I explain, "I have a QR code and need a package to mail my item in." He says, "grab the black bag." I don't see a black bag. Person in front of me turns around points to a floral print bag next to me. I get to counter and tell the guy again, "I have a QR code". He tries getting my information and then asks if the person behind me can cut in front of me, which was both odd and rude. She says, "that's okay".
