Called to get information and was met with an extremely rude woman that was very unprofessional and rude. I cannot imagine the type of service you would receive in person. I was going to submit my live scan form via email (as requested) and she insisted I arrive onsite and refused to provide an email. I mentioned I would like to send my form from home as it is on my desktop, she then yelled aggressively trying to figure out why it's not on my phone. She then provided to quickly and annoyingly give an email and hung up. Needed fingerprinting for work and I came across this place through Yelp search. They do appointments but also take walk-ins. It' the Farmer Insurance office within a small Plaza. The office is small but clean. Receptionist was friendly. Michael is the only person who handles the fingerprinting so there might be a bit of wait. Be specific on the type of fingerprinting needed. I didn't wait that long, probably about 10-12mins but the whole fingerprinting process took about 10 mins. Michael was very meticulous during the process to make sure everything is accurate...very professional and quick. He also explain the mailing process thoroughly. This one is by far the cheapest $17 I had to pay for the fees compared to other places trying to charge me $40+ the service was super fast too. I did a walk-in and was served under 10 minutes. Place said it opens at 930. I showed up at 930. No one there. I called Michael, he says he'll be there at 945. No biggie, I come back close to 950. He still isn't ready. After we did the live scan, he had the paperwork in front of me on the desk that I needed to take a picture of to upload. I asked him if this was ready while reaching for it. He acted as if I was rifling through his desk. "Don't touch it!" Okay, so the paperwork isn't ready...but it was, he didn't do anything else to it after that. He then made a remark about how I'm in such a hurry. (Yes Michael, because I have to go to work and you didn't show up on time) He then explained the process but afterwards I wanted to clarify something and he took that opportunity to say "You see, you're in such a hurry, you didn't listen to me. Even though my question had nothing to do with what he explained. Michael, you're a smug prick! I don't need life lessons from someone in their 60s that still can't show up to work on time. Regarding Michael's response... Grow up Michael! Stop lying. Take responsibility for your actions. There were others complaining about the same thing. You never mentioned traffic before. You said you had something to take care of. Also, the 1 star reflects your smug prick behavior, not just the fact that you have the time management of a 16 year old! read more
