I get why there's amazing reviews for this place. The woman who helped me ship a box to South Africa was AMAZING; so helpful, so friendly and so fast! I had printed the label at home, as I did read somewhere it would be a couple of hundred dollars cheaper. However, I wasn't sure what labels to place inside or outside of the box... So I went in, hoping they would offer me some help, even though I didn't have them do that leg of the work. I wish I would've gotten her name... She was so helpful and didn't skip a beat. She jumped right in and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The package arrived without much delay (the only delay happened in London, and was not an error on her part)- all the way in South Africa about a week later. I will absolutely use this service location again, the next time I need to ship some thing across the world! read more

I needed to return something I purchased online and I had a label but no printer. I don't usually deal with DHL so after a quick search I found this DHL Express Service Point was nearby and they offered label printing. It was a Friday so I decided to go drop it off before they closed. I arrived shortly before their closing time. I asked the cashier if I could have her print the label and she said she could do it. I had the option of emailing her the label or using AirDrop. I used my phone's AirDrop feature to send her the label and she printed it out for me. It took a few tries since the PDF I had was not sized for American printers. She was super helpful and even let me know that the package would be picked up on Monday since there was no weekend pick-ups at this location. True to her word, the package was picked up Monday afternoon and on its way to the final destination with a delivery date scheduled for tomorrow. I'm really happy to have a DHL close by! Service was great and the nearby location was also a win. read more

came to the DHL office in Laguna Hills to mail some medical equipment (glucose monitoring sensors) to my wife in Peru. The process was a bit complicated, but Samira, the owner, was extremely helpful and made sure all the requirements were met so the package could reach my wife on time. A few days later, I stopped by again, and she kindly followed up to ensure everything went smoothly. It's rare to see that level of care and professionalism these days. This is a great office, and Samira truly cares about her customers. Highly recommend the DHL in Laguna Bills on Alicia Parkway. read more

The service honestly couldn't be any better. The staff was very friendly and gave good advice on saving money with the shipment. I sent an express shipment from Laguna Hills to Germany, which was already there in three days, even though it was over the weekend. DHL even arranged a special delivery. The price was also exceptional, about 1/3 of the cost of FedEx, and faster as well. Thank you so much for the fantastic service. It will be my go-to place for everything I ship from now on. read more
