Incredible experience with the guys at IEJunk! During our recent home remodel we needed a wide variety of stuff hauled away. Called them first to haul away old appliances and some demo debris. Very quick with the job, clean cut, respectful, very upfront and wanted to be sure I understood the pricing and how they operate. It only took 20-30 or so minutes and 3 flights of stairs! Very. I have had the exactly the same experiences as Janice K in her previous review of IE Junk. They charged to 'dispose' of items from my household and I found they later sold them as used items of their own at a garage sale. They routinely do this. This is not only unethical but illegal since they are actually operating a business in a residential area without permits. Redlands requires that every garage sale obtains a city permit and limits the number per household to 3 per year. The business creates a blight on residential areas by operating year round unpermitted sales of items obtained under the pretense of disposing them. Besides being illegal this creates a neighborhood blight from increased traffic and unauthorized signage in residential neighborhoods. Please give your business to more ethical companies. read more

I used IE Junk and it started off good they removed the stuff from the area I wanted to remove stuff. The truck filled up pretty fast, and they ordered another truck to come to the house. This time the owners daughter showed up with what I guess was just a friend helping. My wife is disabled and had the girls help her in the patio. They were supposed to remove stuff to their truck but sat an didn't do much. My wife found handguns that belonged to her grandfather, a couple weren't in good shape, and one was missing the cylinder. One of the girls, I don't know which one, removed and kept one of the guns. We reported it to the owner of IE Junk, and he got very defensive. And threatened to pull his service. So we reported the gun missing, to the police, with all the details. The first truck, was the best truck. The unsupervised kids that showed up, not so much. read more

People who work for IEJUNK.com moved into a house in our neighborhood recently. A RESIDENTIAL neighborhood. They posted multiple signs on their property advertising the business, and have piles of garbage all over the front yard. Complaints have been filed with the County, and code enforcement told them to remove the signs and clean up the garbage. The piles return in a couple days.
