This business is located inside/part of the scrubs shop, so turn left as you enter. Fantastic staff and service at this small business. I called a few times near opening because I was not sure if they were open MLK Jr day, and they were! Ariana even called me back and asked about my plans for live scan so she could help with our forms ahead of our arrival! Our church volunteers have been coming here from near and far. Ariana remembers us and helped us out kindly with a fee of only $18 per person. I learned from Ariana and some shops in Anaheim that fees depend on type of background check needed, and whether needs are for a volunteer or employee. I am impressed with their service and kindness, as they even printed a few copies of our form ahead of time so that we can hand out our forms to future volunteers ahead of time. This is above and beyond, as generally, places require you to bring your form filled out. We even got a great restaurant rec on the way out :D. Nice staff, but unable to take my fingerprints. Staff tried to clean hands with a solution, but their fingerprinting machine appeared less technologically advanced. They recommended UPS live scanning for more advanced fingerprints. Bummer it didn't work out because they were kind. read more

Do not get your live scan at this location. Their machine does not work and this has caused multiple people to have their results delayed or not even go correctly. They also rate everyone at different rates and there's no set price. Multiple of my classmates needed to get their live scan and we went here. Only 2 of us got their results and the other of us just got our money taken. They refuse to do it again and now we have to go somewhere else and waste more money. read more

Fast. Easy. Efficient. I went in for fingerprinting and was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process was. There was no line. The person at the window was really courteous and professional. He guided me to fill out my info on the screen myself, directed me how to place fingers for the scans, took payment, printed my receipt and form, and I was off. I've been calling for a few days to get a live scan and no one picks up. I went to the location at 9:30 which according to Yelp it opens at 9am. No one is there and the door appears to be boarded up like it's closed. Unsure what's going at the moment. read more

Extremely quick service, lowest rolling fee around, walk-ins available. I will always go here for fingerprinting. The person who helped me made sure to wash her hands before completing my fingerprinting. Note: Just make sure to go the the business on the LEFT (scrubs store, see photos on yelp). Last time I first accidentally went to the place on the right and they kept me waiting for almost 40 minutes while they just had a conversation with someone, and finally the person from the left came over to see if I needed help.
