I have used them twice. First time to move our 5 bedroom house about 60 miles away. That was 8 months ago. This time was moving our storage 10x20 the same distance to a new storage. Had a move with Diego and Nick. I mainly wanted them for large items we couldn't move ourselves. I wanted to keep it right at the minimum of 3 hours to save a bit of cost. They moved quick and carefully. Dissemble and reassembled the bed frame. Moved heavy items up a flight of stairs. They were very strong and had a great attitude day after the holiday. Followed directions and we had no hiccups. Prices were great, no other hidden fees. Just a $60 moving fee and then you pay by the hour. Get a $10 discount an hour for paying cash. Alex, Christian, Daniel did an amazing job fitting a large apartment on second floor with stairs into the truck to the edge. Easy going and reliable team. I paid around $1200 to move to a nearby city, gathering things at the old place, taking down large furniture to bring down the stairs, then moving into new house and putting it all together. I didn't feel rushed when trying to decide placement either. Even though it's a lot more than I was hoping to spend on moving services, it did take a while to get everything packed in. Used QShark twice now and have had great experiences with them both times. We did, unfortunately, have a few items that were damaged during the move, but their team was quick to resolve, accommodating, and honest in their work to reimburse and resolve the issue with a few pieces of damaged furniture. The reality is that things like this happen, no matter how careful movers are--and their movers really were quite careful, but sometimes, especially with longer moves, stuff can get damaged. My experience with QShark began with Jennifer who took care of all the logistics meaning I was worry free. They figured out with two storage units in different cities to start at the farthest and continue to the closest one to the house. I didn't have to think of any of the details. The crew communicated half an hour before they arrived did a fantastic job packing all of my antiques and fragile glass into their truck from my storage units and into my house. They were respectful with my things and everything arrived safely. I had a small hiccup, but they were able to figure it out. They showed up on time. We were mostly packed but a lot of loose items & furniture. Joshua led the team of 2 & moved like lightening but respecting our wishes as to some special requests we had an intermediate drop-off prior to the ultimate destination & that was handled well. Moving in was very efficient to a newer apt building 60 miles from the load up. Move in to a 2nd floor apt with elevator was fast and efficient. Since they are paid by the hour, they still moved with great efficiency. Total cost was below what we expected with a very efficient move. I'm retired military and have been through at least 20 moves, half by the Military, 5 private moves plus 1 cross-country self move (2 trips U-Haul) from Atlanta to LA. George and Kevin really did an amazing job with our move. Our space was difficult, but they knocked it out of the park. George and Kevin moved an entire 1 bedroom apartment from the 3rd floor with no elevator to our new apartment on the 2nd floor, again with no elevator!! They also were able to pack a majority of our belongings too. George and Kevin also professionally shrink wrapped with moving blankets all of our electronics and large furniture and kept everything safe during the move. I used their moving service in early 2020. They sent two guys including one guy walked slowly with problem with one of his legs, and another guy just came to the US from Russia in few days. Before they started working, the first guy requested me to pay him tips in cash which was 20% of my moving cost. I had to agree with him because I had no choice. On that day they move slowly because the first guy liked to talk and the second guy had no moving experience. One of the movers seemed to be possibly autistic and he worked so hard and the guys were so super kind to him. They were on time and not a thing was broken or damaged. They take boxes on Dollie's, so some of the boxes for certain rooms landed in the wrong location. I'd say make sure you group your boxes so that is less of a problem. This is an update to a past review. I highlighted the amazing customer service offered by Qshark. Well that really proves to be true 1000%. I leave reviews because I depend on honest reviews to hire honest people to do honest work so I knkw others do as well. The Qshark boss had Jenn reach out to me because they were really concerned about my experience with their company so we discussed some of the shortcomings and ways to improve. I decided to use their service again and this time they really held up to high standard. The movers showed up on time. They were respectful of my stuff and offered good advice. They were both really mannereable and down to earth, soon found out one dude was from near my home town in Chicago were there are a lot of good hard working folk. I treated them with ice coffee and sausage and egg muffins because it was 90 in the shade. Overall this experience was much better. The 2 guys respected eachother and work well together. Update 11/20/21 My 3rd review of this move The container arrived at its final destination. Very disappointed as several pieces were damaged. Bookcases and other wood furniture is scratched, dinged, or missing chunks in the oddest places. Fragile boxes crushed; good thing I packed those with excessive newsprint and bubble wrap. The biggest issue, the frame of my 1 year old La-Z-Boy sofa sleeper is broke! Like really, how the heck did that happen? All damage happened on the California side. I took pictures as each layer was revealed. I will say if the second team had packed the container in the first place, there would have been little to no damage. The customer service at Qshark is awesome, but some of its employees who perform the actual work leave much to be desired. I stress if you don't like the crew they send, call immediately. Get them to reschedule with a different crew. It's your money and your possessions. The company needs to better screen its employees. Their behavior reflects on the company. read more

Gio and his crew, Phil and Victor, busted their behinds for us. As soon as they showed up they got to work. Each of them took great care and concern for our items as well as being mindful not to bang or ding up walls while removing and installing our furniture. These guys got our 4 bedrooms and a packed garage loaded and delivered in one trip. Multiple bunk beds, exercise equipment (weights, bench, squat rack, peloton, heavy bag, ping pong table). Seriously so much stuff. It was easy to see their experience in packing and loading by how efficiently they executed the task. The scheduled time for arrival was between 8-10am. They showed up a couple minutes before 10am, I would have preferred 9am, but that's just me. All in all, we're very happy with the end result. Would recommend and/or use again.
