Awesome place if you need an immediate livescan, they took care of me on the spot. I called before, but they were so accommodating! Service was 5 stars, price is great too, thank you so much will definitely be back! read more

BE AWARE!!!! This place is not honest with price and quote. I just can't believe that I didn't see the review below which is literally the same with what I experienced. We went in for live scan for school volunteer. This place is pricer than most other places like UPS by $35 so please be aware which I questioned but of course she didn't give a solid answer. The owner was very inappropriate with her comments like: "youre lucky to be a stay at home mom." "You sanitize and wash hands too much therefore your fingerprints are so difficult to be picked up and they are not being picked up properly" sorry... you want me to pay you $105 then try to blame on my fingers for not being able to do YOUR job? She said I might get rejected because apparently she couldn't scan my fingerprints. I held my tounge but after finding out that I did get ripped off I decided to leave a review so others can be aware. read more

Stopped in for my CCW lifespan and Trupti is quite a professional, kind and efficient individual. The process was thorough and precise and I truly appreciated Trupti's expertise and knowledge in providing this service. Thank you. Highly recommended read more

I called ahead spoke to a woman and was quoted $47 total (by card), $45 cash for DOJ/FBI Live Scan fingerprinting for a real estate license. Showed up, mentioned my quote, and was suddenly told the total was actually $102. Their rolling fee alone is $53, nearly double what's standard. Went to A-1 Mail in Mission Viejo (5 min drive) and paid instead: $30 rolling fee, $49 in DOJ/FBI fees, $79 total. Same service, same day. I would skip going here for any services, not honest about their pricing with significant price hikes. read more

Great service, although the building is undergoing renovation the owner still remains professional and efficient.

Went for a live scan, but despite paying all the fees, and filling out the forms correctly, it was never sent for verification. Lady was very sweet, so it was unfortunate that things didnt work out. Maybe try a different print shop to get things done correctly. read more

Trupti is incredible!! She had the sweetest smile and demeanor as soon as we walked in and was amazingly kind throughout our whole interaction. I ended up writing down something wrong on my livescan form and Trupti was kind enough to help me resubmit the fingerprints and took on the additional charge for me. I have never met someone as kind and helpful as she was! I recommend anyone and everyone to come here! Thank you for the valuable and amazing service! :) read more

Trupti is very sweet, very kind and knowledgeable. She is quick but when it's crowded you could be waiting 10 minutes per person to get your fingers scanned. I really like that you don't need reservations but it comes with a possible wait. Overall smooth, excellent process. read more

Trupti was amazing! I called this morning before coming and she was very helpful over the phone. I walked in to get a Live scan and she immediately greeted me with the sweetest smile. She immediately got to work with my paperwork and asked me about my day and explained the process. She scanned all my fingers and complimented my manicure that I did myself at home. The whole process took maybe 5 minutes and half of that was us talking about nails. She was quick, super sweet and kind, and all around amazing! I will recommend her store to everyone :) read more

Had a Live Scan completed here- fantastic customer service! I appreciate the attention to detail to ensure that everything went smoothly.

A wonderful experience! You know onboarding for a new company has you running around to many stops. When I came here for my fingerprinting scan it was a very pleasurable experience, quick, and efficient. The store owner is a beautiful lady with a gentle soul. She is very helpful at explaining the process and we had a lovely conversation. We need to as a society support these local businesses and make a point to get to know people. Thank you for your service. read more

The lady who helped us was extremely helpful and patient. We needed to do a live scan fingerprinting for an upcoming youth summer camp that specifically caters and serves kids who have been through the foster system. It is now required by the State of California for us to conduct a background check, and this business helped smooth out the process that would have been far too complicated for us. In addition, I also happen to have one of those fingerprints that would never read, no matter how many times we try (due to working physical labor for years), but the lady never ran out of patience and continuously held a conversation with me while performing her service. Definitely recommended for anyone who requires fingerprinting service for any type of work-related or visa purposes! read more

When we called, they were very helpful. They had walk-in spots available for that day. Very friendly. Very efficient. Best rolling price in the area. I highly recommend this location! read more

I had a great experience here. I want to say the only reason my rating isn't a 5 is because it was very pricey for me. I asked some questions as I was unsure of how the process worked & the worker/manger's response was very professional, sincere & chipper. This woman was kind & helpful once you get to chit chatting with her. Having had a bit of a rough day, she simplified the process for me & also made it a super quick experience as I needed to get on to my next destination. I highly recommended coming here opposed to my other experiences elsewhere, since I was made comfortable & there as no wait in line whatsoever! read more
