I was a regular at this store (until I recently moved) and the guys that work there are fantastic. They scan my Amazon QR codes, take my packages and handle my returns for me. It's such a streamlined and easy process here. I never waited more than 2 to 3 minutes to be helped. They are always super friendly, polite and helpful. Recently moved and my new "home" UPS store is just awful and it really makes me miss my old the UPS. Thanks guys. You're awesome! read more

I had to ship a return back to Amazon so I stopped by this UPS store. Service was quick. I didn't have access to a printer at home so they were able to print out the return label for $2 (just needed to send it to their store email, which they showed me how to do that from my Amazon account). I brought my own box, but had no tape at home, so they also helped by taping up the box for me at the store. Receipt in hand, I was out the door in minutes. THE PARKING. Easy parking right in front of the store. THE VERDICT. Helpful, efficient service. I'd come back to this location. read more

This UPS Store has really crushed it lately so I'm happy to revise my review of them from 3 to 5 stars... they've streamlined their processing of returns and have more staff and all are super friendly. The quality is high, the value is great as they try to cut costs for consumers constantly and they address all service requested in a very timely manner. The service requested for me primarily are returns from my wife from Amazon. read more

I use this location mostly for returns. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. They work fast and are efficient. I have also used the notary at this location and it was a breeze. read more

My favorite spot for Amazon returns! Always get in and out quick - Charlie and all the guys in there are efficient and friendly! Parking can be hit or miss - but just walk across the parking lot next to el pollo loco - not a big deal! read more

I had to return something with a UPS label for a friend but got busy with kid's sports. On my way home I stopped at two different UPS locations that closed right when I got there (they closed a bit early) and just before I got to the second. I looked here on Yelp and found that this ONE UPS location on Marguerite is the only one in the area that stays open until 7pm in my area. The staff was friendly and did not make me feel rushed. read more

I have been coming here for several years because I am old. They are always kind and courteous. They are efficient and happy to be at work, for some reason!? Just kidding, they must have great management skills and provide for thier staff. If I had a child who needed a job, I would send the here because there is a respect for the clients you don't see anymore. Thanks UPS at Olympiad Plaza! read more

I called Charlie at UPS this morning and found out they utilize not only UPS but also USPS services. I had an important document that needed to go out and drove to the location. Charlie provided outstanding customer service and was juggling multiple transactions at one time quite efficiently. The value, service, and quality are first rate. Thank you, Charlie. Highly recommended. read more

Staff: One person working who was okay. Nothing stood out as far as friendly but he wasn't rude. Service: I came by just to drop off a prepaid return to a vendor. Overall: I'd come again. read more

They are wonderful at that location. Parking is tough but that's not their fault. It's my go to for shipping.

Parking is terrible love the ups store but if you have a lot of boxes avoid it I really wish they would have two parking spaces in the front that's just for loading and unloading that would be useful read more

Friendly fast service! Such a different experience than the UPS store on Alicia Pkwy in Laguna hills, I found the gentleman in the Laguna hills store to be extremely rude. I'll never return to that location. read more

I had trouble with printing my files because they were too large so it took me almost an hour to readjust everything. Ryan was very helpful and patient with me. I appreciate all his help and made sure my printed pages were complete and fit perfectly on the paper. Jaime (?) not sure how to spell their name but they were so friendly. While I was busy fixing my files, I heard them compliment every customer that came in, pointing out nice things about their outfits or how they looked! Jaime was very friendly and Ryan was very patient! Even with my own issues, they made the experience easier to navigate. read more

This UPS Store sets the standard for what great customer service should be. I've been coming here for years, and Charlie and the entire team are always welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Even though there's a location closer to my home, I go out of my way to come here because the experience is consistently positive and stress-free. Truly appreciate this team. read more

Not sure why this UPS store is rated so low. It's a quick in and out for me when I have Amazon returns. On one occasion I had to ship 10 packages for work and had to be rung up in a specific way. Charlie helped me so well and it did take a bit longer but he was attentive to make sure everything was done correctly and well. My only complaint is sometimes their system gets all wacky and that's hard to blame on the employees. Sometimes tools don't work but everyone has been kind to me and I get what I need done. read more

I will give three stars because of its convenient location to my home. Otherwise, unorganized, unfriendly, & unknowledgeable staff. I've gone in to pick up items and they say it's not there only to find it later. I don't have time for multiple trips for one item. Please get organized, know where things are, be upfront and apologetic when you make a mistake, and, most importantly, support your community. read more

Went to drop off a package here. No lines, no wait. They even provided a shipping label. Free of charge! Don't even have a charge for delivery. Was out of there so quickly. From now on, going here for all of my e-commerce needs! read more

Customer Service - 0/5 : this place was not busy and there was just no service. The employees won't acknowledge your presence. But what they will do is talk to their delivery guys and make jokes about idk what. Worst customer service ever. Store Front - 2/5 : the place was very run down and it had a very distinctive smell. They should consider a deep clean of the place or maybe an air freshener ? I will not be back. I came in here solely for convenience but after not being serviced I ended up at the one near my place anyway -__- read more

I have never had any issues with this store. 90% of my visits are usually postage-paid returns. They scan my shipping label, hand me my receipt, and I'm out the door. What bugs me is the awful attitude on the young dudes who work behind the counter. They seem like they have nothing but contempt for everyone who walks through the door. I get that the public can be draining, but geez. read more

I work at one of the business in the plaza and I am super shy and not from the area! But as stuttering and jittering as I was they helped me out so well and was so patient. (Which was weeks back I'm just writing the review late) During this time unfortunate for them, they had a difficult customer but they handled it so so well. It was an Asian American guy and American guy working the shift. They really deserve a raise for how well they handled the situation and how fast they work! I pass the store often and often see them inside, but next time will only stop by if 1 of the 2 are working. read more

Why in the world would anyone rate this location 2 stars??? The UPS Store on Alicia and Olympiad - definitely 2 star - but not this store. Amazing staff (Francisco - shift manager) was INCREDIBLE!!! Helped me with SO many returns and packages. Everyone in the store is kind, friendly, professional and fantastic. I actually drive out of my way to visit this location. It's the only one I'll go to. It's the PEOPLE - and those young employees are phenomenal!!! Love them!!! read more

I think I am just following the crowd with this review. Forced to go here for an Amazon return. Rude, impatient and useless staff. I placed an order through OldNavy and upon checkout was given an option to pickup my package from UPS sooner for free. I selected this location and was notified via email my package had arrived a week later. When I went to the store the manager first denied my package had arrived. When he checked in the back he found it and said if I wanted it I would have to pay $10. He denied that such an arrangement with oldnavy existed and was very rude. He's lost a customer for life. Pay attention to the other reviews. Staff is generally nice but the owner is the problem. He thanks he is a true utility (like the Elect. Company) and treats you that way! Believe me, the diff. is you have no choice with your elect. but you do with this. Go elsewhere; don't think twice. read more

The manager(I think he was the manager but I'm not sure) was very rude when I went back in to ask if I had scanned the right code. A different employee helped me and he was very kind and helpful. The manager interrupted us (leaving the customer he was helping hanging) to ask what my question was. The employee that originally helped me was already trying to help me by scanning the barcode again. The manager(maybe) took over and said that they can't be sure that scanning it and printing it out again would ensure that my package would still be sent out correctly with the right information on it. I kept trying to ask if he could make sure or if he knew how to find out if the new label was going to work and he just kept answering me in a rude tone "we have no way of knowing". He was not helpful at all and my package may not get to where it needs to go because of his impatience and temper. read more

The UPS Store - The rude manager closing up this UPS store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Mission Viejo, California

I'm not sure why such bad reviews. I have dropped off numerous packages over the last few years for returns and they are quick and friendly.

Well, I don't know about all the bad reviews, but I have been coming to this place for over 3 years and my only problem is that they do no open when theirs sign on the doors says. If the sign says they open at 9am, go there at 9:30-10 am to make sure they are open or you will face closed doors. But every time I go in, I barely face any line or any rude behavior. read more

Incredibly shocked at the service I received tonight at UPS. Zhubin, a trainee at the store, was "helping" me return a few items tonight. When I arrived he quickly turned rude. Our conversation went something like this: -Me: hi I need to return a few items. -Zhubin: sure -Me: I screenshot the return labels of my items, can you use these or do I need to know exactly which one goes with which product? -Zhubin: Go on amazon, we need to know. (Under his breath) I can't friggin know which one is which. -Me: okay I'll go get those. (I was starting to get upset at his rude remark under his breath) -Zhubin then helped me return a few items until we got to one in particular. One that he scanned and said needed a box to return. -Zhubin: you need to buy a box to return this -Me: my label says here that I don't need a box to return the item. Can you check? -Zhubin: I'm not amazon and really don't care what they say. Just buy a box. Zhubin stepped away for a moment, and I immediately told his manager who was within earshot that I didn't appreciate how I was being treated. His manager stepped over, and when Zhubin came back he said, "you know what, he's just going to help you. I'm *just* a trainee and don't care". Zhubin walked out from behind the desk all flustered. I was shocked at Zhubin's actions and words...The manager didn't have great customer service skills either, but he was a ray of sunshine compared to this jerk. If I were the manager/owner/corporate UPS I would FIRE this trainee before he says something that offends the wrong person. He's incredible rude, doesn't care, and absolutely needs to do something where customer service isn't needed. Bye bye UPS - I'll go visit the nice branch near my office and kindly skip this location. read more
