The lady who helped us was extremely helpful and patient. We needed to do a live scan fingerprinting for an upcoming youth summer camp that specifically caters and serves kids who have been through the foster system. It is now required by the State of California for us to conduct a background check, and this business helped smooth out the process that would have been far too complicated for us. In addition, I also happen to have one of those fingerprints that would never read, no matter how many times we try (due to working physical labor for years), but the lady never ran out of patience and continuously held a conversation with me while performing her service. I asked some questions as I was unsure of how the process worked & the worker/manger's response was very professional, sincere & chipper.
