Delayed review. I moved about a couple weeks ago. From beginning to end, the process was so smooth and this is probably the most professional and best moving company I have ever worked with. I talked with both Jeremiah and Heath on the phone; to talk about costs, estimates and then to officially book a date. At no point was I pressured to book with them and I did not get any pressure while I was deciding and comparing quotes. Mission Movers had the best estimates and rates! Got a text confirmation and then day prior to move got another confirmation which was really nice to have them reach out and confirm. Day of move, Dylan called me and told me eta which was on time. Dylan and Dom worked so fast and efficiently. Even when I thought they couldn't fit more in one trip, they somehow manage to move more stuff (with care and ensuring the security of my stuff). They absolutely wasted no time. Communication was amazing for the hours the helped me. Costs were exactly as previously explained, no hidden costs. I highly recommend Mission Movers and will definitely be using them for any future moves! read more

Thank you to Mike, Dylan, and Chris! These guys worked so fast! The took apart, wrapped, and carefully removed my king sized adjustable bed, and then set it back up at my new place! I was so stressed because I waited until last minute to book movers, but they were able to squeeze me in that same week. I will never move by myself again because this was such a great experience, and I will definitely hire Mission Movers for my next move. read more

Oh man. These guys are the best. Recommended by my kids who have used them for 3 moves now. My dtr was saying how when she talked to the owner before her first move he gave her a lot of tips for making the job go faster so it wouldn't cost as much. The guys got there and helped her take down some shelving. She couldn't have said enough good things about the service. We used them to move an oven from Hollywood to sjc, in heavy rain. I had low hopes for it all working out according to plan. The guys showed up in Hollywood exactly when they said they would, loaded it up and had it back in sjc quickly. They offered to bring the oven in and set it up which we weren't ready for. The cost was half or less than the other 3 quotes I got. Great job. Great service. This is how you run a successful business. 5 star all the way. Thank you guys. Will be recommending and using them every time. read more

They are the absolute best. I've had experience with many moving companies and these guys are top notch. They show up early, are gentle with the items and are very fast and efficient. On top of that they are all very nice. I absolutely recommend and would hire them every time. read more

Hired them to help move a new couch upstairs that the original delivery crew said was too difficult (not possible) for them to maneuver in. The 2 guys were able to come the same day we called and were an all star team. Super friendly, professional and went the extra mile to figure out how to get that sofa in even after trying a buncha times without success. They made it happen! Will hire them for all my future moving needs from now on. read more

I was on a mission to find movers to move my extra large sectional into the second floor of my home. The two pieces do not fit going up my narrow stairs.. so I needed a team to move it up through my balcony. I was really stressed. I called a few moving companies. A lot of them couldn't do the job.. Then I contacted Mission Movers. I spoke with Jeremiah on the phone. He said there is a 2 hour minimum along with a few other fees. I said okay, that will be fine. The hourly rate is very competitive too! Very good and reasonable rates depending if you want 2, 3, or 4 movers for the job. He offers different payment options too and is very upfront and direct about it prior to scheduling appts. Jeremiah is very responsive! I appreciate that. We were able to text after our phone call. He sent two guys for the job. AC & Dom!! They are very experienced and you can tell they have done the job of moving couches from balconies before. I think he removed some bolts from my sliding door to create more space to bring in my sectional pieces. Didn't damage a thing in my home!! I own a brand new build home, so I was worried about damages to my new flooring and newly painted walls. My walls and floors are still perfect! They wrapped my sectional pieces with blankets and that plastic wrap thing and were very careful with my floors. Pretty much did the job and left within like, 30 mins too! Freaking awesome team. Very professional as well. I had to go to work later that night, so I'm glad they did the moving job quickly. I feel really stress-free now that this job is done. THANK YOU so much to this business. I will 100% call them again if I need help moving, and I refer them to my friends since I can trust these guys to protect my walls, floors, home etc. read more

Jeremiah was so easy to work with and very accommodating in helping us get our move set up. Four gentlemen (three were named Kyle and I can't remember the others name right now, but they were all awesome!) showed up on moving day, on time and ready to be very productive, as well as very careful with all of our items. Several of our items were family heirlooms that we were very concerned about moving and they did a stellar job, making sure nothing was damaged. They even stayed to help us, lay out rugs and rearrange furniture as necessary. Throughout at all, they had a wonderful attitude and demeanor, and were so helpful. Can't thank them enough! If we ever have to move again we will be calling them for sure. read more

Wow just Wow- Mike, Thor, Sutty and Dylan were the best movers I've ever had. I have a lot of experience with movers! I've moved 4 times in 4 years! Not kidding. We needed to make 2 stops along the way to my final stop. 1st stop was to drop off and pickup furniture at a friends and assemble a table. 2nd stop to was to empty my storage unit, 3rd and final stop was to my home where they had to work around the interior paint project. I'm always stressed the day before a major move. When I met them, I knew everything was going to be ok. These guys were professional, courteous and true gentleman! This is a rare combination these days. I can't thank them enough for putting me at ease during the move. Run don't walk to Mission Movers- Ann L. read more

These guys are great. Friendly, hard working, and focused on customer satisfaction. They helped me unload a 20' U-Haul into my apartment on the 4th floor. They were fast focused and pleasant. They also provided the fairest price of five other highly rated moving companies that sent me estimates. Great value and great quality. read more

What a breath of fresh air! The last two moving services I hired made me question this industry. However, Mission Movers was exactly what I wanted and needed. I was able to book just a few days out and was even offered a cash discount. I was quoted an hourly rate and that's exactly how I was charged. I recently had a remodel in my home and needed to move furniture to a storage unit. The last company I used left me feeling used, so after researching here on yelp, I saw this company and gave it a shot. I booked the move over the phone and then got follow up texts. The day of the move the actual guys doing the move called me and met me at my storage unit. They were friendly and helpful and took really good care of my items and home, thank you so much Dom and Turner for bringing back my belief in good movers. read more

Wow!! Thank you Jeremiah!! I called to get pricing for CA-MN move and was out of our budget. But he went above and beyond like a friend would and recommended some alternative options for moving minimal items like ours. What a kind soul!! Thank you so much!!! read more

From start to finish, AMAZING service. I started off by requesting a quote on Yelp. Jeremiah reached out to me shortly via txt. After a brief txt we then hoped on a phone call to go over the job specifics like what exactly needs to be moved. The communication from Jeremiah throughout the whole process was prompt and professional. We actually needed to reschedule our initial move in date and Jeremiah was more than accommodating. The ease of simply txting Jeremiah about this change was great and he moved us to a day that worked well. I confirmed with Jeremiah a day before and the movers showed up exactly on time. On the day of the move, I received a call from Kyle and he notified us he was 15 minutes out which I really appreciated. Kyle soon arrived with Carey. They were not only refreshingly friendly, but quick and most importantly careful with our belongings. I took note of how they packed their truck and it was very organized as to not damage anything during transport. Moving in was as seamless as can be. My fiancé and I were very impressed on how cautious and attentive Kyle and Carey were with with our new home. The hallways and staircases for our 3 story town home were tight to move some of the bigger items which was very concerning for us, but it was no problem for them. One of the biggest help was Kyle and Carey reattached our washer and dryer and reassembled our 2 beds. I've seen a couple poor reviews on the ending price being over than the quote. Understand, they work hourly, so this added service of reattaching the washer and dryer and bed assembly adds more time. We were so glad they did that for us. Well worth the added cost. We got a 10% discount for paying in cash at the end. The whole experience was outstanding. I HIGHLY recommend Mission Movers for their very reasonable pricing, prompt communication and carefully fast job execution. It was a pleasure working with them. read more

I hired this company in September and I was throughly pleased with the service. I want to first note that the men were friendly and professional. The person I spoke to on the phone answered all my questions and was very informative. They were quick and efficient. I was always asked permission with anything that needs to be broken down. They wrapped my tv, bed, couch, and mainly every furniture. I was worried that I would end up paying a lot but I was surprised on how affordable it was & even had room to tip them! I will definitely hire them again!! read more

We decided to choose Mission Movers after reading all the reviews and calculating the overall cost of our move. We had to move from Orange County to Los Angeles so I knew the drive alone in traffic would be at least an hour. For me, this drive would make the overall cost of other moving companies (at lower rates) be around the same total. Remember most companies charge double time the commute from place 1 to place 2.. we paid for gas. Consider the quote and package carefully. Totally worth it. The team was amazing. The boys were able to pack the truck with our 3br 2 story house and fit it into our new one story place in such good time. My biggest worry were our big appliances and my eliptical machine and exercise equipment on the 2nd floor but they were able to move everything with strategy and no damage to either home. Each person on our 4 man team was kind and polite. No complaints. My hubby and didn't have to do anything during the move except give instruction on where to place things. They were so organized and precise. Communicated with each other the whole time to make sure it went smoothly. Luckily we didn't have a lot of LA traffic but they got to the second home quickly and was able to unload quickly too. Just remember to know where to place everything when you get there! I would highly recommend this company to anyone doing a local move! read more

I was a happy returning customer and owner refused to book me to move into my newly purchased home because he thought I wouldn't close in time. I promised him that in new construction homes they close in time usually and he was condescending and refused service again. I went with another mover and they took me in without a question. There are less condescending movers available, search for others. read more

Used them over the weekend for a move from an apartment to a house. They were on time, very communicative and helpful. My two guys were Richard and Alex and they made me feel very comfortable. The whole experience, from getting a quote to scheduling to the actual heavy lifting, everything they did was top notch. Highly recommend if you're looking for movers in Orange County. read more

I connected with four other moving companies and finally came across mission movers while searching. From the moment I reached out the service was awesome. Jeremiah was highly communicative and very transparent about the process and pricing. He also gave plenty of advice on how to make the move as smooth as possible. The movers arrived on time and let us know when they were about 30 minutes away as well. They were very professional and, most importantly, very careful with our things. We moved an 850 square foot apartment plus a large storage unit from Irvine to the Bay Area and not a scratch on anything! They also helped us drop off some of our things at a storage unit nearby our new place for no additional charge. It can be difficult to find movers that you trust with handling your valuables and that can do it at a competitive price but mission movers was exactly that for us. Highly recommend! read more

Wow...What can I say? These guys are really really good and provided the best service possible. They were fast, hardworking, careful with packing up a king size mattress, and TV. They were so fast because they were smart about moving, which comes from experience that you can only get from moving so much. We had a 3 big metal racks, and they expertly fit them in an office, and our storage unit. I was super impressed. They were very transparent with their pricing and were worth every penny. We had A LOT of boxes and I was shocked that they moved all those boxes onto their truck while we were still packing. They took direction well and were very organized while packing their truck and putting all of the boxes into storage. I have nothing but good things to say about them and would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs to move. read more

If you live in Huntington Beach or Irvine. If you need someone to move your stuff. Use Mission Movers. Talk to Jeremiah. Don't waste your time anywhere else. It's really as simple as that. If you are as particular as we are and need fast and efficient movers, I highly recommend Mission Movers. Jeremiah and his entire team were knowledgeable, precise, friendly and extremely attentive to detail. The original estimate of how much time the entire move would take was dead on. I still cannot believe they moved all of our stuff in the amount of time they did. From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience with their entire team. Thank you Greg and Chris and Taylor & Mike. We cannot thank you enough for your hard work and for doing it all right on your estimate price. read more

A huge thank you to Jeremiah at Mission Movers! Although he wasn't available to help us move due to us needing service urgently and his schedule being booked out, he didn't leave us hanging. Instead, he immediately gave me a list of referrals, which was such a lifesaver. I couldn't be more thankful for his kindness and professionalism! I will not forget his generous actions and will most definitely reach out to him again the next time we need moving assistance. read more

Starting this off as my second review for Mission Movers! They did such a great job the first time around, we had to reach out again and they did not disappoint! Taylor, Carey (I hope I spelled your name correct, I apologize in advance if I did not!) and Chris went above and beyond the moment they got to our place. They're efficient, extra careful with your belongings, and just super nice and down to earth people. It blows my mind how they make it look so effortless,, all while trekking up and down stairs, lifting some heavy stuff we've got, and in this crazy July heat! We truly appreciate the hard work they put in to get us out and into our new place so quickly. Jeremiah was quick to respond, ran through the details, and sent us the dream team! From start to finish, thank you thank you thank you for being awesome! Appreciate you guys! read more

OUTSTANDING !!! we hired Jeremiah and his crew to load our storage unit huge home (Brea, OC) contents into a Matson shipping shipping container headed to Maui our new home .... they were AMAZING !!! They treated our home contents with care, and professionalism,...and they quickly loaded our Matson container (which was delivered 4- feet off the ground on rear wheels/stand thing) We highly recommend them without hesitation !!! Thank you Jeremiah and Mission Movers for making a stressful, many moving parts (trucking company to deliver the container, Mission Movers to load the container, trucking company to bring the container to the Long Beach Port) move go so smoothly!!!! read more

A big "thanks" to the Mission Movers team!!! Especially the excellent movers (Kyle, Thor, Pastor and Zac) who came and did an amazing job. Jeremiah gave me so many excellent tips on how to make the move smoothly and helped with all my questions. The scheduling was so easy. They helped work around my crazy schedule. Great communication and showed up on time. Wrapped everything nicely and handled everything with care. They are fast, efficient, and professional! I think this past week might have been the 5th or 6th time I have worked with Mission Movers (including moving my Mom and one of my sons). These guys are the REAL DEAL and will always be my "go to" movers! I am not in Orange County, but happy to pay the extra fee because Jeremiah's guys are always professional, cheerful and extremely careful. They arrived a little earlier than the window I was given (which was great!). I had the pleasure of working with Mike (again) and Taylor. Really hard-working, wonderful guys. They work quickly and efficiently. They have the best attitudes!! Suggestion to clients: Please make sure you tip your guys well. They work hard and are so worth it. I'm sure some will think I "over tip" (20% PER guy!), but they treat my belongings with respect and lots of care! read more

Decided to go with Mission Movers due to their reviews on Yelp and was a great choice. Jeremiah responded quickly with a reasonable quote and no hidden fees. On the day of the move, we had Dom, Sutty, Thor and Burns help us move our 3 bedroom house. They were on time and let us know when they were on their way. They packed everything well and carried a lot of heavy items from our 2-floor house to a 3-floor house. They were careful not to damage any items or the house and we really appreciated it. We definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again! read more

I want to give a shout out to Mission Movers in Costa Mesa. I think Jeremiah is the owner and he is beyond exceptional. I don't even write reviews, but I had to give a shout out to him. He is fair pricing and less expensive than others. We also had an incident that he took care of right away. He showed excellent customer service to me and was very helpful. Please support this small business if you're doing a move. They wrapped our items very well. We had 4 movers get our entire place done in 3.5 hours from A to B. Super friendly team! read more

Choosing a long distance mover is definitely a big decision and you have to put a lot of trust in the company you choose. We moved recently from our house in Irvine, CA to Las Cruces, NM. We looked into moving with the big guys like Allied, Bekins, etc but it was unsettling not knowing how much it would end up costing because they estimate the charge based on weight, and who knows what that will end up being. Plus, it can take a lot longer to get to the destination because they add other people's stuff to the same truck. Jeremiah at Mission Movers responded to my request for information right away and he called me to chat too for more information. Like others said in reviews, he is very thorough with instructions for a smooth moving experience and they are used to moving people to other states from CA. The guys came on a Wednesday to load up our house and it only took them a few hours. They drove the next day and met us at our new house on Friday morning. Again, it only took them a few hours to unload and they were super careful and neatly stacked all of the boxes in the rooms they went to. I HIGHLY recommend Mission Movers for local and long distance moves. Knowing that our stuff would be safe and delivered in just a few days directly to our new address was worth every penny. read more

Jeremiah, the owner of Mission Movers, recommended four movers. This was a wise choice. The team that moved us were accommodating, efficient, friendly, and professional. They were such great guys! 10 out of 10 stars. The team-Thor, Dom, Bryn, and Pastor- worked like men possessed. They finished the job in less than two hours and made several useful recommendations. They were eager to help in any way that they could. I recommend Mission Movers to anyone who is looking for help packing up and loading a truck. All the best guys! Thanks again! read more

THE SEAL TEAM OF MOVERS! Mission Movers is a lean, mean, moving machine! They far exceeded our expectations in every way. The company was referred to me by a 5-star moving company in our hometown who was not available the weekend we were set to move. Their yelp reviews gave me the additional confidence to look no further and book them. Owners Jeremiah and Heath were responsive via email and text. They provided proof of insurance and clear, fair pricing. There was no signed contract or deposit, so I was a little concerned (what if they don't show up?), but my concerns were unwarranted. A couple days before our move, Jeremiah proactively confirmed the team would be there as planned. On the morning of the move, our crew chief, Cody, called to introduce himself, let me know they were fueling up the truck and provided their ETA (right on time). Cody, Tom, Chris and Timothy were organized, professional, polite, strong and they hustled from the start of their 12-hour day with us to the finish. The old school work ethic is well-ingrained in these four quality young men! TVs and heavy mirrors were removed from walls for us. Beds, a two-piece hutch and our washer/dryer & refrigerator were dismantled (and re-installed at our new house). We expected with three truckloads of stuff, accidents were bound to happen. But we experienced ZERO damage -- everything was shrink-wrapped, packed and moved so carefully. Mission Movers are true professional movers -- the best of the best -- not just guys who can lift heavy boxes and furniture. Our crew gave their physical and mental all to successfully complete our move in one day -- treating each other, and us, with kindness and respect throughout. If you're stressed about your move, take some stress off yourself. Book Mission Movers. read more

I'm so happy I found these guys because they're the best!!! I haven't written a review in years (& I used to write many), so this just shows how happy I am with them :) I had a very unique & slightly difficult task that I needed help with. I called other mover places, maybe 3 or 4 others, but none of them were very helpful; some of them even made it seem like I was wasting their time :( I was feeling super hopeless until I found Mission Movers! I spoke with Jeremiah, and he was super friendly, kind & helpful. He actually took the time to listen to me like a real person instead of just a potential customer. He took time to listen to my concerns, my ramblings (because I was so stressed), and helped me find a solution that worked. I was super shocked that they could help me since I was having such bad luck. He was able to schedule me in a timely matter which was amazing! Timmo helped me with the difficult task that I thought was impossible, but was (thankfully) proven wrong. It was almost like watching a magic show because magic was being worked before my very eyes, thanks Timmo!! :) If I ever move in the future, I will definitely be calling them. And if you ever move (or know someone that needs to), you should definitely call them too! Not only are they amazing at what they do, you can tell they enjoy doing what they do & helping people :) I love supporting businesses that actually care about their customers. 10 out of 5 stars, other moving companies in the area, pack your bags & move out ;P Thanks so much for all of your help & for making a stressful situation less stressful :) read more
