I was experiencing an unfortunate living situation, where I had a few hours to pack my stuff and move into a different apartment in the same building, same floor, and reached out to this company who were luckily available to help with this urgent request same day. They had told me they would get there around 3-4pm with my deadline to be completely out by 7pm, they have a 3hr minimum which with this timeframe I was okay with accepting. They ended up getting here way later than expected at ~6:30pm. By that time I, alone with my elderly mom, who also struggles to walk and 2 small wagons had hauled pretty much everything except for the big stuff which included a couch, mattress, bed frame, tv, and dresser. When they got there they (2 movers) finished moving those 5 things within an hour or a little less. The movers were kind and doing their job but there was also no wrapping of any items of additional care added to any of my things; no cover on my tv, white bed frame, sand color couch...just tossed onto the dirty wooden moving dolly. There was no adjustment to pricing, I still had to pay the $477 for 3 hrs. The situation was terrible and I felt even worse that the company and customer service was not even slightly accommodating considering it was 45min-1hr of work. I would've been more than okay to pay the entire $477 with no complaints if they had arrived at the time they had stated initially and helped for more than 45-1hr. Also customer service was hard to reach as I kept calling as time passed the expected arrival time to ask for arrival updates. read more

He'll call nonstop until you pay a deposit, which is processed by an entirely different company -- Bravo Moving -- using an address tied to an apartment complex (275 W Lexington Dr, Glendale, CA). Total red flag. Never confirmed an appointment time for arrival. After payment, they ghost you. Calls go unanswered, voicemails ignored. You'll get a fake confirmation email from "Ali Kuliev" with a shady contact: no-reply@mymovingestimate.co -- which isn't real. Another number tied to this scam is +1 (951) 268-4129, under "2man moving services" and their "office" address, 1372 E 5th St space 104, Ontario, CA 91764 listed on Google is for a CubeSmart Storage space. Update: I spoke with the owner of the company and apparently Errol no longer works for this company but has been representing himself as such. Buyer beware - do not reach out to Errol directly. I scheduled a move two weeks in advance and today is when the move was supposed to occur. The arrival window was 7-9am and it's now 10am and the movers still haven't arrived. I've sent numerous texts and voicemails yet have not received any responses. This is my second time working with this company and while there were some small scheduling issues the first time around, nothing like this. I am floored that a company would no call/no show for a repeat client who is paying for professional services. For me, the complete lack of communication is the worst part of this. read more

The careless moving crew put multiple holes in my walls at my old house, "packed" by throwing everything they could haphazardly into a box including loose kitchen knives, and a full cat litter trash bin upside down in a box of my kid's toys. Worst of all they dropped my son's dresser on the stairs, damaging the stairs and utterly destroying the $300 dresser. Run away!!! They canceled and no showed on my Saturday date with Greg confirming 3 times the days prior. Then they rescheduled me for Sunday because the other job for Saturday turned into a tougher than expected job. This was a huge problem because moving day was Saturday with added family/ friend help. I told Greg exactly this and that they better make it up with more guys or major discount on the added charge for time. He assured "they would take care of it". On Sunday, TWO guys showed up and instantly lost morale and said "looks like another hard job today". These two hard workers were the same ones on the job Saturday. So it was a very long and physically demanding day for all three of us. The three of us got it done, with a lot of damaged/destroyed items. Some I knew about and the rest were found upon unpacking and closer inspection. ‍They ended up charging me full price of over 1K, with no discount and an assurance that the owner will call me when he lands at his destination. I still tipped the guys $50 each, not knowing I had more damaged/broken items. ‍‍ Nope, never happened and it's been a month. Maybe Greg is the salesman who you arrange everything with. Nice guy and he tried to resolve it himself but his promise of "Ari, the owner would make it up to me" never happened. Diana is the lady in the office that charges you without any verification or confirmation. And you'll never hear from physically. And of course, Ari is the owner/contractor, who you'll also never hear from. FYI They subcontract/outsource to other moving companies. They do not show up in "2Man Moving" advertised trucks, but other company name trucks. So end of it, I was the 3rd laborer on my 2 moving day straight when I hired movers, and still had to pay premium over $1000. Yeah, not cool. read more

The company was able to take us as a last minute move when the previous company we attempted to use canceled our 9 am start at 11 pm the night before. Two man moving services were on time, professional and polite. They wrapped our furniture and packed us in about an hour. They unloaded us almost as quickly with nothing damaged or broken. I ran out to buy a new one only to be told delivery was nearly a week out due to limited staffing. Well dumb heads, If your muscle-bound bro with the big ass truck ain't around, you gotta call the pros! I called a bunch of moving companies in Redlands for a same-day move of one 250 lb. stove. "Not today. No can do," they said, snickering up their sleeves. Enter 2-Man Moving! Prompt, professional phone response. They let me know by text when they were on their way (as promised) to the pickup and to the delivery point. They were fast, friendly and asked the right questions. These guys are professionals. They are on time, they gave you heads up about 30 min, they charge you for the time taken to move your things. Come in, show them what you need move, they will knock it out as quickly and as safely as possible. Get it in the truck, move to the location quicker than me. Unload in a heartbeat to the place you want your boxes to go, kitchen, upstairs, living room, garage. Boom, they are done and charge you for the time being without any break or taking their time. 3 or 4 hrs is 7 to 8 hours if you were doing it with day help. Thank you so much for all your help. Super professional and extra careful! Safe with COVID! We called last minute and moved from a 2 story home to two separate 1 bedroom apartments. One was on the third floor and they never complained, got lazy, or damaged anything. They hustled back and forth up 4 flights of stairs without any break. They were amazing! They covered our furniture with plastic wrapping and made sure any glass or fragile furniture was protected. All our boxes were treated like they had glass in them.
