We used OC mini movers (same company) for a HUGE move from South Orange County to Murrieta. We had the best experience ever! Tim was so calm and so reassuring that they could handle our move with no problem! We were very nervous, as we have never used a moving company before. But...they showed up with 2 26' foot trucks and 4 guys, before 8 am and worked their tails off until 9 pm! The customer service and their professionalism was off the charts!!!!! The movers didn't know how to get couches out the door. I kept telling them how to do it. Lean the couches at an angle. They wanted to disassemble my sliding glass door. They wasted 30 minutes and charged me for the time. They finally listened to me and took the couches out at an angle. No apologies. Tim and his team was such a blessing and help. 5 movers. He took time to think through the space with us, and see what would work best. He said "we're just trying to give moving a better name." He did just that. They brought supplies, trucks, and packed everything our 3500 sqft house. Broke the beds down, took the wallmounts with TVs off. They were quick, efficient and reasonable. This was the second time I used this moving company. I loved that they don't have an hour minimum, quick response time and they are so easy to book at a reasonable price. I just needed my sauna moved from my storage unit to my retail location and both Tony and Robert were on time, professional, friendly, careful and offered to dispose of an empty box (normally movers walk over it or don't notice) also I needed my fridge moved from one room into the kitchen and they were happy to move it. We hired Mini Movers to relocated my mom from Torrance to a senior living facility about 50 miles away. Tim was very responsive in scheduling and estimating the move and was able to accommodate several changes in plan prior to the move. I talked to Tim to schedule my boyfriend's move. He was great, explained the prices very clearly, was patient when I confirmed the move on the Monday before the move and he sent a confirmation to my boyfriend the night prior. The day of the move TM and Luis arrived on site, they were punctual, efficient, careful, professional, and friendly. My boyfriend had nothing but good things to say which is high praise coming from him because he is quite particular about the care of his belongings and how things are done. We both appreciated the fact that there was not an hour minimum requirement, and we highly recommend IE Mini Movers to anyone needing to move. If we have a need for moving services in the future, they will be our first call. Thank you for the great work. I did take one star off due to an issue regarding payment. I specifically asked Tim when I confirmed the move on Monday (move was Thursday) what the preferred method of payment was. He said cash or card. Our issue is this, and others please take note because it is important: to pay with card he REQUIRES you to SEND a PICTURE of your CREDIT/DEBIT card along with your ID. He made no mention of this when I asked about payment. We were not comfortable with this process and he offers no other way to process card payments like many other small business vendors do. My boyfriend was not made aware of this until after everything was done and it was time to settle up. As far as services provided and the top notch work of TM and Luis, 5 star all the way. Payment process, not even remotely close to 5 star. Until they upgrade their payment system you may need to look to alternatives if sending pictures of your personal information is (rightfully) uncomfortable. read more

I would recommend this company! I hired them for a small moving job, one bedroom and a small storage room of boxes and furniture from Upland to Jurupa Valley. They arrived at 9am, wrapped a few pieces of furniture, got everything in the truck quickly, when we arrived at the new location, they set up bed and drove away at 11am. Tim and Tyler were professional and quick, I value both. All fee's were discussed upfront, they were a bit higher than other moving companies but I selected them since they werethe date and time that worked best for me and now I know quicker than other companies I have used in the past. We had to move something from unattended apt to my school. I left instructions and they were able to come in and out and move the fridge and microwave by themselves. They communicated with me by sending me an text 24 hours and throughout the day of the move. They kept in touch with me to let me know they were 20 mins out and 15 mins to the drop off. I had Anthony and Egeman (might be incorrect spelling) this weekend. I had them pick up my 1 bedroom apt in storage and moved it almost 2 hrs south to San Diego. I thought I drove way faster than them (to get it set up) thinking they would be slow but that big truck arrived no more than 15-20 min after me, which leads me to know that they didn't try and waste driving time for extra billing. They were so quick and efficient that I didn't even have time to get them lunch! They had my furniture set up and arranged rather quickly. As a single lady moving on her own, it's really comforting to be around people who are just nice and work efficiently to take care of you. Anthony tried several times the day before to get a hold of me to let me know his ETA, my bad cause I didn't hear it until he left me a text. He then did that again the actual morning of the move which was the original ETA. I appreciate good communication when moving is already stressful enough and so much can go wrong.
