loaded the truck in CA and a team of two to unload in OR. All of them were easy to work with and very professional. We packed ourselves but they still brought all of the blankets and shrink wrap for the furniture and fragile items. They even provided wardrobe boxes so we could just leave our clothes on the hangers, it made unpacking so much easier. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future for a local or long distance move! read more

I highly recommend Busy Bee if you're planning a move. My roommate and I spent a lot of time researching different moving companies because we lived on the third floor with no elevator, so we knew it wouldn't be an easy job. After speaking with Busy Bee and reading all of their great reviews, we decided to book with them--and we're so glad we did. Alex, Rollan, and Beka completely exceeded our expectations. They were incredibly fast, efficient, professional, and communicative throughout the entire move. They also had great personalities and made the whole experience much less stressful. One thing I especially appreciated was that they came prepared with their own tools to disassemble our bed frames and then reassemble them at our new apartment. It saved us so much time and hassle. We had a lot of heavy furniture and fragile belongings, but they handled everything with care. Nothing was damaged, and they packed and moved everything safely despite having to carry it all down three flights of stairs. They made what could have been a stressful day feel seamless from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to use Busy Bee again for any future move, and I'll absolutely be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you so much, Alex, Rollan, and Beka! We truly appreciate all of your hard work and couldn't have asked for a better moving team. read more

The process start to finish was super smooth, despite a complicated move from one 4 bedroom house to another 6 bedroom house (two stories). Had a five star experience from my first interaction until the end! Everyone was super responsive, kind, and took great care for my move. In case of any possibility for damages, I opted to add the "Full Value Protection with $250 Deductible" but ultimately no issues occurred! Super thankful that our two movers, Sam and Serick (might be misspelling his name), made the process seamless and stress free. I appreciated that there was someone available to answer any questions that I had; l received a confirmation call the night before; I received a call in the morning that the movers were arriving in twenty minutes; The movers arrived within the window that they said they would be! Very dependable. Price was very competitive and I had compared around 4-5 other vendors. Highly recommend! read more

Moving was a breeze for us this time! Special thanks to Khamzat, Serik, Adai, and Mansur We have been moving houses quite often over the past 6 years and went through 4 different moving companies. Busy Bee have been the best so far. They are professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They packed and moved EVERYTHING! Sure you can always find a "cheaper" solution (I have tried and ended up moving a lot of things myself!). But when you want a hassle free moving and sit back relax, Busy Bee is definitely worth it! Highly recommend! read more

I just finished a big move with Busy Bee, a large 3 bedroom house with a garage full of stuff and patio furniture on one of the hottest days of the year. The crew was incredible, very efficient and hard working and they were all so nice. They took care of all of my vintage furniture and reassembled everything perfectly. They asked about placement for all the items and everything is where I wanted it. I wish I could tell them all again how much we appreciated the work. Additionally, Nick, who took care of the booking walked though all of the steps and was very helpful during the whole process. His bid was very fair and based on the video walk though of my things, not like other companies who only based their estimates on the number of rooms. I will recommend Busy Bee to any of my friends who are moving. read more

We had a Zoom call and showed all our items, Stan quoted us 4-6 hours of work with a 4-man crew. It took 10 hours for them to move our 2 bedroom apartment just 3 miles to our new place. We ended up with a broken mirror at $500 value and a dining chair that got cut into when they were opening the wrap. Value of chair $350. So total of about $900 in damage, as well as several hours over their "estimated" time it would take. At the end, Stan and Mike were accommodating and provided a credit for most of the damage that we had suffered financially, however, we still need to deal with ordering those items, and the chain is actually no longer available for us to buy. They also credited for 2 hours because of how excessively long the move took. I understand accidents happen, but the majority of our frustration was that 2 of the 4 men helping really had no idea what they were doing and just dragging their feet. In other words, we technically had 2 main professional movers and 2 that were just there, slowing the process excessively. I can only confidently say this because I've used other professional moving services in Orange County before and they were so much faster and more efficient, for the same hourly price. I also want to say that their estimates are WAY OFF. There is no way an estimate of 4-6 hours should take 10 hours. Or maybe that's how they've decided to earn the business with low hours, then send slow crews that take much longer. To give them a second chance and to help them earn more business, I referred them to my close friend who had to move just a few days after my move. A 1 bedroom apartment for a single person took about 9 hours with a 2-man crew to move about 5-6 miles. They had quoted my friend about 4-5 hours as well and this happened. So like I said, it's either their business strategy to do things this way, or they just don't know how to estimate how long these jobs take with the manpower they have on their team. I felt very bad recommending this service to my friend as he was also very frustrated at the end of the day with their service. Overall do not recommend this service if your expectation is to have a smooth professional move without long hours or hassle of dealing with broken items. read more

Everything went extremely smoothly with my move. Nick in the office was really helpful getting it scheduled -- I ended up needing to postpone the date and he was completely accommodating. On moving day, Daniel and Nick showed up right on time and immediately got busy loading everything on the truck. And unloading went just as smooth. Despite there being a decent walk from the truck to the new place, they kept up a quick pace and we got done quite a bit earlier than I expected. Highly recommend these guys! read more
