I am one of many notaries who have not been paid for work completed. Seems she quit the business without paying out anyone. She also is not responding to calls or emails. read more

Horrible business they I am a contracted notary that did a sighing for them. They have not paid me and no one reply's when I contact them. It was only $65. Beware if you work for them they will not honor their end of the business transaction. read more

Highly recommend! I got same day service and the price was fair. The notary was on time and friendly and explained all the forms and was very knowledgeable read more

I found a highly rated notary online and requested a quote. Yelp has a great feature to automatically request the quote from others at the same time so I opted to do so. The original person I found was the last to respond (days later) with an ok rate. Diane responded quickly with the lowest price and availability. She was very communicative and detailed and nice. I was able to get the task done the next day and done quickly. I was extremely happy and highly recommend her. It's really the best value - great customer service and great work at a great price. read more

I needed to help a friend because her husband was in hospice and she desperately needed a mobile notary service to come to the hospital to notarize some legal documents before he passed away. I called around to several mobile services until I rang up DDC Notary Services and spoke with Diane. She was the only person who responded with a sense of urgency. She's responsive, kind, and has great communication skills. She confirmed that someone would arrive within 30-45mins at the hospital and she delivered the service as promised. My friend was so relieved and so grateful for Diane's mobile notary service. I'm very thankful she helped us within an hour of my call. Thanks so much Diane. And thanks so much Mary Ann for coming so quickly to notarize all the documents. I highly recommend DDC Notary Services! read more

Needed a quick notary and Diane couldn't have been more convenient, fast, or easy to work with. Highly suggest her!

Diane is awesome! Please don't hesitate to use her for any Notary Services. We used her services on two occasions. Both times she was punctual and walked us through the notary process. We needed a few documents notarized but apparently different documents need different notary forms. She is very personable and accommodating. As a bonus she is great with kids :) We needed our little ones thumb print on a few forms and she helped us with that too. Highly recommend her! read more

Super fast response time for a quote ! Very flexible time options ! Will utilize her services In the near future . Rates are competitive .

Wow.... Diane was amazing. I called as I needed urgent Notary service and Diane, the CEO, was at my house in 30 minutes and was super efficient. This is concierge Notary service at its best and for a very reasonable price. Already shared their contacts with several people. Highly recommended. read more

Fast, flexible, punctual -- DDC did a great job at a fair price.

It is unfortunate that I even need to write this review. Diane @ DDC Notary hired me to complete a loan signing on 6/7/24. The signing was completed flawlessly (confirmed by escrow), hand delivered to the escrow as she requested and since then, Diane has refused to respond to any of my emails (5), texts (5) or phone calls (4) regarding payment for my services. She has yet to pay me the $100 Notary Fee that she agreed upon for the signing. I have never worked with any notary service that lacks professionalism like she has. We are approaching the 4 month mark and still zero communication. I myself am not only a notary signing agent but also a licensed realtor and would be mortified if someone like this participated in one of my transactions. I would highly recommend using a more professional signing service for any real estate transactions, as DDC Notary Services lacks professionalism, honesty and communication, and the way she handles herself and her business is a direct reflection on the Title & Escrow companies who hire her. read more

If I have 10 stars I will give them to Diane. She answered my request right away. After we agreed with the price she finished the work in 1/2hours. The price is wry reasonable compared to other mobile notary service around Orange County. She has done a great job. After she finished the work she took the pics to send me right away. Diane provides great service and her communication is unparalleled. We had a split signing for a refi and we're having issues from the other end, with the other notary. When I told Diane about this, she was quick to respond and provide solutions to help with this problem, even when this was past 9pm and in a different location. Thanks Diane! read more

I needed loan signing services quickly due to a mishap from the escrow company. Diane was quick to respond and reasonably priced. After I informed the escrow company that I'd be using a notary of my choice, they put further limitations on how they would accept the documentation. Diane was very accommodating and communicative, which allowed me to get everything signed and delivered on time for closing. I would definitely use Diane again and recommend her to anyone needing a notary. Thanks again, Diane! read more
