They scheduled an appointment, called to tell me they would be late, no problem. Then after the appointment window, they called to say that they couldn't make it, asked me to take photos of the junk. I sent them, then crickets. Called corporate, they are just as bad. Left messages, nothing returned. Got a reputable company to pick up the junk and they were fast and fair. 1-800-got-junk should be called 800-we don't have a clue how to run a franchise. read more

Deserves 5 stars, amazing guys and very friendly. The service is very quick, reasonable/affordable price. I need to get rid of jacuzzi, scheduled the next day, they showed up on time and quickly removed it and cleaned up the messed on my pouch. read more

1-800-GOT-JUNK? Riverside - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me - Riverside, California

See all

Used 1-800-Got-Junk Riverside for the first time yesterday and couldn't be happier with the service. I needed to haul away an old, broken desk and decided to schedule an appointment after hearing so many positive reviews. Jacob and John were both incredibly professional, friendly, and had everything taken care of within minutes. I'm really impressed with the entire experience and will definitely be using 1-800-Got-Junk Riverside for future junk removals. Thank you! read more

The ease and timely manner of removing our very heavy items was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!!

I just used this companies services for the 2nd time. I absolutely enjoy using this company to pick up any sort of junk. They came last week to remove a dresser and toy car. The men that came and did this worked so quickly and I have 3 stories in my condo. They were fast, polite, and great workers. The price is very affordable and worth it. You have to remember that you aren't putting your junk out on the curb. They come inside to wherever your junk is and move it themselves. This is such a great company and I look forward to using them in the future! read more

Very fast efficient and professional services. Came prepared with the truck and tools to help remove furniture from the house.

Thank you 1-800-Got-Junk for handling everything left over after our move out! Both of your guys were a huge help and very professional!!

Scheduled me on a Sunday when they don't operate. Waited half a day and called to check, operator told me the movers will call me to let me know their ETA. Then got automatically scheduled to the next day. Very unprofessional. read more

This is my first time using their services and I must say, this is the best service I've gotten in a long time. Everything went seamlessly from start to finish. I didn't have much to haul away, so what I had to have done was probably some of the easiest work the workers had, but Ramon and Matt called when I was told they would to keep me updated on when they were arriving. They arrived when I was stold they would and things were done in a timely manner and Matt and Ramon had pleasant demeaners. The two ladies I talked to when I dialed the general phone number were very nice. I'd want to use their services again if I have the need. read more

I always use 1-800-GOT-JUNK? The guys are always on time. They work fast and great prices. They cleaned out my garage in an hour. I will recommend them to anyone. read more

I cannot begin to give enough praise to Adrian and Sam from Got-Junk. Our bedroom set was extremely heavy and had to be taken down 2 flights of stairs. They were very careful not to even touch a wall or banister. Both were courteous, professional, friendly and skilled. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future. Thanks Adrian and Sam! read more

I had an old treadmill that needed to be removed. It was taking up space in my den and I am so happy it is gone now. Chris and Jared came out this morning. They were professional, kind, helpful and worked with me on adding a sewing cabinet to the removal process. It was easy and quick and I can't believe how much space I have back. Hooray! Thanks guys I am so happy these items are gone from my den.!!!! I would definitely use this service again. read more

Unbeknownst to me, my husband set up an appointment for the company to: come, assess, and quote the job. We were told they'd arrive next day between 10 am and 12 pm to possibly complete the service if we agreed to the price. They never showed up to do the service requested. No call, message, or any form of notification. Reading other reviews from here made me feel as though going with a different service provider was the best choice overall. If you want someone who will lack communication, be ambiguous regarding pricing, or overall not come through--this is your company! If you're like most however, find someone elsewhere who will be prompt and at a much more reasonable price. read more

First time ever using a company like this and was super stressed but, Adrian made the experience so much better!

Dont use this service switch and bait they hope that your to lazy to drag it back in the house, Compared to their truck size I had carboard taken apart boxes and two tv's not more then like a quater of the truck size, they say it was half and close to 500 I was like no thank you then they said what is your budget I said simple 250, your copmetitions is me getting a uhaul van and take it away so that is 100$ plus my labor am willing to spent little more but not 500, then they come back and where like ok 300 and I was like no thank you, you can go now... read more

I think 175$ minimum to take two wooden pallets was very unreasonable. With a hammer I took them apart very quickly and saved a lot. I am happy to pay fair prices but they are less than one mile from me of Hunts Lane and the job would have taken less than five minutes. read more

Amazing! My parents house is overwhelmed with stuff from decades. I called them and they came out the next day. Danny and Andrew were amazing to work with and help with what ever I needed taken out. For the amount of work they had to do and how much they had to lift, I believe that the price was fair. They let me add things throughout the process and once they told me how much it was going to be, I felt no pressure to say yes. read more

Rafael and Jacob were super awesome and fast with the job. I recommend them to anyone.! If anyone needs junk removal service you need to call them up ask for Rafael and Jacob these guys are good at this job. GIVE THEM BOTH BIG TIME RAISES!!!!!!!! read more

Make sure that you get any quotes in writing!! They will bait and switch you if not. We contacted them to have boxes, and some small items removed after our move. We were not home when the representative came out to do the quote, we received a phone call from him stating that he looked over our gate and saw everything and that the cost would be $375.00. He stated that he would wait but if he had to leave, he would text to advise. When we got home about 30 minutes later, there was no one at the house and no text had been received. We then, had to contact the company directly who advised that the previous rep had to leave for another job, but they would send another crew out to complete the job. The new crew arrived and then stated that the previous rep stated that he never looked over the fence, which is the opposite of what he stated to us, and that our cardboard boxes would fill up the truck, which is why the pricing increased almost double of what was previously quoted. The new pricing is now $700.00, which is utterly ridiculous to remove some cardboard boxes, that have been broken down for the most part. This is a complete bait and switch tactic, that they played until it was too late to contact anyone else, so we had no choice but to be screwed. I will NEVER utilize this company ever again due to these practices and the dishonesty of their employees. Be very aware if you decide to use these charlatans. read more

Timely and fast. Jacob was really helpful and patient throughout the process. would recommend for sure! great customer service.

Under promise, over perform! An old business adage that is rare today. And just as effective as ever. Chris and Rafael delivered it beyond expectations today. I got an estimate back in November and finally was ready for them to "make it disappear..." and they did! Post-construction clean up eg replaced windows, sinks, toilets, dishwasher, counter tops, lumber, etc. Clean, professional and articulate they looked over the current status of the job, set expectations and cost. Really didn't need to contact them during the work but I did because I'm a boomer and that's what I do. They took everything. I will use this service again and if I can guarantee these two guys to do the work, I will, without hesitation, recommend them to friends and family. Spring has sprung and the back yard parties will follow soon. Guys the invite is real. read more

We are very pleased with the service we got yesterday , the young gentleman with long hair, I believe he said his name was Jacob, or Jake (sorry if I got it wrong) but he was so understanding about our load to be hauled away, I was a little embarrassed but he made me feel ok about the pick up and no judgment was made , he even went above and beyond by making sure I was ok with the way he left it . He cleaned up so well you wouldn't have even been able to tell I had junk lol. Service we requested was totally met at an affordable price on on time . I will recommending them to family and friends . No more junk yay read more
