Horrible business they I am a contracted notary that did a sighing for them. They have not paid me and no one reply's when I contact them. It was only $65. Beware if you work for them they will not honor their end of the business transaction. read more

I found a highly rated notary online and requested a quote. Yelp has a great feature to automatically request the quote from others at the same time so I opted to do so. The original person I found was the last to respond (days later) with an ok rate. Diane responded quickly with the lowest price and availability. She was very communicative and detailed and nice. It is unfortunate that I even need to write this review. Diane @ DDC Notary hired me to complete a loan signing on 6/7/24. The signing was completed flawlessly (confirmed by escrow), hand delivered to the escrow as she requested and since then, Diane has refused to respond to any of my emails (5), texts (5) or phone calls (4) regarding payment for my services. She has yet to pay me the $100 Notary Fee that she agreed upon for the signing. I have never worked with any notary service that lacks professionalism like she has. We are approaching the 4 month mark and still zero communication. I myself am not only a notary signing agent but also a licensed realtor and would be mortified if someone like this participated in one of my transactions. I would highly recommend using a more professional signing service for any real estate transactions, as DDC Notary Services lacks professionalism, honesty and communication, and the way she handles herself and her business is a direct reflection on the Title & Escrow companies who hire her. read more
