Hey guys, I have a treadmill that I need to move from one room to another on the same floor. I removed the assembly parts so all that's left to move is the foundation of the treadmill about 200 pounds. Same floor. Do you offer the service?

Yes we offer a 1 hr job no problem

Do you guys offer labor helpers for loading the truck ? Two bedrooms. Location is Pomona. Thanks?…

We can definitely take care of the labor for that. What size truck are you loading?

Their pricing and process was straightforward. Our move date was September 13. The communication with Darlene and Rosie leading up to our move was great. I was told I would have a 4 person crew, but I ended up with a 5 person crew with no extra charge. The day of the move, Vince called 30 minutes ahead of the team's arrival and adjusted his arrival time by 15 minutes to accommodate my schedule. Vince and his crew (Emerson, Chance, Mario and D) were excellent. They were professional, on time, courteous and took great care with our furniture and belongings. I really appreciated the special care they gave in helping with small things that could have been big things had they not stepped in to help. Excellent team. Excellent crew! Excellent experience!

Highly recommend and would use them again in the future!…read more I called 10 days before my move and they were able to come on the exact date and time I wanted. Oscar and Nick texted me when they were 30 minutes away, showed up on time, were friendly, worked quick, and were careful with my belongings. I moved out of a 4th floor apartment into a 2nd floor walk up. They were also able to disassemble my wood bedframe and put it back together for me in my new place and also lifted my heavy dresser up the stairs. They also asked where I wanted things put in my new place. Straightforward pricing--worked exactly as they said it would on the phone. Thank you and I recommend using them!!

Third time was NOT a charm. I first used this company January 2020. They were phenomenal back then…read more Fast forward to March 2026 qand they were still great. Until the 3rd move June 2026. I had to move due to issues with repairs never being done and mold because my landlord is a slumlord. (Do NOT rent from C&S Apartments!) Anyway, the movers the 2nd time around were nice, professional and as quick as could be considering they were helping me pack up to move my belongings into a storage unit. They didn't waste time and were kind. BUT they failed to wrap my solid cherry wood bed set in moving blankets which resulted in all my furniture being scratched up and damaged in the 3rd move, where once again they did NOT wrap my items when moving them out of storage, into the van and then into my new apartment. On the 3rd move the Forman was upset that there were 2 flights of stairs to move the dresser up, despite me saying so in the questionnaire when booking. The Forman said to me that they'd have to charge extra for the stairs. Which I said NO to because that should have been done in the estimate. He kept saying the dresser was heavy... well, your company loved it twice already and no one else whined about it. He then told me, " if you give us a bigger tip, we won't have to charge for it." I let him know that they moved the same dresser up the stairs to the last apartment and didn't charge extra. He also dragged out ending the moving time because he wanted more hours. I literally had to bring boxes in to try to counteract his stalling tactic. Unfortunately, it didnt help because he then hid in the truck while the other 2 guys were putting together my bed. My couch cushion was damaged and they broke a dresser drawer. I was told they'd come and fix it, but 3 months later they never did. I had to go buy the wood glue and do it myself. The company doesn't have full insurance, so don't bother if something major) like my solid wood night stand) gets damaged. You will not be compensated for it. I did get some money for the leather couch cover, but not enough to purchase a new one. Find a company that has full insurance and will own up to their mistakes, if made. There are so many scratches and chips on my bed set. Not to mention missing feet caps that were not missing before the 2nd move. This 3rd move left me with damaged furniture and no accountability for fixing it when they said they would. Instead I was told, "it's the end of the month and we have a lot of moves. Your repair is not a priority." So much for being a loyal customer who had used them 3 times. FIND A BETTER COMPANY! THIS ONE IS NO LONGER GOOD!

The process was incredibly easy, especially considering that I am located in Boston, Massachusetts. Using the online portal made the reservation process simple, and the upfront payment system was straightforward and convenient. On the Sunday prior to my move, I received a confirmation call from Steve, who was a wealth of knowledge. He provided helpful information about cross-state moving and answered several other moving-related questions I had. Speaking with him reassured me that he was not only a knowledgeable mover but also someone dedicated to providing excellent customer service. That commitment showed on moving day. My movers arrived 15 minutes early, worked diligently and efficiently for my scheduled 1.15 min move, and were extremely helpful. They even assisted with taking items to the nearby Salvation Army, which Steve had previously provided information about in case I needed to donate anything. Overall, I had a great experience with Dirt Cheap Movers. If you're looking for a dependable, reliable, and honest moving company with reasonable rates, I highly recommend them. They also provide moving services across the U.S., which is an added bonus. This is our third time using them, and once again they did an amazing job We were moving out of a three-story apartment and into a two-story house, all during a heatwave of around 100 degrees. Despite the heat and all the stairs, the team stayed positive the entire time. we had fun with them! They were extremely professional, careful, and hardworking. Not a single thing was scratched or broken. They even offered to take our TV off the wall, which we hadn't planned on doing, and helped us with it. Their prices also fair compared to the great service they offer. Highly recommend them

Think twice before hiring NF Moving! Our experience was incredibly disappointing, and what happened…read moreafter we reported the damage was almost as frustrating as the move itself. We originally chose NF Moving because they had a 5 star rating on Yelp. We then hired NF Moving to professionally load two rental trucks for our move from Yucaipa, CA. to Arizona. We supplied the trucks and plenty of protective materials. NF Moving's own pre-move document specifically stated that its crew would handle "padding and protection of furniture." Unfortunately, that is not what we experienced. When the trucks were opened at our destination, the unloading crew's reaction immediately told us something was wrong. Numerous items had been loaded with little or no protection. Four Electra/Townie bikes that had been kept in immaculate condition were placed directly beside each other, metal on metal, uncovered and with nothing between them and leaning against a ladder. We specifically asked an NF Moving crew member to please cover and strap down the bikes. That was not done. All four arrived scratched, with exposed metal from rubbing against one another. A solid wood desk was left with finished wood exposed against the truck floor and arrived scratched. Its legs were also left unprotected and damaged. Two leather ottomans were not properly wrapped and arrived with scratched metal. Our approximately 3-year-old Pottery Barn sofa was wrapped only in plastic, without moving blankets protecting it from hard surfaces. It arrived with marks transferred onto the fabric. A dresser was wrapped incompletely, leaving a corner exposed that arrived scratched and dented. And those were only the items where we immediately identified damage. We also found cream upholstered headboards, benches, dining chairs, furniture legs and other finished surfaces loaded without adequate protection. Framed pictures and shelves packed in lay-flat boxes had been turned on their sides with a golf bag placed on top. A white bookcase was even used by the crew as a step stool during loading leaving behind a wet shoe print. There was no shortage of truck space. In fact, we had TWO trucks. The condition was concerning enough that we paid the destination crew an additional $470 for two extra hours of labor so they could properly wrap and protect our belongings before placing them into storage. The job that should have been done by NF moving! We documented the condition with photos and videos and promptly submitted a claim. NF Moving denied it. We then submitted a detailed request for reconsideration, pointing out that their own paperwork says their crew handles "padding and protection of furniture," that their contract provides valuation when damage is caused by their staff, and that the contract states NF Moving is responsible for items while in its immediate care. They denied the claim again. Their position is essentially that because the trucks traveled approximately 300 miles after they loaded them, we cannot prove their loading caused the damage. They also emphasized that we supplied the trucks and materials and were present during loading. That response is particularly frustrating. We hired professional movers precisely because we expected them to know how to properly wrap, protect, position and secure household goods. Supplying blankets and a truck does not make the customer the professional mover. Being present also does not mean a homeowner should be expected to supervise every piece of furniture loaded into two trucks or override the professional judgment of a four-person moving crew. Most troubling to us is that NF Moving never meaningfully addressed why so many items were left exposed or inadequately protected despite its own written promise that padding and furniture protection were services its crew would provide. We have now filed a formal complaint with the California Bureau of Household Goods and Services and provided documentation of the move, damage, contracts, correspondence, photos and videos. We understood that moving always carries some risk. We did not expect perfection. What we did expect was professional care, reasonable protection of our belongings, and accountability when something went wrong. Instead, we received damaged possessions, an additional $470 expense to correct the condition of the load, and two complete denials of responsibility. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend NF Moving. If you are thinking about moving into or out of the Inland Empire and you'd like more information about our moving experience, you can DM me and I'd be happy to give you more detail on how bad this experience has been.

Jeremiah's communication heading into the move was excellent and Mike and his team arrived right in the window they said they would. As soon as I gave them the rundown of the place, they wasted ZERO time and got straight to work - all the way until the last item was carried into the new place. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. Not to mention it was also a really hot day and they powered through it without a single complaint. My wife and I have said several times that we don't know how we would've done it without Mission Movers. I know exactly who I'm hiring for any of my future moves. 10/10 experience! PS: don't forget to tip your movers!!! These guys weren't expecting it and they were so grateful - it only made me wish I had more to give.
