I was immediately compensated for the issues I had surfaced and am extremely grateful to the Qshark team for doing so. **ORIGINAL** Unfortunately I cannot say I would recommend Qshark. We hired them for a cross country move and were very hopeful for a smooth process given the total cost we were quoted. Prior to the move, I will say the customer service was great. Any question we had was answered promptly and clearly over email, which was very helpful when preparing for the move. On the day of pick up, the movers were punctual, organized, kind and respectful. I have no complaints for the first half of the move. The delivery is where things started to go south. Our movers assured us they would arrive by July 1, however the night before I received a text from Frank that the movers were very delayed and were likely going to miss the delivery date. He let me know the battery had died in the moving truck and therefore they were unable to make the agreed upon delivery date. This was a problem as we had no accommodations for that night, assuming we would've been able to stay in our new home. Frank offered to cover the cost of any hotel expenses we incurred, which was the right thing to do given the circumstances. However, I did have to follow up with him once or twice to complete the reimbursement, which again isn't the type of service I would expect given the premium cost we paid and unique circumstances. When the movers arrived the next day, things looked positive as they were unloading all the furniture. However once they left we realized several items were either missing or damaged. Our bed frame, bar cabinet, shoe cabinet and futon all had either pieces missing or parts that had been dinged. On top of all of that, our TV screen had been damaged in the move. I have since been asking for claim details to get reimbursed for the TV repairs, and have followed up daily with no progress or confirmation that we will be compensated for the damages. Overall while the movers themselves were wonderful, the service of Qshark fell far below expectation and I would not book with them again.

Not sure what company you all hired but my experience with this company was and is a total disaster. I contacted and HIRED this company to do what they do and should be very good at, moving and storing my household goods. I was quoted a price of $7500-$8000. It did state Non-Binding which I know means that isn't a guarantee of my final costs but should be reasonably accurate per The U S Dept of Trans Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration handbook. I would advise anyone to NEVER hire a company with a Non-Binding contract as they can and will increase the final charges. What you are quoted and charged will always be in their favor. My final bill for my move was $11,000!!! In NO WAY would I have ever used this company had I received an initial quote of $11,000 and I'm sure this company knows that. All Greg and his Claims Dept wanted to talk to me about was that they are an hourly rate company and the quote was not to be taken as the charges. But I continued to ask why give me a quote if it isn't even in the same zip code as the final charges. They damaged my Headboard for my bed and I was forced to sleep on the floor for nearly a month while I waited for their company to repair it. I am a disabled Veteran with back problems and at no time did this moving company every attempt to compensate or offer an apology for my predicament, they only made excuses for what happened thereby insinuating that this happens in the moving business and I should just accept it. After constant complaining I was block by their company from calling anyone which I'm still blocked, but I'm sure if I owed them money all lines of communication would be open. When after I started complaining about my final bill which I thought was astronomical compared to what I expected, they tried to pull a switch a roo and displayed that my quoted price for my move was $10,000-$15,000!!!! I had never seen this quote before an certainly would have never accepted this quote for moving. Then the "Claims Dept" began rambling on and on about hourly rates and blah blah blah. At this point I requested a sit down with their company to discuss my charges and help me understand why my charges were so high and why did I receive a much higher quote after the fact. Still waiting on a sit down meeting as there has never been a response to my request. They offered me a measly $152 for all my damages which included my 65 inch TV which they destroyed along with other items too long to list which was a complete insult especially after I just paid this company $11,000 to professionally and carefully move and store my goods. Do yourselves a favor and NEVER hire a moving company that operates on an HOURLY Rate with a NON-BINDING quote. They can't guarantee your final price but you are GUARANTEED to be charged a higher rate and significantly lighter in the wallet after dealing with this crew. Extremely disappointed in the services I paid for and received! I am still requesting and waiting on a response for my sit down meeting with Greg to discuss my quote and charges. WHY is Yelp trying to cover their bad behavior?? let's not be surprised we are not the first to accuse this company of FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and over charging as you can read on some Yelp reviews and BBB their grade is now a A- but yet on Big Deahls moving website they are still claiming to have an A+. their employee brought their dog to my home playing outside UNDER HOURLY RATE. the owner blocked us claimed to blocked me because he didn't like being called out on how unprofessional he is and beMing told his business is only floating due to scamming customers. but he also blocked the person that paid him! you like to slander women. as I read in a Yelp review speaking bad about a realtor female that hired you to another customer. You then email James telling him I TOLD YOU he had to remove me from the house because of bad behavior what woman in their right mind would tell a COMPLETE STRANGER THAT !!!???? you sound childish and immature! YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD YOU and I'll tell you again! be thankful that I wasn't there when your careless movers were loading the truck because I would have made sure they did their job by wrapping my new sofa correctly!! you changed the quote AFTER the move! Wow. If you're looking for hard-working and professional movers, stop searching now. Big Deahl's Movers IS. WHO. YOU. WANT. Due to our unfortunate luck, we have moved four (yes, 4) times in the last four months (and yes, during the pandemic). For each move, we hired movers. Overall, those moves went well, but there was always room for improvement. Our experience with Big Deahl's, from the "Get Your Quote" here inquiry on their website was on point. I don't usually like to fill out those web forms, but we were in a bind, and figured it didn't hurt to try it out. Literally within a minute of completing the form and closing the BD website, I received a phone call. Wow. Who does that!?!?! BIG DEAHL'S DOES, THAT'S WHO!!!! (Can I get a "hellz yeah!!!") On too of that, it was already towards the end on the month, and they were able to accommodate our move. ***happy dance*** We were moving from a 1-bedroom apartment with a detached garage that only had stairs to a 2-bedroom 2-story townhouse. The 3-person crew arrived just before 9am. After we all did the walk-through, the crew asked great clarification questions, and then they started working. Within an hour, they literally loaded up a majority of our stuff that took another company 3 hours to do. Ahhhhhmazing. Amazing. The crew definitely had great team work and communication. It was positive vibes all day and we never heard any complaints about stairs or anything. The crew was also quick, efficient, and really careful of our belongings. From the time I spoke with Kiera regarding the details of our move, working with the crew on our move, to closing out our move payment with the owner, Greg, everything went so well. Viewers may see that I rated these folks before. Last year, Greg and team moved two long, heavy machines--a printing press and a labeling machine, up a small outside staircase to our 2nd floor office. Everything came out without a hitch. Our business grew, and we leased an office in the same complex but on the first level. So I called Alex at Big Deahl's and worked out a moving day. This time, I was going to have them move those very machines BACK DOWN the stairs and into our new office. In addition, I asked for them to move all our other office furniture, boxes and equipment. Just last Friday, Greg and team arrived EXACTLY on time, and immediately started to move things. I had the big machines "shrink wrapped", and they were ready to roll. They were extremely careful moving them. I didn't even have to tell them that at the edges of each machine were plastic roller plates that, while slightly padded in the wrap, were rather fragile. Greg took notice of that before I could open my yap and advised his team to watch for those. It's that attention to detail that is so appreciated. You would enjoy watching this team work--they have specific terminology and processes to move things, are careful about team members avoiding injury, and injury to your items as well. The price came in under estimate and within my budget. Not one thing broke, was misplaced or mishandled. They even boxed up a bunch of loose stuff that we had run out of time to do--and they certainly went that extra mile. Totally, again, recommend this company. read more

Outstanding experience! Kiera was wonderful in scheduling our move and eliciting info for an inventory, especially during pandemic times. She checked with us biweekly by text as our moved approached. The moving crew was fantastic. They were professional, prompt (arrived on time), and courteous throughout the move. Bobby was an experienced leader with over 20 years in the industry. He carefully and meticulously reassembled our sleep number bed. Justin and Robert(?) were Herculean. Their strength was incredible as they moved heavy furniture (i.e., dresser, armoire, office desk, etc.) with dexterity while managing stairs and tight corners. All five crew members worked diligently on a warm day, arrived at our new home in a timely manner, and finished the move 2 hours ahead of schedule. Amazing! Bottomline: The final cost for our move was $300 below the original estimated range. The management cares about their movers and sent an additional mover (5 total) to make the move more efficient and less burdensome without additional charge. I am always very skeptical of using moving companies because I have had my fair share of experiences between military moves and personal moves. This was literally the best move I have ever experienced. I was pleasantly surprised. The guys showed up early. They arrived to the back side of the office at first but I directed them to the front. From there, the politely introduced themselves and got right to work. I had a team of 4 guys: Pat, Simon, Eric, and Andy and they were a great team. They did not delay at any point of the move and finished everything in the time allotted. I think it was actually earlier than the allotted time. I have already referred them business and told my referral to ask for this specific team. I am extremely happy with the service from booking to the actual move, even the follow up call. There aren't words to express how much of a burden Big Deahl's lifted off my shoulders. This is the second time I've book Big Deahl's for a move and they have never let me down. I needed to pack and move my entire apartment with 24 hours and the three men got the job done so efficiently and quickly. They got my items moved into my storage unit and everything fit perfectly. The team was respectful and extremely hardworking. Shout out to Simon, the team lead, for his respectful professionalism! Even when I asked the team to remove things from the truck because I wanted to go through the boxes myself and when I asked them to wrap certain things up after it was packed away, they responded kindly and without any type of attitude. First of all Greg's team helped a mutual customer going into Rancho Cucamonga area from Las Vegas. I had nothing but positive feedback as the family had a bad experience before, but because we did a good job, it is easier to take a suggestion of someone else. I own my own moving company, and this is about me just as it is about Big Deahl's Movers, because our reputations are at stake when we refer our to one another. Very reliable, professional, and ON TIME! You receive a text when they leave so you know exactly what time they will arrive! Absolutely phenomenal experience!! Moved from a third floor apartment into a house and the crew that executed the move was so incredible! I spent weeks researching companies before landing on Big Deahl's and I'm glad I did. Their prices were very reasonable and highly competitive. Their communication was absolutely top notch through the entire process (booking, execution, follow up). These guys were really nice, they gave me an extra guy for the day. Very cordial, they were careful with all the furniture, and they worked hard. Just assume that it's going to take longer than the three hour minimum. Took us almost 6 hours. And I had a three bedroom townhouse. Also there's an extra charge for drive time, be aware of that. Overall, I would definitely hire them again. I had no problems, they were good communicators, very receptive, great attitude from the guys and from the manager. Our visit today with Rob and Cameron was amazing. They were very polite and took everything I needed to take I made sure there wasn't anything extra they could get while they were there. I would highly recommend this moving Company. I have never had to move in the last 45 years and because they were getting paid by the hour I thought they would just take their time to try to rack up more money but they didn't, they were very quick in and out. Big Deahls moved my furniture from a storage unit to my new apartment in February 2016. They arrived on time. Two men moved my furniture quickly but with a great deal of care. Everything was thoughtfully packed in the moving truck. They arrived at the apartment on time and moved the furniture inside quickly with the same amount of care as they had while packing my things inside the truck. I am very satisfied with my Big Deahl's Movers experience. It was easy to book, they responded right away after I requested a quote. They checked in with me before moving day. On moving day they texted with an eta and showed up on time. Allan and Andy were very friendly and efficient. I needed a large safe moved for my mother. They gave me a preliminary quote based on the safe specs and requested a photo of the safe. After they received the photo, they revised their quote, LOWERING the price. The movers provided their arrival time via text messages. They introduced themselves upon arrival and were extremely polite and professional. They quickly and safely moved my safe. I would definitely use their services in the future. read more

Just recently moved from Victorville, Ca to the City of Los Angeles. I was referred to Big Deahl's movers by word of mouth. I must say that I was amazed at how they were able to fit my belongings (3 bedroom apartment) all at once in just one move their time management and customer service is top notch.
