This business has top notch customer service. I have multiple experiences working with them as a Uhaul rental location. For the initial contact - I had rented a one way Uhaul from south county to Anaheim Hills. I have never returned after hours before, let alone to a location I had never been to. The day of the return, Jon (the owner) sent me a text message with detailed instructions and photos, as well as a direct contact number if I had questions or concerns. Really proactive and helpful. I have proceeded to rent Uhauls from this location multiple times after and have always appreciated how reasonable and practical Jon's approach to business is. He's exceptionally helpful, often going beyond my expectations to make things easier. When I had questions about picking up prior to opening hours - he sent me helpful links to videos on how to use the app for pickup, and patiently answered all of my questions. It's difficult to find businesses who are willing to take the time to go above and beyond the minimum. This is one business that does that, and I will happily continue to rent from this location, as well as refer this location to any locals who need to rent a truck. read more

Beware of this place! I dropped my package off only for it to never be seen again. Called and spoke to Christina who said maybe it got lost at post office (she is also the person I dropped it off with) or maybe the mail carrier that picked it up just forgot to scan it. They didn't have any UPS Airbills. Said they won't accept them, all shipping costs have to be paid in advance. When I asked where I might find shipping stores with airbills, since my box was already sealed and ready to go, the person who I was speaking with said she didn't know and hung up the phone. read more
