I normally do not read other people's opinions, but I felt this review was unfair and did not present the full situation. I witnessed and heard the entire conversation because I was directly behind the customer in line, waiting while he spent a long time arguing over a small return charge. The customer was upset about being charged for an Amazon return through UPS, while the same return could have been free through Walmart or Whole Foods. The manager calmly tried several times to explain that the charge was related to Amazon's return policy, not the UPS store itself. Unfortunately, the customer was unwilling to listen, became very disrespectful, used inappropriate language, and left angrily. What surprised me most was seeing such a negative review afterward without including the full context. I have personally used this UPS store for years and have always received excellent, professional, and helpful service from the staff. It is disappointing to see them unfairly criticized.

The employees here are so friendly and upbeat and always willing to help out! I remember one time I came in, and one of my envelopes that contained some VERY SENSITIVE INFORMATION came up missing from my pick up request. Abe must have spent about 20 minutes looking up and down and around for my envelope. He ended up finding it in the similarly numbered box then mine, whomever put it away must have just jumbled the numbers around but I was SO RELIEVED that not only did he find it but he was so empathic even after. I called a few times near opening because I was not sure if they were open MLK Jr day, and they were! Ariana even called me back and asked about my plans for live scan so she could help with our forms ahead of our arrival! Our church volunteers have been coming here from near and far. Ariana remembers us and helped us out kindly with a fee of only $18 per person. I learned from Ariana and some shops in Anaheim that fees depend on type of background check needed, and whether needs are for a volunteer or employee. I am impressed with their service and kindness, as they even printed a few copies of our form ahead of time so that we can hand out our forms to future volunteers ahead of time. This is above and beyond, as generally, places require you to bring your form filled out. We even got a great restaurant rec on the way out :D. They really understand what they are doing, and I felt completely comfortable with their recommendations. The windshield on my car is notoriously challenging to tint because of the size and layout, but they did it perfectly! They really go above and beyond. When I told them that I would not be able to pick up my car during normal business hours because of my schedule, they went out of their way to be available on a weekend, so I could get my car back ASAP. They also request that you bring your car back yearly, so they can look over the PPF and boast the ceramic coat - great service! Cannot recommend enough. Thank you!!

There was a small issue with the PPF on the front bumper--just a miscommunication more than anything--but they handled it exactly how you'd hope. As soon as I brought it up, they jumped on it right away and fixed it without any hassle. That kind of responsiveness and accountability goes a long way. Nima was the one helping me throughout the process, and he was great to work with--very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, great experience. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for quality work and a shop that stands behind what they do.
