What an amazing mail center experience this morning. I called to make sure that they were open and doing notary services today prior to going as everywhere else is closed on Sunday. I spoke with Paris and she informed me that they were indeed open and that the notary services were available. Upon arriving at the store we were greeted by Paris is was kind, professional and provided the utmost in service. We needed a few documents notarized as well as some documents mailed through the services that the store provides. The store is quite nice and offers FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS services as well as has a wide variety of supplies, boxes, gifts, cards, wrapping and other items that may peak your interests. Paris was efficient and offered the best in services rendered and at a value unsurpassed. They also offer private mailboxes, scan, copy and print services, package drop-off, shredding, shipping and supplies galore. The notary services are worth bragging about as well and I plan to utilize this location for all future needs. Highly recommended! read more

The lady quoted me $387-$490 to send an envelope of documents overseas. She said she looked up all 3, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. I really could not believe the price. I went home and did an online quote at DHL. It showed $109. I finally went to FedEx directly. They shipped it for $119. I have no idea how I could have been quoted $400-$500. When something looks that off, it would have been nice if the clerk checked again or asked someone to help her check again. I'm glad I declined it as it was obviously an error. read more

Came here for an 11:30am TSA Pre-Check appointment. I checked in at 11:28am and was back in my car by 11:33am. The kind woman running the appointment was so efficient and organized, it was effortless. I saw my confirmation email from TSA saying my application was being processed at 11:37am. I had an appointment at 10:40, arrived at 10:35 to a line and half of the line in front of me were walk-ins and the lady running it never bothered asking anyone if they were walk-ins or appointments. I went into this facility and was met by two older women who were behind the counter with scowls on their faces. I kid you not! I thought, "Who are they upset with?" I said, "Hi, I have an appointment for TSA pre check." One lady said, "Come here and write your name down. She'll be with you in a bit." That little bit of customer service ended there. Then a younger woman with an accent standing in the back room said, "I need your birth certificate." I walked over and handed her my birth certificate. I tried to make small talk which she ignored. The barking of commands commenced. "Do this, do that. "Type your SSN, Thumb here, four fingers here...sit here, put your hair behind your ears." So I did. Again, "Put your hair behind your ears." "I said, I did." She watched me do it both times! She then said, "Go to the mirror. I look in the mirror and there are a few stray hairs in front of my ears. She could have easily pointed that out to me but instead just rudely barked orders. I then sit back down and she says, "Give me your credit card." Not one time did I hear, "please" "thank you." Heaven forbid, none of that. At this point I'm thinking, "Where did these miserable people come from? What happened in their lives to make them so disagreeable?" I asked if I was going to get a receipt. "No. You will get an email in 24 hours. You're done." Thank God. I couldn't get out of there quick enough. All I can figure is they all hate their jobs and their customers get the brunt of their misery. Unless you want to be made to feel like you are a bother to these employees, go elsewhere. read more

Thus far I have refrained from commenting to the occasional rude customer I over hear. It is the weakest person who berates an employee, knowing that if they talk back they could lose their jobs. I love this AIM Mail center! I came to ship something off and the ladies behind the counter were so helpful and nice. I asked a lot of questions because this was my first time shipping off a package on my own and was a little nervous but they gave me a piece of mind and walked me through the process of shipping out my package. I walked thought out the store and noticed they have soo many cute gifts! The store is so clean and organized, and they offer so many different things such as Livescan fingerprinting, notary, DHL shipping for international shipping, faxes and scanning. I would suggest not utilizing this mail center. They over charge for everything. They have higher prices compared to the other mail centers near by and service is subpar at best. I came in to mail two prepaid packages. I was charged $2 for less than 6inches of tape. The woman behind the counter waited until she taped my packages to notify me that I had to pay cash as card has a $5 minimum. This seems like something that should be posted or told to a customer when their order total (the two pieces of tape) would not total $5 or more. The entire place is sketchy, not only are their prices too high they sell knock off designer bags and knick knacks. read more

I've been selling a couple of things on amazon to help make some room (and some cash) and when I'm too busy working around this area, I come here on my lunch break. Well, it's quick, efficient... it was too good to be true. I came back to my apartment today to find that one of my packages had been sent back due to insufficient postage. Really. I looked at my package and instead of the printed postage stickers indicating the exact amount needed to ship the item is indicated, I find some SHADYYYY lookin stamps placed at the top right corner of the package. Moreover, it's definitely NOT the price they charged me and it's definitely less than what was needed to ship the package! I'm furious. As a result, my package is now late... I must apologize to the customer for the post office's inadequacy... I face the consequences of making a late shipment... etc, etc. So mad to have wasted time and money on this place. If I could give them 0/5 stars, I would. The moral of the story is, if you need to get something shipped... go to a reliable source. It's not worth it to take a short cut and go to some quick and easy mail office especially when they aren't going to include enough postage for your package to ship. Did I mention that I paid almost $5 for this package to ship (first class, relatively light)? Yet, they only included $2.21 worth of postage. Really. If's that's not fraud, then I don't know what is. It's one thing to make a profit. Every business requires profit for it to continue to do well. However, it's another thing to totally rip someone off and then not follow through with what was paid for. Still so mad. Ugh!!!!!!! By the way, I was charged a fee for using my debit card. Although it's small, I will remember this in the future. They had a sign that showed that they sell hand sanitizer and I've not been able to find it during this covid crisis. I went in and found they are charging $8 for a small 2 oz bottle of generic hand sanitizer. Although this is not exactly price gouging it is taking advantage a bit during a hard time. I know a lot of businesses are struggling right now but taking advantage of people is a whole different thing. When this whole thing is over I will choose another mail location that assuredly struggled during this time to take my business. I bought the sanitizer but surly feel as though this companies ethics are of question. I realize this is small and stupid to complain about. It just hit me the wrong way. read more

I stopped into this facility around 2pm on a Monday to mail a package priority mail Via USPS. The young lady behind the counter was having a very difficult time communicating to me my different options and pricing. WhiLe English was clearly not her first language, which is fine, she couldn't even communicate basics to me as to the services I was asking about including costs. Another woman behind the counter finally had to step in and help her. Ultimately, I paid for the postage to have it shipped priority mail only to discover when I put in the tracking number later that evening to check in its status, that the package was still in their store! It sat there overnight on Monday night (even they told me that the US mail had not been picked up yet for the day) and didn't even budge out of their store until sometime Tuesday afternoon. So essentially my package, that I paid for priority shipping, sat in their facility for almost 24 hours before it even left their store. Now I understand why they told me that priority mail, which is 2 to 3 days, couldn't be guaranteed not because of the US mail but because they didn't send it out properly from the store! I will never use this facility again and this is not the first time I've had issues with them. Considering they serve an older community, and I am in my 50s, I can only imagine the confusion an older person would experience using this facility. read more

I have been going to this store for several years and though it is way overpriced, it was fairly convenient and the employees helpful. However, I walked in recently, to find employees that I had never seen before, to use the notary service. The language barrier between the employee and my English speaking self was ridiculous. He repeatedly said the same 3 words over and over, refusing to notarize my living trust. A wasted trip with insufficient parking for sure. I will NEVER go back nor will refer anyone to this business. UPS is around the corner for accomplishing the same thing and cheaper. read more
