I walked in and was greeted immediately. I was happy to come across this location for FedEx package drop off because the only other location I am aware of is located in San Juan Capistrano. Additionally, this location accepts regular mail. Another trip saver! Lastly, copy service is available here as well. Staff member who greeted me was both courteous and knowledgeable and provided excellent service! There are other services available here as well such as PO boxes, passport photos, etc. but I cannot comment on them as I did not use those services. read more

BEWARE this place will rob you blind if you're not careful. I was leaving town and I asked my friend to ship a USPS flat rate box. I didn't realize she was going to go to AIM versus the actual Post Office. I would've expected some increased charge simply bcuz it is a retail business. The prices had gone up from $24 to $26 probably at the first of the year. It's a FLAT RATE box. A reasonable up charge would have been 20%, maybe 25% 11 which would have been $32.50 My friend was charged $43! Like wtaf I called to ask how they saw fit to charge 65% above the PO rate. The owner/manager didn't even have the courtesy to call me back. When I called back she had her employee tell me that once it had gone out that I would have to take it up with the shipper which is asinine! The PO has nothing to do with her highway robbery! Absolute BS! I will never buy so much as a stamp in this place again! I will never set foot in there again!! TOTAL RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!!!!! read more

I have a small business and am very dependent on AIM mail center for my mail and packaging. To cut to the chase I wouldn't bother walking into any other mail center and would suggest making the drive if it's out of your area. I drive up from San Diego every week and am happy to do so because I know this part of my business will be handled perfectly. I actually drive past two UPS Stores along the way. I've used AIM for 22 years now and the only thing I can suggest to them is to raise their prices. They actually kept them the same throughout the pandemic and had nothing but empathy for the other small businesses that frequent there. I kept telling them to raise them as everything else they have the prices have gone up. Don't do anywhere else and when they finally do raise the prices just smile and say thank you since that's what they've done for us:) read more

I went into staples today to get ink and make some copies. I had been to another copy place and they couldn't help me with my project. But Taylor who works in the print /copy department came over and helped me reduce my copy and then she showed me a way to copy them nicer. She took my yearbook and made copies on the machine that made my senior photos look amazing. She was so helpful and sweet and took complete care of me and I am going back to her when I finish my other project that I need copied. Great customer service and even the cashier working where I turned in my old ink cartridges was so nice and pleasant too. And when I was knocking the other print shop one of the men in the copy department was a class act and didn't knock then but thought maybe the person was on break at the time when I asked if they could help me out. People here are very nice and responsible. You can trust them with your packages. I dropped off an overnight fedex package but didn't see any updates online for next few days that it even got picked up so I was very concerned and called AIM Mail Center to trace the package. I spoke with Christian and Jessica over the phone. They not only helped me figure out what happened by calling fedex driver and hubs multiple times, but also went to the distribution hubs to fix the issue themselves. This place is a rip off and has a staff that is marginal at best. Three times markup on services. Do not go here. No reason for cheating people other than greed. Deliberately add in services that aren't needed to the public and no one realizes it. The post office is just a couple miles away so it's in everyone's best interest to drive a little bit. Last time I tried to mail something here, the older woman who is missing a few teeth treated me in a very disrespectful and demeaning manner. I was trying to mail a present in a gift bag for my sister, which she unwrapped and proceeded to inspect every object within the bag. She did not ask me first if that was okay, which I found rather odd. She asked me if I was mailing any glass or liquids. I said, no, not remembering the body spray I had bought. She then found the plastic bottle of spray, and started yelling at me in a demeaning tone, asking me "is this a liquid?" She kept repeating this over and over as if I was stupid. I promptly left. The staff here needs to treat their customers in a more courteous and respectful manner. As someone who has worked their whole life in customer service, I found this to be extremely rude. read more
