Great job I needed to move out of storage so I hired them to do the heavy lifting and they did just that. I didn't like that at one point the owner was suggesting they we were going over the 3hr prepaid minimum and the truck was almost empty when he was requesting more payment. Workers are nice guys, everyone could have moved faster. But the owner, was very unprofessional. I made to feel as if I were a theft, ans a shiesster. Instead of letting his Workers complete their work and letting me know the final cost, I was harassed every 20 to 30 minutes about another payment, above his original estimate. I asked that he please stop interrupting me and his Workers, so my project could be completed. And I will happily pay. But jot in this case, I had to advance pay for every project 30 minutes. I am starting a major renovation, and they way I was treated was very insulting. No mind you I paid for a previous day where his crew prewrapped everything. I was told that this should make it easy to get everything done within the estimated 3 hours. I had to pay for an additional hour and a half over his estimate, even after they had already been to my home and confirmed that they could complete everything within the time allotted. Do not recommend, unless you feel like being nice and died. So upset, I refuse to give a tip. The Boss blew that for the Workers. Advice to the owner, treat your customers better. If you had bad past experiences, you should not take it out on new customers. I certainly was not the one who did not pay you. I and my wife are working professionals. I was interrupted so much with text messages from the owner, "Please let me know when you send the payment thank you". I had to finally send a text saying" Let these guys do their job. I can afford to pay. So please cut this bs out." I finally stopped the Workers and sent them on their way. I will finish the rest myself. Paid, but work not completed. He even after I paid fully for everything, had the gall to call me, and trying to refund a half hour. I do not want a refund, he needs to listen to his Workers, and not harassed customers. We hired Antonio to move our furniture from a 2 bedroom apartment to a house. We moved a few times in the past and I know how professional moving companies handle things and this company definitely is unreliable and unprofessional. Antonio sent a couple of guys with a U-Haul truck (not his company truck). The guys didn't know what they are doing, didn't have any moving supplies. I complained, tried calling Antonia and after several attempts, he picked up. I explained the situation and demanded they they have to provide moving supplies to avoid damaging my furniture. The 2 guys left and came back after 40 minutes with a few blankets that are too small for any furniture and not even enough to protect everything we have. After shrink wrapping a couple of chairs, they started running out of supplies, at which point I asked them how about the rest of the furniture, and they said we don't know. I tried calling Antonio again but then his guys told me he asked them to leave. They left and I panicked as I was relying on Antonio to handle his work professionally but he didn't!!! Luckily, I found another company that agreed to come and move my stuff the next day, which was our last day at the apartment. I would definitely avoid this company. read more
