You will receive expert and sincere service here! Needed to send a very important legal document quickly and found here. The woman helping me couldn't have been more kind and efficient. I will drive farther to frequent this establishment because of her kind professionalism. Additionally, it's a full service location with PO Boxes for rent, a cute area for last minute gifts or cards and of course packing/shipping/mail. Postal N Parcel Plus - Their sign inside the strip mall. - Notaries Near Me - Mission Viejo, California

They are not as experience as they tell you over a call. As a company advertising as one the leading passport photo requirement, we ended up in LA with wrong photos for our EU passport. We paid for 2 sets of photos for almost $60 that had to be tossed out. read more

Postal N Parcel Plus has my highest recommendation. Friendly, neighborly. Professional, experienced. In connection with family estate planning, I had 13 documents to be notarized, 6 to be witnessed. Three signatories, I needed a notary as well as multiple witnesses for these documents. I knew this would be a minor logistical process and take about an hour to complete. So I read the reviews and chose Postal N Parcel Plus carefully, and was glad I did. I called in advance and the gentleman reassured me that they were capable of handling such a task, and confirmed a good time for us to come in. Ms. Trivedi, the notary who was there that day, exceeded all my expectations. We benefited from her experience as she has clearly handled these matters before, was organized and professional, and had the attention to detail necessary for the task. For example, she correctly identified the need to precisely certify as to a signatory's middle initial or full middle name, depending on how a document is executed, for documents to be recorded at the county recorders office. She served as a welcome second pair of eyes, pointing out, for example, when she would typically see a document notarized instead of witnessed, but also gently doing things my way when I explained my rationale for going with witnesses instead. She was right, by the way, I should have gone with the notary acknowledgement. But beyond that, their role as a friendly, neighborhood business really showed when Ms. Trivedi politely asked if one of the other customers, a regular who was waiting for something to come in, wouldn't mind serving as a witness to a document signing, saving me the necessity of finding another third-party witness later on in the day. It's obvious to me why the other customers who came in were all regulars, all on a first name basis with Ms. Trivedi. This is a small, personal, neighborhood business. If they can handle my modestly involved, legal document signing well - and they did, managing my process as well as quickly processing the few walk-ins that came in the meantime - they can handle your mailbox, delivery or notary or other services well indeed. Highest recommendation. read more

Came here to send a package to friends on the east coast. Excellent customer service. If you want your package shipped with the utmost care and respect, take your packages here! They give you a choice with which carrier you want, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and I chose UPS. My package arrived to the destination the following week, and I'm very pleased that it arrived intact. No issues! The shipping cost was not cheap, but for the service I requested, it was well worth it!! I will most definitely return, for all of my shipping needs! read more

I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincerest gratitude for the outstanding service Trupti provided during my notary appointment. Her warmth and kindness truly made a difference in matter I was unexperienced in. Your personable nature and genuine smile made me feel like more than just a client; it was as if I was catching up with an old friend. She was so sweet with my 3 year old son giving him a lollipop and embracing him. Although I live a few cities over I will absolutely make that drive and use Trupti for any of my Postal needs! Thank you!!! read more

I am a new mom and a nurse. I went to get my fingerprints taken So I could transfer to a different state. I paid $190 to have my fingerprints done and sent. Both of my fingerprint cards were rejected by the new state Because they were too dark. I Made sure to send two cards in case of an error and both cards were rejected. When I brought this to the attention of postal and parcel, plus I was told that I could have them done again. This is not an easy thing to do as it takes time away from my family and I had trusted that this was already done. I went in to have them redone and was told that I would be charged again because my fingers were too sweaty. It wasn't their fault. What happened to customer service? What happened to the customer is always right? Fingers can be wiped off if they are sweaty and why was I not told that at the time of doing the fingerprints? This is all bad business. Why should I have to pay another $190 to have fingerprints done when I already paid to have them done. Why am I being told that it is my fault? This is absolutely ludicrous I will be Challenging the $190 that I paid for nothing. Not to mention the time wasted, and the time to have to go and have them done elsewhere. I do not recommend this type of business to anyone. read more

I found out at around 5pm that I needed to mail back my mother's nebulizer to the healthcare company. I have typically stopped by this location to mail out letters in their mailbox but had never gone inside. When I walked in with just the nebulizer, I asked if they could help, for which they quickly replied yes. They got me a box, packing material, helped me find the name and address of the company where it needed to be sent and packaged it all up for me. The whole transaction took less than 15 minutes. Taking care of my mother comes with a lot of little jobs that pile up. Having places such as this to assist me is greatly appreciated. The customer service is excellent. Highest recommendation. read more

Very friendly place! Always great and efficient service. I like coming to this small mom & pops location. Definitely recommend, always call an inquire what type of service you are looking to get done. In my case was FBI & DOJ as an account administrator for the organization I am working for. So if it's a general background it will be less. I highly suggest to Call to ask prior. read more

I came here today to do fingerprinting for a job that I'm getting. I came in stressed out for all of the obstacles life has been growing at me lately and Ms. Trupti went above and beyond to make sure that I left there with a successful fingerprinting experience. She talked me off of my anxious ledge and calmed my nerves. My fingertips were still super sweaty, but she was patient and kind and we got it done. Best fingerprinting experience around town. The also has shipping supplies, last minute gifts, beautiful bags, mailboxes for rent and drinks and snacks. Thank you Ms Trupti. I'll see you again. read more

They're very nice however they're very overpriced. I went to print 10 black-and-white papers and it cost me six dollars. Nothing new nothing special. I sent her an email and she charged me six dollars. That's over $.50 a page. I'm upset then when I asked her about it she said you know you can go somewhere else I'm suffering and I said well I am too. Everybody is right now she said I can go somewhere else to get my papers printed if I wasn't happy with the price and that's a little upsetting. read more

What a great experience here today! We needed to have some documents notarized. The owner Tripti was wonderful. She was so pleasant and kind and the process went very quickly. We were surprised at the gorgeous gift items they have here as well and sure will be back when we need some. We bought a couple of succulents because she assured us they are very forgiving plants for people like us who don't have green thumbs!! Postal N Parcel plus is open for business during Covid and I am so thankful that they are!! I went here to get traditional stamp fingerprinting done for my job and it was the best experience. The woman who works here is knowledgeable, kind, and forthright about pricing.
