Perfect moving experience. The crew of 3 under Daniel walked into my living room which was jam packed with boxes and bins and assured me it was not a problem, despite the 106 degree heat today. saving moving company was absolutely the worst decision that I've ever made. They were not at all helpful in what I requested as the customer paying over $2,000.00 without even a receipt.When I explicitly said to the movers "PLEASE LABEL THE BOXES ON THE SIDES SO I CAN SEE WHAT IS INSIDE AS I WOULD BE UNPACKING " They wrote on about 2 box labels on the sides then continued to write on the top of the boxes. When they loaded and unload with the writing on the top of the boxes you cant tell what is what!!!! Who says that a customer has to unpack everything right away and usually most people do it at their leisure. I had a box that they packed bananas in their move and that was from my kitchen table. In my new place I had an infestation of knats everywhere never even knew they were inside the boxes that Savings Moving Company did. My house I fumigated 3 times and spent money at Home Depot for insecticides not even knowing that I had rotted fruit inside the boxes. My husband found that box 3 weeks after we went crazy with flying insects and critters everywhere!!! Also I have blood pressure monitors and yet to find them. Also one other major issue was that they used small boxes and that increased the price extremely. I happened to have many non communication with Phillip who said that I needed to include what delicate china from my china cabinet broken And to send pictures which I did in several emails and for 3-4 months now NOTHING!!! Just ignoring me.Their website says that they use the highest quality of packing materials to handle your goods in a quality way, well they used thin brown paper to wrap my china and the most expensive crystal was broken!!! Our Grandfathers Clock was missing the key to wind it and the pendulum's were not ever back in sync to keep the correct time. My desktop computer was put into some random box that was not labeled at all along with Many other boxes that were never labeled at all!!! I hope the owner of Saving Moving Company contacts me so at least all of my MANY STRESSFUL ISSUES CAN BE RESOLVED!!! I cannot say enough good things about my 2 movers Anthony and Daniel they were on time , courteous, and extremely carful with all of my belongings. They were so professional, had plenty of tools to move things like a fridge out of smaller door and they moved us fast, we seriously didn't have to lift a finger. We had THE WORST experience. After paying over $900 + tip I found out the night of the move that some of my belongings were missing (a black canvas bag with my PS5 console, controller, etc.) There are only 2 possibilities - it was either stolen by one of the 3 movers or it was stolen on their watch. They also didn't ask my girlfriend or I to check the back of the truck before leaving which they are required to do. Despite all of this, the staff has taken ZERO accountability and denies all responsibility. I filed a police report and allowed Saving Moving to do their "internal investigation." After multiple texts and calls for an update they never replied until a month later, saying they are unwilling to do anything to help. Not even file an insurance claim on their end. It's disgraceful and their manager's insensitivity to the situation has been beyond frustrating. As I told them throughout this whole process, this is not about the money ($650 value), it's the principal that my belongings were lost or stolen ON THEIR WATCH. But they don't give a shit about their customers as long they get paid. So do yourself a huge favor and take your business elsewhere. read more

Negligence, Damage, and Zero Integrity We hired Saving Moving Co. for a two-day move. On the second day, our housekeeper witnessed an active water leak from the washer hookup and told the movers. Instead of alerting us, they told her we already knew, which was not true. That leak flooded through the ceiling below and caused $2,000 in damage. We handled the repairs ourselves, thinking it was just bad plumbing, until we found out the movers had been told and ignored it. When we brought it to their attention with receipts and photos, they denied everything, changed their story multiple times, and offered a $150 "gesture" to make it go away. They have shown no accountability, no ownership, and no professionalism. A formal complaint has been filed with the California Bureau of Household Goods and Services. Avoid this company at all costs. read more

The entire move went well. I didn't have a ton of money for a local move however Saving Moving was very reasonable. They arrived on time and were very professional and friendly . Packed my many boxes and furniture (2 bedroom apartment) on their truck pretty quickly and delivered to new house placing everything in the rooms I requested. All this was done in just under 4 hours. I would definitely recommend them for your move and I would certainly call them if I was in need of moving again. read more

I had to hire movers at the last minute. Saving Moving was able to accommodate that. The two movers who showed up, Gilbert and Sherif, were awesome!! They were professional, friendly, and obviously knew what they were doing. They were very careful in wrapping and moving my furniture, and that made the process so positive. I don't like leaving unsavory reviews, but unfortunately, I feel like I have to in order to save someone else the trouble. I work in fashion, and I hired this company to transport inventory from our warehouse to an event space for a pop-up we were hosting. The delivery guys were nice and helpful, but unfortunately, they left two boxes full of product on their truck and didn't notify me until days later, after the event had ended. When I asked them to deliver the boxes to my office, they tried to charge me again (!) and then rescheduled the delivery twice (only after they didn't show up at the agreed-upon time). On the third attempt to deliver the boxes back to us, I had an emergency which caused me to leave the office and immediately let them know. I politely asked to deliver the next day, and then... nothing. I followed up twice after that, but no response. Two weeks later, I discovered the boxes were never delivered. After pressing them again, I was told the boxes were lost. I followed up 8+ times after that until my calls and texts started going unanswered. I even found another phone number online, only to be told the manager wasn't available. It's important to note, they have not been very nice or apologetic. Instead they have been quite rude, this alone would put me off from booking with them again. They finally delivered the boxes yesterday after many attempts to get ahold of them and get answers. The delivery guy dropped the boxes off in front of my office and walked away. We went out to get them only to discover they dropped off two random boxes filled with trash and miscellaneous tools, paper, etc. Not our inventory. It's been a complete disaster, and I still don't have my inventory. The manager is completely unprofessional and rude. Do not trust this company with your belongings. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. read more

My friend originally hired another moving company a few days ago to help him move, but they were a no no call no show! After calling around I spoke with Kristina from Saving Moving and she was able to have movers over within the hour. They got the fridge doors and front door off to get the fridge out, and were very resourceful when filling up the U-Haul. Would recommend! read more

Recently I booked a move from Fontana to Redlands & i am so happy I chose this company! Efficient, affordable (I was quoted $200 an hour with a 4 hour minimum from another company), up front & honest about their rates (I paid $125 an hour cash + drive & they brought their own 26' box truck) from the time I connected with the company to book service to when Miguel was discussing schematics & giving me the total everything was transparent & felt fair. Miguel warmly connected with my little ones & engaged them in such a friendly manner. His communication skills are outstanding; he was so kind to my new neighbors & the way he communicated with Shan was truly exemplary. His leadership was admirable & Shan proved to be a quick learner & fast worker. I still can't believe how well they managed to pack everything & how they got it all to fit (only one trip; I was shocked)! They put my items in each of the rooms as instructed & were very careful not to damage walls or items. They're insured, but as diligent & conscious as they were I would've been confident in their ability without insurance. They shrink wrapped & taped my dressers as well as other items to prevent damage. They quickly packed away miscellaneous items in wardrobe boxes (seriously! So quick!) they finished in a timely manner & did such a wonderful job! I really appreciate how easy & stress free this company made my moving experience & am so grateful I found them. These are movers you can trust at a great price, I've used movers three different times, the first two had hidden fees that they don't mention till they get there. Saving moving does not, and they do an amazing job of protecting everything wrapping it all up securing it in the truck and they work fast and hard. Everyone from the office and the movers was very friendly. I could not be happier with my experience, they also came prepared with everything you need to move including boxes. They are also completely honest about drive time down to the minute.
