I needed to get fingerprints on a Friday afternoon closer to 5pm and I began to stress about not getting in on time. Luckily, I found this place close to home. And as I'm walking to the office, they happen to have a small flow of water hitting some rocks and it is just so soothing, and serene. And as I walk in to fingerprinting office, the guys demeanor is just so calm and welcoming that my anxiety/stress disappeared. This guy was so quick and professional. I was in and out in 15! Min. No appointment necessary. read more

I had a wonderful experience here getting my Livescan & Passport picture done. I called before coming and he gave me the total price I would expect to pay, which is we lovely because every where else said they need to see my paperwork before they can quote me. As a new Mom, I just didn't have time to drive everywhere. It's walk in only and there were two people ahead of me and I felt the service was so fast. The person helping me was absolutely so sweet and kind. I highly recommend this place if you need fingerprints or passport pictures. read more

Used post office, took over 2 hours- failed. Used police department - failed Came here, took about 20 minutes, first time go. Proprietor is professional and knows what he is doing. I should have saved money by coming here first. read more

AA live scan has Amazing service and they accept walk in without any issue. The pricing is great.

Best Live Scan experience I've had so far. I've needed to get Live Scan services periodically over the last 10 years, and this was by far the best experience. It's a family-run business operated by a husband-and-wife team, and they were incredibly kind and welcoming. The process was fast and efficient--I was in and out quickly. Their pricing was also much more affordable compared to what I've paid at mail service locations. I highly recommend using their services. read more

Called 8 places in the area and this was one of the 5 places that answered the phone. The person who answered the phone was very polite and did not hesitate to give price. And it was the best pricing available so I came. Upon arriving, I noticed it was a small place owned by a father and son and they were very nice. They were also very courtius and informative. I had an opportunity to talk to Sam about their family and I want to say it is so rare to meet people honest and hard working. I hope you get a chance to come here and meet these wonderful people. Plus their fee was the best in the area. read more

I enjoyed the experience here, and that it was quick and easy to get your fingerprints done. Will come here every time I need my live-scan.

Easy process and good prices compared to other places. Very quick overall and friendly service

The gentleman made the finger scanning very easy and quick. Other places I have gone to made me stay there for longer than 10 mins to get thr printing right. The process was quick, friendly and reliable. Thanks again. read more

Had a great experience here! I called ahead of time to get a quote ($52 for a DOJ only livescan for work). I arrived on a Friday morning around 11am. There was nobody else there. The man at the front was so quick and speedy! He quickly double checked how much it would cost ($52, the same price he quoted on the phone) and then got to work! He took my fingerprints super quickly and then I paid. In total, I truly think I was in there for less than 5 minutes. So fast and easy! Sidenote: You can find AA Live Scan Fingerprints in the building called "The Oaks." There is ample parking and they are suite 138. In the directory, they are named "Fingerprinting". Highly recommend going to this location if you need to get a Livescan done! read more

I had my fingerprints done here for a FBI background check. Shout out to the person in the front counter - he made the experience so delightful. Piece of advice, if you can go on a Saturday, do so - least busy day :) read more

You can just walk in! I'll def be back if I ever need a livescan! read more

Great service and a very quick process. Mostly because l was the only one there. Was in and out less than 5 mins, it felt like. Safe distancing and sanitation procedures were being implemented during the pandemic. Address is not listed and only found it by clicking on the website: 1633 E. 4th Street #138. Directory and business name is "Fingerprinting". Fortunately I have previously visited this building for 5 years so I knew exactly where it was located based on the outside picture of "The Oaks" building. Very patient answering questions I had when I called to inquire as most places are still closed. Walk-ins welcomed. read more

I was moving into a home where childcare was provided. I was in need of getting a Live Scan along with a form that needed to be completed. When I called, Sam was extremely helpful over the phone. He educated me on what I needed, and quoted me a price over the phone. Our phone conversation answered my questions and help me know that this was the place I was heading to. My in person experience was even better then my phone interaction. I was in and out within 30 mins. . It probably would have gone quicker if I had not enjoyed chatting with him so much Thank you Sam for making a task I had to get done, much more pleasant than I had expected! read more

If you need fingerprints taken come here!! I really wish I came to this place first because my fingerprints were rejected 3 times (post office, private place, police department) by the FBI before I came here. I had even gone to the police department and received a letter attesting they took the best possible prints but those prints were still rejected by the FBI. Sam is so patient and nice, he explains everything about the process thoroughly. read more

Office had no wait time so the whole process was very quick. The guy who took my fingerprints was nice and there's a large bubbling fountain outside. If I need fingerprinting done again I would come back here, only downside is it looks like the area isn't super safe. read more

I was so impressed with Sam's can do attitude. I went to his office to renew my RN nursing license and have never passed the live scan. He was determined to try his best and told me he is positive. He took his time taking each finger meticulously with the gel and placing the digits on the scanner. Previously I had gone to the sheriff's department and was unsuccessful. Maybe they were rushed! I have never seen anyone so determined and encouraging. His patience was outstanding! Next day I received a call from him telling me the scan was accepted! Jumping for joy I knew that he needed an A plus report. Frieda G. read more

My wife and I went today for fingerprinting. My wife previously failed fbi review of 3 fingerprintings by the ink method. But with Sam's Status with the fbi and doj, he can do live scans for foreign residency. Other stores could only offer ink because they required a form from the requiring party who has an assigned number with fbi. Foreign countries have no such form or link. But certain providers like Sam have this authority to use live scan for what we need. The live scan method gave instantaneous rejection of several of my wife's prints. Sam redid each until accepted by the fbi. So don't waste time and money with other options, and instead go to Sam. Also he gets results back from the fbi in 24 hours. None of the stores we went to before could give us such speedy answer. read more

Sam was very nice and friendly. Quick and professional service! The office is very beautiful too

I went there to scan finger prints for a new job today as a walk-in. The process was fast and easy. The person who did my scan wore gloves and took precautions by wiping down the machines. It was a positive experience and pretty straightforward. read more

I visited this business again today to do a live scan for my job; both times I've been there, the service has been exceptionally fast and easy. Even though I was the only customer in there at the time, their COVID safety measures were clearly posted and I felt safe and comfortable. Sam did my scan for me and was very kind and efficient! Doing tasks for work normally stresses me out but knowing how fast and easy the process is here ensures I'll come back next time I need a live scan. read more
