I didn't have access to a printer at home so they were able to print out the return label for $2 (just needed to send it to their store email, which they showed me how to do that from my Amazon account). I brought my own box, but had no tape at home, so they also helped by taping up the box for me at the store. Receipt in hand, I was out the door in minutes. THE PARKING. On my way home I stopped at two different UPS locations that closed right when I got there (they closed a bit early) and just before I got to the second. I looked here on Yelp and found that this ONE UPS location on Marguerite is the only one in the area that stays open until 7pm in my area. Not sure why this UPS store is rated so low. It's a quick in and out for me when I have Amazon returns. On one occasion I had to ship 10 packages for work and had to be rung up in a specific way. Charlie helped me so well and it did take a bit longer but he was attentive to make sure everything was done correctly and well. My only complaint is sometimes their system gets all wacky and that's hard to blame on the employees. Sometimes tools don't work but everyone has been kind to me and I get what I need done. read more

I have never had any issues with this store. 90% of my visits are usually postage-paid returns. They scan my shipping label, hand me my receipt, and I'm out the door. I work at one of the business in the plaza and I am super shy and not from the area! But as stuttering and jittering as I was they helped me out so well and was so patient. (Which was weeks back I'm just writing the review late) During this time unfortunate for them, they had a difficult customer but they handled it so so well. It was an Asian American guy and American guy working the shift. They really deserve a raise for how well they handled the situation and how fast they work! I placed an order through OldNavy and upon checkout was given an option to pickup my package from UPS sooner for free. I selected this location and was notified via email my package had arrived a week later. When I went to the store the manager first denied my package had arrived. When he checked in the back he found it and said if I wanted it I would have to pay $10. He denied that such an arrangement with oldnavy existed and was very rude. He's lost a customer for life. The manager(I think he was the manager but I'm not sure) was very rude when I went back in to ask if I had scanned the right code. A different employee helped me and he was very kind and helpful. The manager interrupted us (leaving the customer he was helping hanging) to ask what my question was. The employee that originally helped me was already trying to help me by scanning the barcode again. The manager(maybe) took over and said that they can't be sure that scanning it and printing it out again would ensure that my package would still be sent out correctly with the right information on it. I kept trying to ask if he could make sure or if he knew how to find out if the new label was going to work and he just kept answering me in a rude tone "we have no way of knowing". He was not helpful at all and my package may not get to where it needs to go because of his impatience and temper. read more

Well, I don't know about all the bad reviews, but I have been coming to this place for over 3 years and my only problem is that they do no open when theirs sign on the doors says. If the sign says they open at 9am, go there at 9:30-10 am to make sure they are open or you will face closed doors. But every time I go in, I barely face any line or any rude behavior. read more

Incredibly shocked at the service I received tonight at UPS. Zhubin, a trainee at the store, was "helping" me return a few items tonight. When I arrived he quickly turned rude. Our conversation went something like this: -Me: hi I need to return a few items. -Zhubin: sure -Me: I screenshot the return labels of my items, can you use these or do I need to know exactly which one goes with which product? -Zhubin: Go on amazon, we need to know. (Under his breath) I can't friggin know which one is which. -Me: okay I'll go get those. (I was starting to get upset at his rude remark under his breath) -Zhubin then helped me return a few items until we got to one in particular. One that he scanned and said needed a box to return. -Zhubin: you need to buy a box to return this -Me: my label says here that I don't need a box to return the item. Can you check? -Zhubin: I'm not amazon and really don't care what they say. Just buy a box. Zhubin stepped away for a moment, and I immediately told his manager who was within earshot that I didn't appreciate how I was being treated. His manager stepped over, and when Zhubin came back he said, "you know what, he's just going to help you. I'm *just* a trainee and don't care". Zhubin walked out from behind the desk all flustered. I was shocked at Zhubin's actions and words...The manager didn't have great customer service skills either, but he was a ray of sunshine compared to this jerk. If I were the manager/owner/corporate UPS I would FIRE this trainee before he says something that offends the wrong person. He's incredible rude, doesn't care, and absolutely needs to do something where customer service isn't needed. Super stressful experience trying to get a package sent to North Carolina. The rudest manager on the planet and his boy wonder assistant who can't be bothered doing his job. Manager yells at me: "We are going to throw your package outside on the street - we are not a storage unit" - This is for five minutes of holding a package while my customer was calling in his credit card information to pay for it. And then hangs up on me. Boy Wonder says "Next time maybe you should deliver your own package!" Still waiting for the thank you for the $83 in business I threw their way. I saw the 2 star rating and went here anyway because of the convenience and I needed to ship a package for delivery before Saturday (7/16). I went in on Sunday the 10th. I was told by Charlie Li my package will arrive by Thursday, Friday the latest. My package will not arrive before Saturday. He lied because now he says he didn't say it and he has no control of the shipping. I would have paid over night if there was some guarantees of arrival. Thanks for messing up important gift.
