Firstly, I'm bad at remembering names. However I reached out for a quote and I got a response quickly. Communication was prompt and on point and more importantly the pricing was transparent. Our movers were excellent! They arrived on the dot and we did a quick walkthrough of the house and items. They were friendly, respectful, and efficient. They communicated really well. There was no damage to any belongings or to the property. You could tell they are experienced with how well everything was packed and how they loaded the truck. I was a little worried about the size of the truck in our neighborhood with tighter streets but there wasn't a single issue and they easily backed the truck into the long narrow driveway. The movers themselves were very friendly and I have no complaints there. However, they told me that they treat every customer's items as if they "were my own" and was offered a variety of insurance options. I chose the lowest option, which was free. After the move, I noticed that there were several damages to furniture to the extent that they needed to be replaced. I contacted Most Valuable Moving via email and after some back and forth, the company acknowledged fault and I was told that they would pay for the damages within 60 days. That was over 4 months ago. I emailed the company 4 separate times for a payment status update but none of my emails were answered. My next step is court action. I am attaching one photo and one video just for reference. I hired a different mover and they took their time to milk the clock but these guys don't do that they get there and immediately get to work. They are so efficient, professional, and polite. 2/14/26 They were advised to leave the small stuff and they decided to leave everything that wasn't large furniture. They left a heavy cat tree, appliances like microwaves, they left one nightstand and took the other. In addition, they were very slow to milk the clock. Unproductive and unprofessional. I would have been better off just getting a truck and moving with my son. Imagine hiring movers and still needing a truck afterwards. The price tag for their lack of effort was 562.24. Had the best experience with this company. It was my first time hiring movers. They arrived about 20 minutes early. I really wasn't too prepared due to a leak which made me leave earlier and they helped so much with wrapping and asking what needed to go and what needed to stay. I requested a move for a 2 story, 3 bedroom home . Three young men showed up and did a great job moving everything. They were professional and very careful with our belongings. They disassembled and reassembled items in order to fit everything in the truck neatly. It was a lot of work and a hot day, but they were very hard working, energetic and made sure we were able to move to our new place. Most Valuable Moving 10/10! Moved from one bedroom (house) to a studio apartment. The men were punctual, professional, move with a purpose, wrapped items/ used blankets to protect furniture. Impeccable attention to detail when loading their truck, when handling the items/ boxes, unloading. I love how they handled every box/ item with care; no shortcuts that would jeopardize the integrity of our belongings. Nothing was broken or had missing pieces. Great communication: professional, polite, respectful, and friendly. Communicated the day before scheduled moved, day of when arriving to pick up site. Synchronized communication among themselves when handling my belongings maintaining situational awareness of their environment ( stairs, sharp corners, uneven terrain etc). We could not help but feel that we were getting ripped off "I would recommend 3-4 guys 3 guys - $129.99hr cash 139.99hr card 4 guys - $159.99hr cash 169.99hr card 3 guys 5-6hrs 4 guys 4-5hrs based on pictures disassembly/reassembly of furniture (beds) will be the most timely" I responded and let the merchant know we already disassembled everything ourselves, and that no assembly is required. The merchant replied and lowered the quote by 1 hr. LETS PAUSE and think about this here. So, one hr? One hour to disassemble 3 beds and re assemble all 3? There's more furniture: glass dinette set. I'd love to see this merchant create a youtube video of these 4 items being handled in a 1 hr time frame. This quote just felt .... "OFF" , compared to the others I've received. We couldnt help but feel we were being quoted high, and we took the steps to lower the cost (by doing our own assembly / re assembly) but that had virtually no impact on the price, so we walked away and went with someone else more trustworthy read more

You get what you pay for. The two stars are for them working extra hours and through a sand storm. Otherwise, worst movers I've experienced. They didn't review what I needed to move, like other movers in the past, and therefore didn't send enough staff. One guy was extremely rude and dismissive, while the other was nice but seemed like he has never moved anything in the past and was constantly being coached by the other guy. Things were broken, our bed wasn't re-assembled correctly and has since cracked irreparably. Suggestions: Whomever is quoting these jobs needs to take a clear inventory and send enough staff. It's not the clients job to do so. You are setting your team up for failure, and the customer up for misery. read more
